Journal of Clinical Surgery 2015;(2):113-115
Objective To explore the best minimal invasive method in treating renal pelvic stones less than 1.5 cm.Methods A total of 90 patients with renal pelvic stone less than 1.5 cm were enrolled, including 47 cases of retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)by rigid and flexible ureteroscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy, and 43 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)by holmium laser lithotripsy.Opera-tion time, stonefree rate(SFR),hospitalization, and complications were analyzed for comparison. Results The average sizes of stone in the RIRS group and PCNL group were 1.2 cm(range 1.0 ~1.5 cm)and 1.3 cm (1.0 ~1.5 cm),respectively. In the RIRS group,45(95.74%)patients out of 47 had complete clearance and 32 patients needed combination of flexible ureteroscopy to fragmentate the stones falling into the renal calices. The operation time was 44 min(range 27 ~70 min)with postoperative fever in 2 cases. The decrea-sing in hemoglobin and hematocrit was(0.18 ±0.06)g/L and 0.11%,respectively.No major complication was recorded. In PCNL group, the mean operation time was 70min(range 45 ~90 min)with a stone-free rate of 95.35%(41 /43).The decreasing in hemoglobin and hematocrit was(17.25 ±6.70)g/L and 5. 62%,respectively.The complications in PCNL group were postoperative fever in two cases and bleeding in two cases. Conclusion RIRS has the advantages of natural orifice endoscopic surgery in shortening opera-tion time, reducing blood transfusion requirements, and decreasing postoperative complications. For renal pelvic stone less than 1.5 cm,RIRS can be the primary choice.

Objective To explore the effects of human papilloma(HPV) infection status on the DNA ploidy of cervical epi-thelial cells in Uygur and Han women .Methods Totally 348 women collected who initially received treatment in Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from July 2012 to June 2014 ,including 181 cases of Uygur and 167 cases of Han women . HPV genotyping was dased on cytology specimens from thin layer of liquid ,and DNA ploidy analyze [DNA index(DI) and S phase cells ratio(SPF)] was conducted by using flow cytometry .All the patients were divided into negative infection group ,non high-risk infection group ,single high-risk HPV infection group and mixed high-risk HPV infection group according to HPV gene type .Re-sults There were statistically significance between Uygur and Han women of DI and SPF in the single high-risk HPV infection group(P= 0 .033 ,P< 0 .01) ,it also present the same trend in mixed high-risk HPV infection group(P = 0 .031 ,P< 0 .01) .It was 19 .783 times and 59 .231 times to appear DNA aneuploid in single high-risk HPV infection and mixed high-risk HPV infection compared to the HPV negative infection group in Uygur women .It was 11 .190 times and 22 .125 times in Han women . Conclusion Single high-risk type HPV infection and mixed high-risk HPV infection had different impact on cervical lesions be-tween Han and Uygur women .It was necessary to respectively study the correlation between cervical lesions and HPV infection for each ethnic groups .

Immunological Journal 2001;(2):105-106,109
Objective To get the antigen of CD7.Methods The extracellular domain of human CD7 was cloned from a plasmid containing the full length of human CD7 cDNA and expressed in pinpoint-xa3 prokaryotic system. Results Analysis with SDS-PAGE and Western-blotting showed that the expressed protein could bind to the anti-CD7 mAb specifically and is about 30 000 u in molecular weight. Conclusion These results paved the way for preparing anti-CD7 engineering antibody.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(15):2421-2426
BACKGROUND:The interaction of neural network and motor function in post-stroke brain tissue remains unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To observe neural network impairment fol owing subacute stroke by using diffusion tensor imaging, and to investigate the relationship with neurological defects and motor dysfunction.
METHODS:A total of 19 patients after subactue stroke and 20 healthy adults were examined with diffusion tensor imaging. The fol owing parameters were compared:fractional anisotropy, apparent diffusion coefficient, asymmetry indices of fractional anisotropy and apparent diffusion coefficient. The neurological defect and motor function were evaluated with the corresponding scales. The 10-meter walking speed was measured. The correlation of diffusion tensor imaging parameters with the scale scores and 10-meter walking speed was analyzed.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The stroke group exhibited reduced fractional anisotropy value asymmetry and fractional anisotropy value in bilateral posterior limbs of the internal capsule. Apparent diffusion coefficient value asymmetry and apparent diffusion coefficient value in the posterior limb of the internal capsule were lower than control unaffected side (P<0.05). Apparent diffusion coefficient value and apparent diffusion coefficient value asymmetry in posterior limb of the internal capsule showed a strong negative correlation with Fugl-Meyer assessment scores of the lower extremities (P<0.05). Diffusion tensor imaging parameters is closely linked with motor dysfunction of the lower extremities in subacute stroke patients. Local stroke lesion-caused neurological defect is the leading cause of motor dysfunction of the lower extremities.

Objective: To explore the prevalence and co-morbidity in depression disorder among children and adolescents in Chengdu City. Methods: Using a one-phase design, 4S8S children and adolescents in grades 1~10 were assessed with the Strength and Difficulty questionnaire (SDQ) and Development and Well-Being Assessment (DAWBA) . A structured interview with verbatim reports was reviewed by clinicians so that information from parents, teachers, and children were combined in a manner that emulated the clinical process. Results: (1) The rate of depressive disorder was 1.2% , and that in girls was much higher than that in boys after 12 years old (2.56% vs. 1.42%) . (2) The rate of depressive disorder increased with age from 0.10% (6~8 years) to 2.59% (≥ 15 years) . (3) The co-morbidity was 40% . The most common comorbidity diagnosis was anxiety disorders (29.1%) and behavior disorders (25.5%) . Conclusion: The prevalence of depressive disorder among children and adolescents in Chengdu is 1.2%. Gender and age may be the related factors. The co-morbidity is common in children and adolescents with depression disorder.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Mutagenesis of several male contraceptives in sperm bead anomalies was investigated. Results show that glycosides of tripterygium wilfordii hook (GTW) and its monomer T13, microwave induce sperm head anomalies. However, gossypol and monomer T4 and GTW do not induce sperm head anomalies. Adult male mice and rats were given orally GTW, monomer T4, T13 and gossypol. These chemical agents were delivered in 1% methylcellulose. Result indicated that frequency of abnormal sperm heads in GTW, T13 groups were significantly increased, while frequency of abnormal sperm heads in T4 and gossypol-treated animals were similar to that of normal controls. When male mice were exposed to microwaves of 0.5 kW for 1-2 min, for five weeks abnormal shape of spermatozoa could be found.
