Objective To dynamically observe and evaluate the position and movement of anterior pelvic floor organs in vaginal delivery and selective caesarean section primipara with translabial two-dimensional 2D ultrasound and discuss the short-term effect of delivery mode on the anterior compartment of pelvic floor Methods Translabial 2D ultrasound was performed on selective caesarean section and vaginal delivery primipara in 6-8 weeks The position of bladder the existence of bladder neck funneling were observed and the mobility of bladder neck and the urethral rotation angle were measured during maximum Valsalva maneuver Results The mobility of bladder neck was larger in vaginal delivery group than selective caesarean section group during maximum Valsalva maneuver The rates of bladder neck funneling cystocele and stress urinary incontinence were higher in vaginal delivery group Conclusions Translabial 2D ultrasound could dynamically observe and evaluate the position and movement of anterior pelvic floor organ which could be used to assess the effect of delivery mode on anterior compartment of pelvic floor The short-term effect of vaginal delivery on anterior compartment of pelvic floor is greater than that of selective cesarean delivery.

Objective To provide theoretical basis for researchers and institutions to conduct research in stroke according the multiple dimension analysis of stroke research paper cooperation nationally. Methods Using the scientometrics and social network analysis for data mining of 95883 stroke literature collected. Results The result show that quantity of paper publishing are increasing annually, the most common cooperation was co-authorship of 2~3 people, cooperation among institutions mainly focused in big cities like Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou at its core has taken shape, regional cooperation formed a scattering cooperation with Beijing as the center, research topics has shifted from cognition and treatment to prognosis, rehabilitation and related chronic disease gradually. Conclusions It is necessary to expand the scale of coopreation in stroke study, policies encouraging cooperation should be adopted, strengthen regional cooperation between west China and middle-east,establish a multi-stage stroke unit and strengthen stroke treatment from the multi-level and multi-angle,pay more attention to the occurrence and development of chronic diseases associated with stroke. And finally, contribute to the further development of stroke research.

The monosacchride composition of polysacchrides in Dendrobium officinal of different germplasms, physiological ages and closely related species were determined by pre-column derivatization HPLC. The results showed that the absolute and relative volumes of all monosacchrides were significantly different between D. officinale and its closely related species, different germplasms and physiological ages of D. officinale. Absolute peak areas of mannose ranged from 0.854 x 10(7) to 10.340 x 10(7) in closely related species of D. officinale, ranged from 1.467 x 10(7) to 8.475 x 10(7) in different germplasms of D. officinale and were 4.411 x 10(7) (2.577 x 10(7)-6.516 x 10(7)), 5.528 x 10(7) (3.179 x 10(7)-8.475 x 10(7)) and 3.601 x 10(7) (1.467 x 10(7)-5.888 x 10(7)), respectively, in one to three physiological ages of D. officinale. The ratio of mannose to glucose peak areas (relative peak area) ranged from 0.976 to 16.599 in closely related species of D. officinale and from 2.679 to 7.831 in different germplasms of D. officinale. Only the relative peak areas of D. pendulum and D. primulinum were in the range of different germplasms of D. officinale in all tested samples. The results revealed the variation of monosacchride composition of polysacchrides in D. officinale. Monosacchride composition of D. officinale could be altered by breeding new varieties and controlling harvesting season. Most adulterants of D. officinale could be ruled out according to the relative peak areas of D. officinale, providing a basis for quality control and resources training of D. officinale.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2021;42(12):733-737
Objective:To explore the application value of whole-process ultrasound-guided percutaneous portal vein puncture islet transplantation. Methods:From October 2018 to May 2021, 16 diabetics underwent whole-process ultrasound-guided percutaneous portal vein puncture islet transplantation at First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The whole process was guided by ultrasound for completing percutaneous portal vein puncture catheterization, islet infusion monitoring, bleeding prevention and ablation hemostasis after bleeding. Results:Ten patients [8 males and 2 females with a mean age of(45.9±21.1)years]underwent 16 islet transplants, including one islet(5 cases), two islets(4 cases)and three islets(1 case). A single puncture was successfully performed without damage to other extrahepatic organs, persistent portal hypertension, portal vein embolism or infection.Bleeding at liver puncture site occurred in 3 cases and ultrasound radiofrequency ablation was performed for immediate hemostasis.Among them, postoperative blood glucose stabilized at 4~12 mmol/l post-operation.And 5 cases(31.3%)achieved insulin independence for>2 months and 10 cases(62.5%)lowered insulin dosage by>50% as compared with preoperative level. The level of fasting C-peptide recovered or was higher than normal in 10 cases(62.5%)and became obviously elevated in the remainders. In 11 cases(68.8%)of them, liver transaminase was briefly and mildly elevated post-operation, and no other complications were observed. Conclusions:The whole-process ultrasound-guided percutaneous portal vein islet transplantation is both safe and feseasible. It avoids the injury of transplanted kidney caused by contrast agent and radiological radiation to operator and patient. It is a method of islet transplantation worth a wider popularization.
