The date showed that the effective rate was 96.4% In 206 patients with inflammatory diseases and other perineal diseases (107 inflammation in incisional wound, 16 breast and pelvic inflammatory mass, 23 induration in incisional wound, 34 perineal edema, and 6 perineovaginal hematoma), the effective rate was 98.5%. No side effect was found in these patients. It is considered that the microwave radiotherapy is convenient, ecnomical, painlees, and worth to be recommended in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. The mechanism of microwave action on the tissue and evaluation of microwave radiotherapy are discussed
2.Application of human induced pluripotent stem cells-derived dopaminergic neurons in the Parkinson’s disease models:present and future
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(36):5458-5465
BACKGROUND:The emergence of human induced pluripotent stem cel s (iPSCs)-derived dopaminergic neurons solves the problem that the embryonic stem cel (ESC) shows an ethical issue on its source, providing a promising cel source for treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the differentiation methods of iPSCs-derived dopaminergic neurons in vitro, the choice of Parkinson’s disease models and the transplantation of iPSCs-derived dopaminergic neurons in the Parkinson’s disease treatment.
METHODS:In order to search relevant articles about the application of iPSCs-derived dopaminergic neurons in the Parkinson’s disease models from PubMed databases (from 1980 to 2015), a computer-based search was performed by the first author, using the key words of“iPSC and Parkinson’s disease, induced pluripotent stem cel s and Parkinson’s disease, ES cel s and Parkinson, PD model, Parkinson and Lewy bodies”in English. Final y 40 articles were chosen for further analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Here, this paper is detailed to show the research status of human iPSCs-derived dopaminergic neurons for treating Parkinson’s disease by reviewing the sources and in vitro differentiation schedules of iPSCs as wel as the choice of Parkinson’s disease models and outcomes of transplantation of iPSCs-derived dopaminergic neurons for Parkinson’s disease treatment. According to the Parkinson’s disease mechanism of the Lewy body, we analyze the generation mechanism of the Lewy body, providing references to avert the presence of Lewy bodies and optimize the outcomes of transplantation. The improvement of differentiation conditions of iPSCs can markedly improve the behavior outcomes, and moreover, we can systematical y evaluate the outcomes of transplantation by iconography and immunohistochemical results.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2013;33(2):271-275
OBJECTIVETo study the effect of the HSP90 inhibitor, 17-allylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (17-AAG), on cell proliferation and apoptosis of human cancer SGC-7901 cells and explore the mechanisms.
METHODSThe inhibitory effect of 17-AAG on the proliferation and morphology of SGC-7901 cells was assessed with MTT assay and DNA-PI staining, respectively. Flow cytometry was employed to analyze the changes in cell cycle and apoptosis of the cells following 17-AAG exposure. The cellular expression of Fas protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.
RESULTS17-AAG significantly suppressed the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner. After treatment with 17-AAG for 48 h, SGC-7901 cells showed cell cycle arrested at G(2)/M stage, and the cell apoptosis rate increased with the 17-AAG concentration. The expression of Fas protein in the cytoplasm of SGC-7901 cells increased gradually with the increase of 17-AAG concentration.
CONCLUSION17-AAG can induce apoptosis, alters the cell cycle distribution and up-regulates the expression of Fas protein in SGC-7901 cells to suppress the cell proliferation.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(7):869-872
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the improvement of supervision system of online drug sale in China. METH-ODS:Usingonline pharmacyonline drugstoreinternet drugssupervisionas keywords,CNKI,Wanfang database from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 and related websites were retrieved, experience about legislation, legal provisions and regulatory bodies in the United States,Britain,Germany and other countries were summarized. The problems existing in the current supervision system in China were analyzed, and related suggestions were proposed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The legal system of the online drug sale in the United States,Britain,Germany and other countries is more complete, legislation content is relatively perfect,pay-ing attention to the combination of administrative supervision and industry supervision. The supervision system of online drug sale in China exists problems as follows as legislation level relatively lower, conflict between laws and regulations;the legislation con-tent being not perfect, contents missing or provisions blur in many aspects;law enforcement existing in the government depart-ments,industry regulation being weak and others. It is suggested that the country should develop high-order law when improving the supervision system of online drug sale, modifying the existing law or promulgating the relevant specialized laws by legal form rather than regulations and rules;develop clear, actionable law and learn from foreign related systems (such as electronic evi-dence,blacklist)to improve legal contents;and further clear the powers and responsibilities of the regulatory authorities, actively develop industry associations(such as pharmaceutical association, etc.)to conduct supervision for online drug sale.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2011;46(9):1104-7
This article studies the thermostability and the crystal structure of a new anticancer drug dasatinib. The thermostability of dasatinib was analyzed using the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA), and the structural characteristics of polymorphism and crystalline transformation was determined using the X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD) with in-situ high temperature accessories. The results showed that dasatinib has at least two different crystal forms. The form-I has one crystalline water and form-II one and half, and in a heating-up processing both of them would change their crystal structures. After losing their crystalline water, both would change into the same crystalline form with no crystalline water. Their melting points were almost the same: form-I was 285.68 degrees C and form-II was 285.50 degrees C. The results of the study method would provide a comprehensive reference for the quality evaluation of dasatinib.
