1.Application of Augmentative and Alternative Communication in Communication Training of Children with Autism (review)

Communication disorders of children with autism need early intervention with various kinds of augmentative and alternative communication technology. Currently, the main intervention techniques include picture exchange communication system (PECS), speech generating device (SGD) and intelligent augmentative and alternative communication combined with mobile technology. This article intro-duced children with autism, augmentative and alternative communication system and relationship between them.
2.A primary study on applying Delphi method to screen items of empowerment psychological care scale for critically ill patients

Objective To screen empowerment psychological care scale items for critically ill patients through Delphi method.Methods Totally 27 experts were invited to conduct two rounds consultation by using Delphi method,and the results were summarized.Results The effective response rate of the experts' questionnaire for the first round and the second round was 90% and 100%.The specialist authority coefficient was 0.895.The coordination coefficients for 2 rounds were 0.432 and 0.448 respectively.After two-round consultation,empowerment psychological care scale items for critically ill patients was finally formulated,containing 4 dimensions and 24 evaluation items.Conclusions The selected experts were highly representative,and they were enthusiastically involved in the consultation.And the scale has remarkable authority and coordination;it can reflect the theme of the study,provide instructive function for clinical medical personnel in implementation and evaluation of empowerment psychological care.
3.Role of adhesion molecules in neutrophil-mediated inflammation

Adhesion molecules are involved in neutrophil-mediated inflammation. Neutropil adhesion to endothelial cell mediated by cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) is the first and critical step during the process of inflammation. Three families of CAMs play a central role in neutrophil-endothe-lial cell interactions : the selectins, the integrins, and the immunoglobulin superfamily. These different types of CAMs interact in a programmed, sequential manner to form neutrophil-endothelial cell adhesion cascade. The initial phase of inflammation, neulrophil slowing and rolling, is mediated by selectins; subsequently, firm adhesion of neu-trophils to vessel endothelial cells occurs via binding of the activated integrins and the endothelial receptors such as intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1); Then, neutrophils transmigrate into the tissues, this process requires chemotactic factors, integrins and PEC AM-1. Because of the important role of CAMs in the process of inflammation. Agents may be used to block the function of CAMs as a strategy of antiinflammatory therapy.
4.Quantitative Determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonialbiflosides by HPLC

Quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in paeonialbiflosides by HPLC was described. The average recovery was found to be 101.08%, and relativc standard deviations (RSD)1.90%. The calibration curve was linear in the range from 2.0?g/ml to 10.0?g/ml with r=0.9999. It was shown that the method is convenient, sensitive and with good reproducibility.

Ischemic stroke is closely associated with carotid atherosclerosis.Detecting carotid plaque components (including fibrous Cap,lipid core,hemorrhage,and calcification) using high-resolution 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging contributes to evaluate the risk of ischemic stroke and guide treatment.This article reviews the research status of magnetic resonance imaging of carotid atherosclerotic plaque components.
8.Combined NFC and RFID-based innovative service in library

9.The regression model and correlation analysis between condensate infection level and influencing factors in ventilator pipe

Objective To explore the related factors influencing the condensate infection level in order to provide a reference for ventilator pipe care and reducing condensate infections.Methods A total of 80 patients using ventilator in ICU of the First Hospital of Liaoning Medical University was chosen as the research object,and the related factors influencing the condensate infection using correlation and regression analysis method were explored,and the regression model was estabhshed as well.Results Condensate infection were correlated with pipe length (r=0.837,P<0.01),temperature difference between ward and gas in the pipe (r=0.875,P<0.01),exhaled gas humidity (r=0.793,P<0.01) and ventilation (r=0.932,P<0.01),but the pipe length could not enter the regression equation (t=-0.09,P>0.05),and the regression equation was y=-168.08 +9.96x1 (temperature difference) +0.33x2 (exhaled gas humidity) +20.98x3 (ventilation).Conclusions Pipe length,temperature difference between ward and gas in the pipe,exhaled gas humidity and ventilation were the influencing factors,and medical personnel can control the infection of condensate considering the influencing factors.
10.Progress of the anti-tumor mechanisms of Smac mimics

The tolerance of tumor cells to treatment factors is the main reason to limit the therapeutic effect.The high expression of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) is an important factor in the development of therapeutic resistance in tumor cells.As an effective pro-apoptotic protein,the second mitochondria-derived activator of caspase (Smac) can significantly enhance the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemoradiotherapy and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells.However,exogenous Smac protein and its active groups can not enter the tumor cells and play their functions.Therefore,the researches on Smac mimics and their functional mechanism have become the focus of attention of researchers.In this paper,the research progress of Smac mimics and their anti-tumor mechanisms were reviewed.
