1.Evaluation on repeat cesarean section of 67 cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(4):453-454
Objective To explore the complications and influence of repeat cesarean section after previous cesarean delivery. Methods The styles of the total 67 cases of repeat cesarean section were reviewed, and the mater-nal ages, gestarional weeks, time intervals between the two times of delivery, and the styles of the previous cesarean section were analyzed. Results Of the total 67 case of repeat cesarean section ,there were 8 cases with relatively se-vere adhesion, 1 case with hysterectomy. There were 9 cases with intraoperative blood loss over 500ml(13.4%). The rate of adhesion induced by abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section was significantly higher than that of ab-dominal longitudinal incision of low cesarean section. Conclusions When we determining a style of cesarean section, we should comprehensively consider the obstetrical conditions of the pregnant women to select abdominal incision style and uterine incision style. The quality of previous cesarean delivery determines the complications of repeat cesarean section.

5.Study on the preparation and stability of sinomenine liposomes
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(07):-
AIM To study the preparation and stability of sinomenine liposomes. METHODS Taking entrapment efficiency as index, different preparation methods, including thin film dispersion, reverse-phase evaporation, and aether injection were optimized. The leakage rate, the uptake rate and the storage temperature of the liposomes were studied at the same time. RESULTS The entrapment efficiency of reverse-phase evaporation was the lowest as 48.93 % . The entrapment efficiency of thin film dispersion and aether injection were near, as 68.91 T《B》 % and 66.57 % , respectively. CONCLUSION Thin film dispersion has higher entrapment efficiency and low command to the equipment. So it is suitable for the production of sinomenine liposomes on a large scale.

7.Inhibitory effects of shRNA targeting Twist on epithelial-mesenchymal transition and invasion ability of human lung carcinoma cell A549 in vitro
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
Background and purpose:Epithelial-mesenchymal transitions(EMTs) occur as key steps during embryonic morphogenesis, and are now implicated in the progression of primary tumors towards metastases. We have found that the transcription factor Twist,a master regulator of EMT,was expressed markedly in human lung carcinoma cell line(A549).This study is to investigate the effects of short hairpin RNA(shRNA) targeting Twist on EMT and invasion ability of A549 cells in vitro. Methods:RNA interference plasmid that can express short hairpin RNA(shRNA) targeting Twist(positive RNAi plasmid) or express shRNA that does not match any known human coding mRNA(negative RNAi plasmid)was designed, constructed, and transfected into A549 cells line.Positive RNAi A549 cells(Pi group) expressing Twist suppressed or negative RNAi A549 cells(Ni group) expressing Twist uninfluenced was selected by neomycin resistance. In normal(control,C),Pi and Ni group A549 cells,Twist,alpha-smooth muscle actin(?-SMA) and E-cadherin expression were examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and Western blot, invasion ability were examined by Boyden chamber model.Results:1,In C group, both Twist and ?-SMA expressions were strongly positive, but E-cadherin was poorly expressed. The number of A549 cells permeating septum of Boyden chamber(NCS) was equal to 57.4?3.4.2,In Pi group, compared with that in C group,Twist and?-SMA expression, and NCS were all decreased, but E-cadherin expression was significantly increased(P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the effects of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1,25(OH)2D3] on regulatory T cells(CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+ T cell)and airway inflammation in asthmatic rats. Methods Asthmatic models were established in 28 rats with ovalbumin as sensitinogen, and four groups were randomly divided(n=7).1,25(OH)2D3 was orally administered 1 h before challenge in treatment group 1,dexamethasone was subcutaneously injected 1 h before challenge in treatment group 2,both 1,25(OH)2D3 and dexamethasone were given 1 h before challenge in treatment group 3,while no medicine was administered 1 h before challenge in group 4(asthmatic control group). The levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were detected, the total cell numbers were obtained and the eosinophil count was performed. The ratios of Treg to CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood and spleen mononuclear cells were measured with flow cytometry, and the mRNA expression of IL-10 and Foxp3 in lung tissues was detected.Wistar rats without asthma were served as normal controls(n=7). Results There were significant differences between asthmatic control group and normal control group in each parameter.Compared with asthmatic control group, the total cell number and eosinophil count decreased, the level of IL-4 decreased and the level of IL-10 increased in BALF in treatment groups. The ratios of Treg to CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood and spleen mononuclear cells significantly increased, and the mRNA expression of IL-10 and Foxp3 in lung tissues increased in treatment groups compared with asthmatic control group. There was no significant difference between treatment groups and normal control group in each parameter. Conclusion Administration of 1,25(OH)2D3 increases the proportion of Treg and expression of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood and spleen in asthmatic rats.1,25(OH)2D3 has a regulatory effect on Treg, and may serve as a potential therapeutic approach against asthma.
