Objective To compare the CT findings of different phases in pediatric hepatoblastoma (HB) based on PRETEXT system in order to optimize pediatric HB CT scan protocol. Methods A total of 58 HB patients who were surgical and pathological diagnosed from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed. Pre-operation CT exams were analyzed respectively. Observing items included tumor size, intra-abdominal invasion, bleeding, intrahepatic metastasis, lymphatic metastasis, metastasis (except lymphatic in abdomen) main portal vein, three main hepatic vein, inferior vena cava (IVC) invasion, para-tumor hepatic arteries, and its branches. All image findings were compared to pathological and surgical findings to calculate the agreement rate. Exact Fisher test and R × C χ2 test were used. Results According to the surgery and pathological results, the agreement rate of tumor size was n=40 (68.9%) at non-contrast phase, n=43 (74.1%) at artery phase and n=52 (91.2%) at venous phase. Venous phase was adaptive for observing tumor size (χ2=8.16,P=0.018). For main portal vein, three main hepatic vein, and IVC invasion, none was found at both non-contrast and artery phase. N=12 (20.7%, P<0.001) was found at venous phase. For para-tumor hepatic arteries, and its branches, none was found at non-contrast phase. N=46 (79.3%) was found at artery phase. N=17 (29.3%) was found at venous phase. Artery phase was adaptive for observing (P<0.001). There was no statistical significant difference in intrahepatic metastasis, lymphatic metastasis and metastasis. Conclusions Suspected pediatric HB, artery and venous phase CT scan would meet the clinical requirement, there was no need for non-contrast pahse. Follow up cases, a single venous phase was enough. Venous phase contributed much more information on tumor size and high risk prognosis evaluation.

Rhubarb is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), wildly used in treating the disease of hyperlipidemia. However, its components are complicated, so that it is still difficult to clear the specific roles of its various components in blood lipids regulation in. So we decide to systematically study the anti- hyperlipidemia mechanism of rhubarb. We integrated multiple databases, based on entity grammar systems model, constructed molecular interaction network between the chemical constituents of rhubarb and hyperlipidemia. The network includes 231 nodes and 638 edges. Thus we infer the interactions of active targets and disease targets to clarify the anti-hyperlipidemia mechanism. And find that rhubarb can promote excretion of cholesterol; inhibit clotting factors and improve blood circulation; inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines and maintain fat metabolism balance; inhibit cholesterol and triglyceride synthesis; and other ways to achieve lipid-lowering effect. Thus this study provides reference for novel drug development and component compatibility, and also gives a new way for the systematically study of acting mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.

OBJECTIVETo observe the therapeutic effect of expanded supraclavicular island flaps for facial and cervical scar.
METHODSFrom Oct. 2010 to Nov. 2013, a series of 16 patients with facial and cervical scars were treated by the expanded supraclavicular island flaps, pedicled by the supraclavicular cutaneous branch of transverse cervical artery. In the first stage, the soft tissue expanders (ranging from 400 ml to 600 ml in volume) were implanted in the anterior thoracic region. In the second stage, the facial and cervical scars were removed and the contructures were released, the expanded flap was transferred to cover the defects. The wounds at the donor sites were closed directly.
RESULTSThe flaps size ranged from 12 cm x 7 cm to 22 cm x 11 cm. All flaps survived with no flap necrosis. Hematoma occurred in one case and healed by debridement. 16 patients were followed up for 3-12 months. The color and texture of all flaps matched well with the surrounding skin tissue, no bulky appearance or hypertrophic scar were noticed.
CONCLUSIONSThe expanded supraclavicular island flap is a good choice for repairing facial and cervical scar. The appearance and function can be improved.

OBJECTIVETo study the relationship between serum load level of HBV-DNA and therapeutic effect of oxymatrine in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
METHODSForty-four patients of chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups, the treated group was treated with oxymatrine 0.4 g/d by intramuscular injection for 3 months, the control group was treated with some liver protecting agents to estimate the therapeutic effect. The serum level of HBV-DNA was determined by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) before and after treatment.
RESULTSThe seroconversion rate of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in the treated group was 43.47% and 43.47% respectively, which was obviously better than those in the control group respectively (P < 0.05), the quantity of HBV-DNA decreased after treatment from 10(6.83 +/- 1.27) copy/ml to 10(3.35 +/- 3.08) copy/ml. Among them, in patient with HBeAg negative conversion, the pretreatment quantity of HBV-DNA was 10(6.30 +/- 1.42) copy/ml, while in those with no HBeAg negative conversion, it was 10(7.23 +/- 1.23) copy/ml, the difference was significant.
CONCLUSIONOxymatrine is effective in treating chronic hepatitis B. The therapeutic effect is better for patients with lower quantity of serum HBV-DNA.

Curcumin-ethyl-cellulose (EC) sustained-release composite particles were prepared by using supercritical CO2 anti-solvent technology. With drug loading and yield of inclusion complex as evaluation indexes, on the basis of single factor tests, orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the preparation process of curcumin-EC sustained-release composite particles. The experiments such as drug loading, yield, particle size distribution, electron microscope analysis (SEM) , infrared spectrum (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and in vitro dissolution were used to analyze the optimal process combination. The orthogonal experimental optimization process conditions were set as follows: crystallization temperature 45 degrees C, crystallization pressure 10 MPa, curcumin concentration 8 g x L(-1), solvent flow rate 0.9 mL x min(-1), and CO2 velocity 4 L x min(-1). Under the optimal conditions, the average drug loading and yield of curcumin-EC sustained-release composite particles were 33.01% and 83.97%, and the average particle size of the particles was 20.632 μm. IR and DSC analysis showed that curcumin might complex with EC. The experiments of in vitro dissolution showed that curcumin-EC composite particles had good sustained-release effect. Curcumin-EC sustained-release composite particles can be prepared by supercritical CO2 anti-solvent technology.
