China Pharmacist 2016;19(7):1314-1316
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of loratadine combined with compositus mentholi cream in the treatment of infantile with external ear eczema and evaluate the safety .Methods:Totally 96 cases of infantile with external ear eczema were ran-domly divided into the observation group (n=48) and the control group (n=48) according to a random number table .Both groups were given the conventional treatment .The control group was treated with topical compositus mentholi cream , while the observation group was treated with loratadine additionally .Both groups were treated for 10 d.The clinical efficacy , the level changes of interleukin-4 (IL-4), interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and immunoglobulin-E (IgE) before and after the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment and the relapse after 6-month follow-up were compared between the groups .Results:The total effective rate of the obser-vation group (95.83%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.17%, P<0.05); the levels of IL-4, IFN-γand IgE in both groups were significantly decreased after the treatment (P<0.05), and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups (P<0.05); the recurrence rate in the observation group (8.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.92%, P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of loratadine combined with compositus mentholi cream in the treatment of infantile with external ear eczema is reliable with promising safety .

4.Expression and location of IL-2/IFN-? fusion protein in colorectal tumor cell lines
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(18):-
Objective If IL-2 and IFN-? are united, perhaps we may see a more significant antitumor effect.A fusion gene of IL-2 and IFN-? was designed and constructed by DNA engineering. Methods CEA promotor、IL-2cDNA and IFN-?cDNA were obtained by PCR and RT-PCR.SDS-PAGE was used to examine the results;pcDNA-IL-2、pcDNA-IFN-?、pCEA-IL-2/ IFN-?、pEGFP-IL-2/ IFN-? were transfected to CEA high expression cell line(Lovo)by use of liposome. The fusion protein expression was examined by fluorescence microscope and Western blotting. Results IL-2/ IFN-? fusion gene can be expressed in tumor cells. Its expression is more obvious in CEA high expressed cells(Lovo),and can be located in cell plasma. Conclusion The fusion gene can be expressed in plasma of CEA high expressed cell lines. It may have a new anti-tumor effects.
5.Advances in mechano-biological behavior of peridontal ligament during orthodontic tooth movement
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;36(6):367-370,380
Orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) is a very complicate mechano-biological procedure which is accomplished by the remodeling of periodontal tissues via orthodontic force. As the connective tissue between alveolar bone and cementum, periodontal ligament plays a vital role in the response and conduction of orthodontic force. The susceptible response of periodontal ligament to orthodontic force during OTM is a critical factor on inducing and modulating periodontal tissue restitution. This article reviews the concrete role of periodontal ligament and its mechano-biological behavior during OTM,discusses its mechanical response and biological mechanism respectively on histological, cellular and moleucular levels.

7.The treatment of stress gastric ulcer by colded sodium bicarbonate solution infusion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(10):1323-1324
Objective To explore the treatment measures of gastric mucosal damage caused by gastric acid and ischemia after cerebral trauma. Methods 0 ~5 ℃ colded 5% Sodium Bicarboante solution 250 ml were infused into stomach through nasal gastric tube once and remained at least 30 minutes. Results The total effective rate was 100%. Among them,22 cases(73% )bleeding was stopped by once infusion,8 cases died(27% ) ,but the causes of . the death had no direct relation with IGU. Conclusions The result of the method was definite, satisfied, economical and easy to perform and without sideeffects. It should be the best choice for treating IGU.
8.Molecular targeted agents--where we are and where we are going.
Chinese Journal of Cancer 2013;32(5):225-232
A total of 23 new cancer medicines or indication expansions were approved by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration in 2012. Among these, 12 are new molecular entities (NMEs)--new chemical or biological drugs approved for the first time for oncologic use--and 10 of these NMEs are molecular targeted agents. Among the 10 targeted agents, 4 are anti-angiogenesis agents and 2 are Bcr-Abl pathway inhibitors, targeting well established targets validated by previously approved agents such as bevacizumab (Avastin) or imatinib (Gleevec). Despite this progress, several questions remain: Do these newly approved agents provide sufficient treatment options to manage the broad spectrum of cancers we deal with in the clinic? Where will the next wave of new cancer drugs come from? Where should R&D efforts be invested to continue improve cancer treatment and management, especially for tumor types uniquely prevalent in China? This editorial and the review articles in this special issue of Chinese Journal of Cancer provide an in depth review of the progress and challenges in developing targeted cancer therapies, as well as an outlook of new research areas where near term breakthroughs are expected to overcome some of these challenges.

9.Progress procedure of cerebral edema and clinical analysis of 52 cerebral trauma patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(14):2114-2115
Objective To understand cerebral edema and development procedure of different time windows. Methods To analyze their prognosis through image document and operation findings of 52 cerebral trauma patients which were confirmed cerebral edema by CT and operation. Results he light cerebral oedema patients have a better prognosis,10 patients died and 1 patient became a plant man in 11 malignant brain dilatation patients. Conclusion The infernal circle of high brain pressure-cerebral ischemia, cerebral anoxia-cerebral edema result in cerebral edema-brain dilatation-malignant brain dilatation after cerebral trauma which leads to unremitting aggravated pathogenefic condition. So effective means should be used to interrupt the unremitting heightening ICP.
10.Effect of different nursing models to improve the quality of sleep for elderly patients in department of cardiology
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(8):3-5
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different nursing models to improve the quality of sleep for elderly patients in department of cardiology.Methods240 cases of patients in department of cardiology in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 120 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional medical care and the sleep-related health education. While the observation group was given the targeted intervention measures based on the control group, including the provision of good psychological care measures to ensure a good sleep environment, arrange a reasonable sleep time, increase bedtime benign behavior and scientific education of hypnotic drugs knowledge. The PSQI score and sleep quality of different time points were compared.ResultsThe PSQI score of the observation group 1 week and 2 weeks after admission was significantly decreased compared with that upon admission, and was better than those of the control group. The PSQI score of the control group 2 weeks after admission had a marked decline, but the PSQI score 1 week after admission showed no significant difference. In the aspect of sleep quality, the rate of good sleep quality for the observation group 1 week and 2 weeks after admission increased significantly compared with that upon admission. The rate of the quality of good sleep 2 weeks after admission for the control group improved significantly than admission. The rate of promotion for the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group.ConclusionsThe targeted quality of sleep and psychological care interventions for elderly patients in department of cardiology can significantly improve the sleep quality in patients after admission, and enhance their confidence in overcoming the disease, thus contribute to disease treatment and rehabilitation.
