Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
5srRNA was isolated and purified from the reticulocytes of rabbit. It labeled with ~(125)I, then incubated with mouse myeloma cells (SP2/0). By autoradiography it was observed that ~(125)I-SsrRNA could pass into the nuclei of the cells. In a separate experiment, it showed that the incorporation rate of ~3H-TdR into nuclei of SP2/0 after incubation with 5srRNA was decreased as compared with that f control group, hence the result indicates that 5srRNA inhibits DNA synthesis of the SP2/0 cells and it seems to play a role in the regulation of gene expression through its hybridization with DNA sequences of the SP2/0 cells. Thus it is likely that 5srRNA might act as "erythroid denucleation factor".

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2006;0(06):-
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Raf-1 and tumor angiogenesis, and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods: Tissue microarray technique was used to detect the expression of Raf-1 in 87 specimens of human colon carcinoma, their corresponding adjacent tissues, and incision margins. The patients were from the Department of Pathology of Xijing Hospital between 2005 and 2006.Microvessel density(MVD) was detected using immunohistochemistry with CD34 labeling. The correlation between Raf-1 expression and MVD with the tumor size, metastasis, and differentiation was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of Raf-1 in colon carcinoma tissues, adjacent tissues and incision margins were 86.47%,37.34% and 11.03%,respectively;there were significant difference among the 3 values(P

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Objective To study the genetic relationship among Dioscorea zingiberensis with different diosgenin content at DNA level. Methods DNA of all types was amplified by 12 random primers from 40 random primers, the polymorphic bands of RAPD were counted. And the results of types were analysed by POPGENE 1.31(Tool for Population Genetic Analysis 1.31) software. Results A total of 73 bands was obtained,64 of total bands(87.67%) was polymorphic. The results indicated that there were apparent and abundant genetic variations in D.zingiberensis. Conclusion The formation and accumulation of diosgenin could be affected significantly by the genetic basis of D.zingiberensis.

OBJECTIVE: To study the antimicrobial effect of 11 kinds of oral Chinese patent medicines and to establish microbial limit test method for them. METHODS: Common method and culture medium dilution method and sticked filter membrane method were used to do the recovery test in order to validate the scientificity and feasibility of established method. RESULTS: Danqi piantan capsule showed strong inhibition effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Xinshuning tablet, Fuzheng mixture, Shenkangning mixture, Qingshen xiaodu oral liquid had antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus to some extent. Banlangen granule had antimicrobial effect on Bacillus subtilis. The effect can be eliminated by culture medium dilution method. CONCLUSION: The common method can be used for the microbial limit test of Jiaoou capsule, Zhike ningsou capsule, Rongdanshi granule, Sanjie mingmu capsule, Jiangzhi ruanmai tablet. Dilution method can be used for the microbial limit test of Xinshuning tablet, Fuzheng mixture, Shenkangning mixture, Qingshen xiaodu oral liquid, Banlangen granule, Danqi piantan capsule. The common method is suitable for all kinds of specified microorganisms.

Chinese Ophthalmic Research 2009;27(11):1023-1026
Objective The double-cavity balloon oppressor surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) has been utilized in past decades. But we have not yet a domestic device available. Present study was to investigate the effectiveness of double-cavity balloon oppressor using a domestic device in primary RRD surgery. Methods This clinical trial was a prospective study. Total 74 cases of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD) (74 eyes) were enrolled. Double-cavity balloon oppressor surgery was performed in 40 eyes of 40 patients, and conventional segmental scleral buckling surgery was used in 34 eyes of 34 patients. The mean operative time, retinal attachment rate, vision and astigmatism change after operation between two different operative fashions were compared. The intra- and post-operative complication was discussed. The mean follow-up period was 4. 5 months. Written informed consent was obtained from all the patients before clinical trial. Results The retinal anatomic attachment rate was 92. 5% (37/40) in balloon oppressor surgery group and 91. 1% (31/34) in conventional surgery group, and there were no significant difference in retinal attachment rate among PVR grade A, B and C1 (P >0. 05) . The postoperative best corrected visual acuity (operative 3 months) was improved in 29 eyes(72. 5%) after balloon oppressor surgery and 25 eyes(73. 5%) after conventional surgery, showing insignificant difference between them (P > 0. 05) . The mean surgical time was about (27. 00 ±8. 60) minutes in balloon oppressor surgery group and (47. 00 ± 14. 30) minutes in conventional surgery group(t =7. 41, P <0. 01) . Cylinder diopter change after surgery was insignificantly different between before and after operation in balloon oppressor surgery group (0. 52 ± 0. 30 D vs 0. 81 ± 0. 41 D, P > 0. 05), however, there was a significant difference in cylinder diopter change between preoperation and postoperation (0. 65 ± 0. 32 D vs 1. 83 ± 0. 69 D, P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Double-cavity balloon oppressor surgery for RRD is accurate and reliable. This operation procedure offer an economic, efficient and convenient choice for treatment of RRD.
