Objective To investigate the effect of different investing materials on the complete denture flasking deformation.Methods The denture wax casts were invested by plaster,dental stone,and dental stone together with silicone,respectively.8 trial dentures were randomly chosen from above each group,and 4 reference points were selected in the cast.The conventional water bath polymerization system was used for the process.The distance between reference points were measured before and after thermally processing the Acrylic base.F test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were applied for statistical analysis.Results The distance between A and B (F =3.768,P =0.040) and the mean of total distance among O,A,B and C(F =4.830,P =0.019) had statistically significant differences among the three groups.The deformation variance of Group 1 (a conventional plaster) between 175μm and 267μm was maximum.The deformation values of Group2 (a dental stone) was appropriate with Group3 (a dental stone + a silicone).Smoothness (x2 =17.575,P ＜ 0.01) was statistically different among the three groups.Conclusion The flaskingprocess with the plaster had the maximum movement.The process with dental stone showed the minimal toothmovement,the process with the dental stone along with with thesilicone caused a similar movement as from the single dental stone but resulted in a smoother denture surface.

Objective To study the reproductive outcome of infertile women suffered from hydrosalpinx treated by laparoscopic salpingostomy or salpingectomy.Methods There were 77 infertile women diagnosed hydrosalpinx by HSG or B ultrasonography and excepted for other infertile factors. Unilateral or bilateral salpingostomy or salpingectomy was performed after hydrosalpinx conifrmed by laparoscopy. Seventy seven patients were followed up for 1 ~ 4 years postoperatively.Results Among 77 cases 39 cases (50.65%) got pregnancy. Thirteen cases (16.88%) conceived spontaneously and 26 cases (33.77%) conceived by IVF-ETin. Thirty ifve cases delivered health babies and 3 cases of pregnancy, 1 cases of early abortion.Conclusion Both laparoscopic surgeries were effective treatment of hydrosalpinx results in infertility. After operation the pregnant rate of those conceived by IVF-ET is higher than spontaneously.

Objective To explore distribution and genetypes of plasmid-mediated quionlone resistance genes qnrA.qnrB and qnrS in Enterobacteriaceae isolates iu Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.Methods The qnrA,qnrB and qnrS genes in Enterobaeteriaceae isolates including nonrepetitive 129 isolates of E.coli.13 isolates of E.cloacae and 37 isolates of k pneunoniae were detected by PCR.Antibiotic suseeptibility testing for 15 antibiotics were also performed by K.B in virto.MICs of ciprofloxacin were determined by agar dilution methed.Plasmid conjugatable test wag applied to examine whether qnrA,qnrB and qnrS genes were located in conjugatable plasmid.For qnr-positive strains,integrase I and SHV-1,TEM-1,CTX-M,OXA-I,OXA-Ⅱ,OXA-Ⅲ,DHA and EBC β-lactamases genes were examined.Results 25 qnr-positive isolates were detected among 179 Enterobaeteriaceae isolates,including 6 qnrA-positive isolates,9 qnrB-positive isolates and 10 qnrS-positive isolates,which were presented in 3.35%.5.02%,and 5.59%respectively.All positive isolates were susceptible to imipenem but resistance to some other drugs.2 qnrA-positive isolates and 4 qnrB-positive isolates of them were susceptible to Quinolones.The plasmid wag eonjugatable in 2 qnrA-positive isolates and 4 isolates carrrying qnrB and qnrS.23 qnrA-positive isolates harbored type 1 Integrase,but one isolate with both qnrB and qnrS did not carry Type 1 Integrage.14 isolates of them were TEM-1 producing strains.6 isolates were OXA-Ⅲ-producing strains.and 7 isolates of them were EBC-producing strains.Conciusions In HuBei province,a low prevalence of qnrA,qnrB and qnrS wag determined in Enterebacteriaceae isolates.Muhidrng-resistance was found in qnr-pesitive isolates and qnr genes were detected in quinolone susceptible strains.Extendedspectrum β-lactamages could be presented in qnr-positive isolates too.

Objective To detect the effect of osthole on proliferation and apoptosis of HL-60 cells and its molecular mechanism.Methods HL-60 cells proliferation was measured through the CCK8 assay method.The cell morphological changes were observed by Hoechst33342 staining after 8 h of drug effect.Induction of apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy.Expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA were evaluated by RT-PCR,and the expressions of cleaved caspase-3,caspase-8,caspase-9,Fas and FasL were evaluated by using western bolt assay.Results Osthole could inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells,the maximum inhibiting rate was (90.7 ±4.5)％,F =138.46,P =0.000; the apoptosis rate was 33.6％,F =27.75,P =0.006.The changes of apoptosis of cells and nucleus were shown in cell morphological observation.Osthole affected the decrease of the mRNA levels of Bcl-2 and the increase of the Bax mRNA levels via a dosedependent manner(F =210.12,P =0.000).Western blotting demonstrated that osthole could lead to the increase of the expression levels of cleaved caspase-3,caspase-8,caspase-9,Fas and FasL in the HL-60 cell line via a time-dependent manner.Conclusion Data suggests that osthole inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of HL-60 cells through mitochondria-dependent pathway and death-receptor pathway.

Objective To summarize the curative effect of ERCP and EST before laparoseopic cholecystec-tomy for treatment of patients with cbolelithiasts concurrent with choledoeholithiasis. Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was carried out for 43 cases of cholelithiasis concurrent with choledocholithiasis from January 2006 to December 2008. Results The procedures were successfully accomplished in 40 patients, the suc-cess rate was 93%. The successful clearance rate of common bile duct stone was 95.2%. Complication oc-curred in 2 cases, including 1 case of papilla bleeding and 1 case of hyperamylesemia. All complications were cured with non-operating treatment. Conclusions ERCP and EST before laparoseopic cholecystectomy is the best treatment and diagnosis method in gallbladder stone with common bile dust stone. It is very impor-tant to improve the success rate of LC, decrease complication and occurrence of the open operation of com-mon bile duct stone.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercises on swallowing function and cerebral perfusion in dysphagic stroke patients.Methods Sixty-two stroke pa- tients with dysphagia were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=32)and a control group(n=30).The treat- ment group received electroacupunture,rehabilitation exercise and conventional medical treatment,while the control group received only rehabilitation exercise and conventional medical treatment.They were treated once a day,6 times a week for 4 weeks.Water drinking test,stethocatharsis scores and swallowing fluorography were used to assess the swallowing function before and after treatment.Single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)was also em- ployed to observe the status of cerebral perfusion before and after treatment.Results It was shown that the swallo- wing function and cerebral perfusion in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group after treat- ment.The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.88% while that of the control group was 66.67%.Conclu- sion Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercises is effective in treating the dysphagic stroke patients, and can significantly improve the brain perfusion of these patients.

目的帮助截瘫患者解决便秘的痛苦及促进排便功能的恢复。方法卫生棉条刺激排便和定时排便训练。结果治疗组的有效率为90.49% ,明显高于对照组的33.33%(P<0.01)。结论棉条刺激和定时排便训练能使患者短时间内大量排便并对排便功能的恢复有促进作用。

目的探讨住院偏瘫患者的“偷行”行为与跌倒的关系,以防止患者跌伤。方法自制“偏瘫患者偷行动机与行动问卷”调查表,发给404例住院偏瘫患者填写或由他人协助填写。结果56.93%的被调查患者有偷行动机,5.44%有偷行行为,占有偷行动机人数的9.48%,发生跌倒的占有偷行行为的86.36%,跌倒患者中出现跌伤者占10.52%。结论偏瘫患者中普遍有偷行动机,相当一部分患者有偷行行为,偷行者跌倒率高,容易跌伤,故偷行行为是引起住院偏瘫患者跌伤的主要原因之一 ,应引起医护人员重视,并列为评估患者跌倒因素的内容之一。

Aim To observe the effects of cytokine signaling inhibition protein-3(SOCS3) on the liver fibrosis progression and reverse.Methods C57BL/6 mouse model was established by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).After a successful model of fibrosis, one-month normal diet was given to induce the reverse fibrosis model, while normal mice of the same gender and weight were as control group.Mice were sacrificed at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 weeks, respectively, then the liver tissue was harvested for the observation of its injury by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining.Then Masson staining was applied for the detection of changes in collagen, and the immunohistochemistry(IHC) for the observation of type Ⅰ Collagen(Colla-1), alpha smooth muscle actin(α-SMA), transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1) and SOCS3 protein expression.In vitro formation of fibrosis was induced by TGF-β1 stimulating HSC-T6 cell lines, which was then reversed by MDI medium, with co-incubation of HSC-T6 cells with plasmid in the process of the reverse.Western blot was employed to detect SOCS3, Colla-1, α-SMA, TGF-β1 expression.Results The expression of SOCS3 and TGF-β1 increased in mouse model of fibrosis with the worsening fibrosis process and decreased in the reverse process.Over-expression SOCS3 in the reverse process reduced the development of liver fibrosis;meanwhile, the expression of TGF-β1 was also reduced accordingly.Conclusion SOCS3 may influence the development of the liver fibrosis and its reverse via regulating the expression of TGF-β1.
