Objective To investigate the episode of ischemic stroke in patients with serum homocysteine (Hcy),erythropoietin and its clinical significance (EPO)levels.Methods Detected 120 cases of first ischemic stroke patients serum Hcy,EPO lev-els and test results with 120 cases over the same period outpatient healthy compare.Used Logistic regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis to determine the relationship between serum Hcy,EPO levels and ischemic stroke,ROC curve a-nalysis of clinical characteristics of Hcy and EPO.Results Serum Hcy,EPO level of ischemic stroke were respectively 23.1 ±12.6μmol/L and 32.4±11.2 mIU/L.The control level were respectively 10.4±2.8μmol/L and 17.6±5.2 mIU/L.Is-chemic stroke group were significantly higher.The results had statistical significance (P<0.05 or<0.01).Pearson correla-tion analysis showed that ischemic stroke serum Hcy levels and EPO levels were positively correlated (r=0.369,P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that Ischemic stroke was positively related to serum Hcy level (P<0.05),and were not related to EPO (P>0.05).Conclusion The serum Hcy,elevated EPO levels associated with ischemic stroke.Serum Hcy is an independent risk factor of ischemic stroke.

Objective:To examine the effect of cyclosporine A(CsA) on the differentiation of Th17 cells from splenocytes after stimulation with anti-CD3 mAb+IL-23.Methods:Total splenocytes were cultured with anti-CD3 mAb alone or anti-CD3 mAb plus IL-23 in the presence or absence of different concentrations of CsA.After stimulation,production of IL-17 and IFN-? was assayed by ELISA.The subsets of IL-17-producting T cells were examined at single-cell level by flow cytometry.Results:The splenocytes stimulated with anti-CD3 mAb alone could induce low level of IL-17 production and addition of IL-23 could promote high level of IL-17 in a dose-dependent manner.CsA inhibited the differentiantion of Th17 cells from splenocytes stimulated with anti-CD3 mAb+IL-23 in a dose-dependent manner.Kinetic studies indicated that CsA also inhibited the differentiantion of Th17 cells from activated T cells stimulated by anti-CD3 mAb+IL-23 for 48 hours.In addition,CsA inhibited production of IFN-? and IL-2.The analysis of subsets of T cells demonstrated that CD4+T cells but not CD8+T cells produced IL-17.Conclusion:CsA can inhibit Th17 cell differentiation.This observation shed a new light on the potential mechanisms for the immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory functions of CsA and provideds a theoretical and experimental foundation for clinical application.

Objective To explore the effect of emergency corpus luteum cystectomy for the prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP).Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with ectopie pregnancy in emergency conservative operation were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into the observation group(treated with corpus luteum cystectomy,40 cases) and control group (without corpus luteum cystectomy,28 cases).The declining of β-HCG,incidence rate of PEP were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of PEP of the observation group was 0,which was obviously lower than that of the control group(10.7％) (x2 =4.47,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The emergency corpus luteum cystectomy can effectively prevent PEP and the operation is simple and convenient.

Objective To evaluate the performance of the body fluid mode on the automatic analysis system-XT-4000i .Methods XT-4000i analyzer was used to detect the precision ,accuracy ,carryover rate ,meanwhile to validate the detection limit of the pa-rameters(WBC and RBC) .Results The range of the precision for WBC-BF was 0 .90% -5 .54% ,for RBC-BF was 1 .13% -5 .13% .The carry over rates were 0 .09% for WBC and 0 .14% for RBC ,respectively .As for as the analyzer range ,the results of the linearity and the detection limit verification were in line with the requirements of the analyzer ;the comparison between the man-ual microscopy results and the analyzer results meet the requirements of XT-4000i analyzer .Conclusion The performance of XT-4000i analyzer is in line with the requirements of the instrument range ,which can be used for clinical body fluid analysis and detection .

To explore the feasibility, safety and effect of the full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty for the treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa corneal ulcer.METHODS: Based on a retrospective non-controlled study, 25 patients were given the full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty for clinical diagnosis of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and corneal ulcer medication conventional anti-gram-negative bacteria. Routine follow-up were carried out at postoperative 1wk; 1, 3, 6, 12, 18mo to observe the situation of corneal epithelial healing, recurrent infection, immune rejection, graft transparency and best corrected visual acuity, etc. At the 6 and 12mo postoperative, corneal endothelial cell density was reexamined. RESULTS: No patients because of Descemet's membrane rupture underwent penetrating keratoplasty surgery: One only in cases of bacterial infection after 1mo, once again did not cultivate a culture of bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the remaining 24 cases average follow - up 14 ± 6mo, corneal graft were transparent, the cure rate was 96%. At the sixth month after surgery, there were 16 cases of eye surgery best corrected visual acuity ≥4. 5, of which 3 cases ≥4. 8. At the sixth month after surgery, the average corneal endothelial cell density 2 425 ± 278/mm2; At 12mo postoperatively, it was 2257± 326/mm2.CONCLUSlON: Full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty is an effective method of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in the treatment of corneal ulcers, corneal drying material glycerol can be achieved by visual effects.

Objective To study the recent clinical efficacy of compound matrine injections combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer. Methods Totally 65 cases of untreated locally advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (32 cases). The control group was treated by the conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given compound matrine injections 20 mL/time, once a day for 5 weeks. The recent curative effect, the quality of life and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results The recent curative effect rate of the treatment group was 66.67% (22/33), the control group was 40.63% (13/32), the difference was statistically significant (P=0.031). On hematologic toxicity, leukopenia occurred in the treatment group was 30.30% (10/33), the control group was 65.63% (21/32), the difference was statistically significant (P=0.004). KPS of 26 cases (78.79%) improved in the treatment, and 18 cases (56.25%) improved in the control group. Conclusion The effects of compound matrine injections combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced gastric cancer are good, they can improve short-term efficacy, reduce side effects, and improve the quality of life.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of Xiaoyao Powder (XP) and its compatible prescriptions on the ethology, morphology, and activities of neurotransmitters, thus exploring their effects and mechanism in preventing and treating D-galactose induced Alzheimer's disease (AD) model mice, and clarifying the compatibility mechanism for soothing Gan, nourishing blood, and invigorating Pi.

METHODSSixty SPF mice were randomly divided into the blank control group, the model group, and the XP group, Shugan Jianpi group (SJ), Shugan Yangxue group (SY), and Jianpi Yangxue group (JY), 10 in each group.The AD mouse model was prepared by peritoneal injecting D-galactose. Meanwhile, mice in the blank control group and the model group were administered with physiological saline (at the daily dose of 24 mL/kg) by gastrogavage. Mice in the XP group (2.485 g/kg), the SY group (1.136 g/kg), the SJ group (1.775 g/kg), and the JY group (2.059 g/kg) were administered with corresponding medicated decoction by gastrogavage, with the gastric volume of 24 mL/kg. On the 41st day the training of capability for learning and memory was started. On the 42nd day capability for learning and memory was tested. The brain tissue was cut. One half was used to determine the contents of homogenate acetyl cholinesterase (AchE), choline acetyltransferase (ChAT), and monoamine oxidase (MAO).Another half was used to carry out morphological observations.

RESULTSThe capability for learning and memory could be improved and the latency time could be lowered in all the treatment groups. Besides, the homogenate AchE and MAO could also be elevated, ChAT could be lowered; the morphology, number, and distribution of neurons could be improved. But the improvement of ethology, morphology, and activities of neurotransmitters were most obviously seen in the XP group.

CONCLUSIONSXP could improve the ethology, morphology, and activities of neurotransmitters, and showed better effects on prevention and treatment of AD. The rationality of compatibility methods and combination thinking ways of soothing Gan, nourishing blood, and invigorating Pi were clarified.

Objective To investigate the relationship between lymphadenectomy and the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Methods Eighty-six cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients who got a clear diagnosis and accepted system surgical treatment and had complete follow-up data were collected in this study.Fifty-eight cases routined lymphadenectomy (lymphadectomy group),and 28 cases didn't routine lymphadenectomy (without lymphadectomy group).The relationship between related pathological features and lympha node dissection state were evaluated by univariate analysis,and through survival analysis to understand the relationship between lymphadenectomy and the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Results The 3-years disease-specific survival rate (DSS) in lymphadectomy group and without lymphadectomy group were 82.1％ and 61.8％,which reached statistical significance (P =0.006).The 3-year DSS of FIGO Ⅰ A stage in lymphadectomy group and without lymphadectomy group were 93.8％ and 95.7％ (P=0.704),the 3-year DSS of FIGO Ⅰ B-Ⅳ stage in lymphadectomy group and without lymphadectomy group were 49.1％ and 35.4％,which reached statistical significance (P =0.044).Correlation analysis results showed that FIGO stage late (≥ Ⅰ B stage),higher tumor grade (G2-3 grade) were independent poor prognosis factors of 3-year DSS,and lymphadenectomy was an independent good prognosis factor.Conclusion Lymphadectomy can improve the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients who are FIGO Ⅰ B-Ⅳ stage,has therapeutic significance.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of total pelvic floor reconstruction treating female pelvic organ prolapse with prolift system .Methods The effectiveness and complications 24 cases genital pro-lapse according to POP Q stages who underwent total pelvic floor reconstruction surgery with prolift system were retro -spectively reviewed.Results The mean operative time was (97.5 ±23.3) min.The average blood loss (68.5 ± 28.1)mL.The mean postoperative hospital′s day was (8.9 ±2.3)days.The symptoms of all patients with peivic floor prolapse disappeared .2 cases sufferd pain and mesh erosion ,1 case had buttock abscess during follow-up.All recov-ered after treatment .Conclusion The short-term curative of total pelvic floor reconstruction surgery with prolift sys-tem is good.These cases have some postoperative complication .Such operation mode should be selected comprehen-sively.
