Methods 80 cases of AMI were randomly divided into simvastatin with low-molecular-weight heparin treatment (joint group) 40 cases and nitrates drug treatment( conventional group) 40 cases Au the patiants were observed before and after treatment for serum inflammatory factor, quantitative gated tomography,Holter and analysis of the effectbefore and after treatment. Results The conventional group and joint group after the treatment of TC, TG, LDL, HDL-C, hs-CRPs, CD40L levels were decreased than before treatment (t=2. 131, t = 2. 211, t = 2. 235, t = 2. 211, t = 2. 115, t = 2. 274, both P<0. 05 ) ; the joint group after treatment bs-CRP, sCD40L significantly declined than conventional group (t = 2. 231, t = 2. 245, both P<0. 05 ) ;conventional group of IMT dropped 1.1% lower than the 3.4% of the joint group ( X2 = 4. 01,P<0. 05 ) ; conventional treatment group plaque score 11.5% higher than the combined group plaque score decreased 16. 9% (X2 =4. 25 ,P<0. 05) ;joint group after treatment,a few soft spots(7. 7 %) lower than before treatment(28.2%) (X2 = 6. 78,P<0. 01) ;the joint group of EDV,ESV,EF after treatment decreased significantly than before treatment (t =2. 221 ,t =2. 342 ,t = 2. 245, P<0. 05) ; conventional treatment group and joint group after the number of ischemic attack, ST above the largest decrease, ST segment depression was significantly lower than the time before treatment(t=2. 731 ,t=2. 781, t=2. 785,t=2. 781, t=2. 815, t=2. 874, both P<0. 01);joint total effective rate 90. 0% higher than the conventional group 67.4% (X2=4. 25,P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Simvastatin combined with LMWH have good effect in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.

Objective To explore the relationship between intrahepatic expression of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection. Methods IL-17 expressions in livers with different inflammation activity grades and hepatic fibrosis stages from patients with chronic hepatitis B virus carriers (n= 30), chronic hepatitis B (CHB, n = 55), liver cirrhosis (LC, n=20) were measured by immunohistochemistry. Serum IL-17 and liver fibrosis indices of haluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ ) and type Ⅳ collagen ( Ⅳ C) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The differences between groups were compared by Kruskal-Wallis test, and the Mann-Whitney test, and the correlation analysis was done by Spearman test. Results Intrahepatic IL-17 expression in LC group was significantly higher than CHB group (x2 =25. 3982, P=0. 004), and that in CHB group was higher than chronic hepatitis B virus carriers group (x2 = 11. 5056, P= 0. 001). The inflammation activity grade and hepatic fibrosis stage were both positively correlated with IL-17 expression (r= 0.718, 0. 693, respectively; both P<0.01). IL-17 mainly located in portal area and the expression was positively correlated with serum levels of HA, LN, PCⅢ and ⅣC (r=0. 793, 0. 834, 0. 722, 0. 883, respectively; all P<0.01).Conclusion Intrahepatic IL-17 expression is closely correlated with liver inflammation activity grade and hepatic fibrosis stage.

Objective:To observe the effects of Rhizoma coptidis decoction on the myoelectric activity of womb of virginal rats and to discuss its mechanism. Methods: The changes of uterine myoelectric activity of rats were recorded by Biolap 98 biological system with a pair of mini bipolar Ag AgCl electrodes implanted on the uterine serosal surface. Rhizoma coptidis decoction was injected to find their effects on uterine myoelectric activity of rats, then M, H 1,?,L calaium channel and prostaglandin synthetase were blocked or inhibited respectively to be observed their influence Rhizoma coptidis decoction. Results:Rhizoma coptidis decoction can significantly increase uterine myoelectric activity of rats. After M and H 1 receptors were blocked, the effects of Rhizoma coptidis decoction were partially decreased. The effects of Rhizoma coptidis decoction were disappeared with L calcium channels blocked. But, nothing happened if ? receptor was blocked or prostaglandin synthetase was inhibited. Conclusions: Rhizoma coptidis decoction can significantly increase uterine myoelectric activity of rats, which may be associated with M receptor, H receptor and L calcium channels, nothing with ? receptor and synthesis or releasing of prostaglandin.

Objective To study the effect of neuroepithelial cell transforming gene 1 (Net1) on the cellular radiosensitivity and underlying mechanism. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to measure the variations in Net1 expression level upon irradiation.Radiosensitivity was analyzed by colonyforming assay after Net1-siRNAs.Net1-associated proteins were identified by co-immunoprecipitation.Results The Net1 mRNA level in the cells was increased significantly (t =-10.52,P < 0.05) after irradiation.Compared to the control group,siRNA-mediated silencing of Net1 enhanced cell radiosensitivity (t =15.31,11.65,P <0.05).Net1 was found to interact with Ku70,Ku80 and DNA-PKcs under either normal conditions or after irradiation. Conclusions Net1 could protect cells from irradiation by interaction with DNA repair proteins in non-homologous end joining pathway.

Objective To investigate optimal extraction process of Piper puberulum ( Benth.) Maxim.and qualitative analyze the chemical component of the extracts. Methods Method of solvent heating reflux was used for extraction. On the basis of single factor experiment, L9 (34 ) orthogonal experiment was designed with the variants of extraction frequency, time, material-liquid ratio, and immersion time.Extraction rate as index, extraction processes were optimized to achieve best extraction. The extracts, including total extract, water elution, and ethanol elution, were physiochemically analysed to achieve an initial qualitative result. Results The optimal extraction process was: extractions 3 times for 2 hours, with an 1︰30 material -liquid ratio and 2 hours of immersion, Initial qualitative analyzed the total extracts containing amino acids, polypeptides, proteins, alkaloids, steroids or triterpenes, flavones, saponins, polysaccharides, reducing sugars or glucosides, cumarins, terpene lactones, phenols, and tannins. The water elution containing: amino acids, polypeptides, proteins, saponins, polysaccharides, reducing sugars or glucosides, cumarins, and terpene lactones. The ethanol elution containing: amino acids, polypeptides, proteins, alkaloids, steroids or triterpenes, flavones, polysaccharides, reducing sugars or glucosides, phenols, and tanins. Conclusion The experiments show that optimal extraction process can achieve high extraction yield, stable and practical.
