Chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5 ),as a member of the G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)superfamily,is a membrane protein on cell surface and one of the major of coreceptors for HIV-1infection.CCR5 has became a molecular target for the novel drugs against HIV-1,and antagonists for CCR5 could be grouped as following, chemokine derivatives,small molecule non-peptide compounds,molecular antibodies and peptides. These compounds with high anti-viral activity and affinity are at different stages, and some have been under clinical studies. Therefore, the development research in the different kind of CCR5 antagonists is reviewed.

Objective To explore the clinical significance and changes of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)level in children with acute viral myocarditis(AVM).Methods TNF-? and IL-6 level in serum from 53 AVM children and 20 healthy children were measured by radio-immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The relation between the levels of TNF-? and IL-6 in serum with the occurrence and development in acute viral myocarditis was analyzed.Results Thirty-two were males and 21 females in the 53 AVM children.The ages ranged from 3-11 years old.There were 12 males and 8 females in control group.The serum level of TNF-? and IL-6 were(526.7?32.9),(3.23?0.53)mg/L in AVM group and(383.1?27.5),(1.63?0.22)mg/L in control group.There were significant difference between the 2 groups(Pa

Objective To evaluate CT and MRI features of brain lesions in CO poisoning and to compare the ability of detecting rate of lesions by CT and MRI.Methods CT and MRI appearances in 52 cases with CO poisoning were analysed and compared.Results Necroses and degenerations of globus pallidus in 9 cases,cerebral white matter demyelination in 3 cases and brain atrophy in 3 cases were showed by CT.The detecting rate was 28.8% by CT while,necroses and degeneration of glodus pallidus were observed in 24 cases and white matter change in 7 cases were observed by MRI,the detecting rate was 59.6% which was higher than that of CT (?

Objective To explore the application of self-made guided wire operating-tray,which is designed for percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA),in performing coronary intervention (PCI).Methods A total of 40 patients who were planned to receive PCI were randomly divided into the study group (n=20,using guided wire operating-tray) and the control group (n=20,using traditional method to operate guide wire).Under local anesthesia PCI was carried out in all patients of both groups.The frequency of guide wire winding,the degree of surgical sheet contamination within the operation area,and the comfort and convenience of operating guide wire were assessed,the results were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of guide wire winding and the degree of surgical sheet contamination within operation area in the study group were remarkably lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The comfort and convenience of operating guide wire in the study group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion In performing PCI,the use of self-made guided wire operating-tray can effectively avoid guide wire winding and reduce the degree of surgical sheet contamination within the operation area.

Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of early enteral nutrition (EEN) in elder patients undergoing gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma.
