Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(5):11-14
Objective To explore the effects of dialectical nursing on recurrent oral ulcers in children. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight cases of children with recurrent oral ulcer hospitalized from March 2013 to June 2015 were randomized into study group and control group using random digit table with 94 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with the modern medical care pattern and the study group was with dialectical nursing care of Chinese medicine besides the modern medical care pattern. The two groups were compared in terms of the curative effect, time for ulcer healing, pains and level of the children′s and parents′satisfaction. Results The curative effect in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). The time of the study group was shorter than that of the control one (P<0.001). The level of pains was lower but the degree of satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusions The dialectical nursing care combined with modern medical care pattern is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcers in children. It can shorten the healing time and enhance the satisfaction. It can have high value of clinical application and promotion.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2009;29(9):793-795
Objective To evaluate the changes in the expression of cytochrome cholesterol side chain cleavage enzyme (P450scc) in the brain of morphine-dependent rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats aged 4-8 months weighing 180-200 g were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 8 each): group Ⅰ normal saline (group NS), group Ⅱ morphine dependence (group MD) and group Ⅲ morphine withdrawal (group MW). In group MD and MW, the rats were given intraperitoneally increasing doses of morphine starting from 5 mg/kg to 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mg/kg twice a day for 7 days. In group NS, the rats were given equal volume of normal saline instead of morphine. The rats were decapitated 1 h after last injection in group NS and MD. In group MW, naloxone 2 mg/kg was given 1 h after last injection, and then the animals were decapitated 30 min after withdrawal symptoms were observed. The brains were immediately removed and the frontal cortex, hippocampus, striatum and thalamus were separated. The expression of P450see was determined by Western blot. Results The expression of P450scc in the frontal cortex, hippocampus and striatum was significantly decreased in group MD and MW compared with group NS (P<0.05). Conclusion The down-regulation of P450scc expression might be involved in the development of morphine dependence, but it is not involved in the morphine withdrawal.

Based on the associated theory of spleen-kidney deficiency about the traditional Chinese medicine and experimental research to discuss myasthenia gravis treated by integrative medicine.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the mechanism of myasthenia gravis is Qi deficiency of the spleen-stomach.Experimental studies showed supplementing spleen and kidney can improve ATP,muscle glycogen, fat content, other molecular biology material foundations, skeletal muscle cells under hypoxia and mitochondrial structure of animal models and patients, and therefore treat the deficiency of both spleen and kidney.

A simple, reliable RPHPLC method on ODS column with UV detector for deter-mination of the anticoagulant rodenticide coumatetralyl in animal tissue was developed.1,1′-Bi-(2-Naphthol)was used as an internal standard to check the process ofexperiments. The mean recoveries from the spiked rabbit liver were around 90% atthe levels of 0.4-16mg/kg.The coeffecint of variation of 5 determination was 3.2%.The results showed that this method has a satisfactory reproducibility. The methodis practical for examining poisons in poisoning cases.

Nine Rabbits were orally administrated with a single dose of 25mg/kg,100mg/kgcoumatetralyl to establish poisoning model.Poisoning sympton and pathological changes were observed.Coumatetralyl content in main internal organsand muscle was determined by RPHPLC method. The results were discussed.

International Eye Science 2016;16(10):1933-1936
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgical intervention of complicated cataract in patients with uveitis.
●METHODS:Retrospective study. A total of 57 cases (57 eyes ) with complicated cataract with uveitis were involved in the study from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015. All cases underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery successfully. The postoperative reaction, effect, complications and so on were retrospectively analyzed after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery. The date of visual outcome was analyzed using Non - parametric Wilcoxon test.
●RESULTS: lris were bleed in 21 eyes ( 37%) , 4 eyes ( 7%) with posterior capsule rapture and posterior chamber intraocular lens was not implanted in 4 eyes ( 7%) . The uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) was significantly increased after surgery. The UCVA of 8 eyes (14%) were 0. 1 or better before surgery, and the UCVA of 42 eyes (74%) were 0. 1 or better 3mo after surgery, the difference was statistically significant ( Z=23. 42, P<0. 001). The corneal edema (17 eyes, 30%), uveitis (2 eyes, 4%) and intraocular hypertension ( 1 eyes, 2%) were appeared in postoperative 1d. The corneal edema (3 eyes, 5%) was appeared in postoperative 1wk. The uveitis ( 1 eyes, 2%) was appeared in postoperative 1mo. The corneal edema (1 eyes, 2%), uveitis (2 eyes, 4%) , intraocular hypertension ( 1 eyes, 2%) and after-cataract ( 3 eyes, 5%) were appeared in postoperative 3mo.
● CONCLUSION: The phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation surgical intervention of complicated cataract in patients with uveitis has good effect and fewer complications.
