The content, range, mode and method of medical equipment management were explained by associating hospi- tal actuality. The value of scientific management can be directed and improved economic benefit and social effect too, which are an important construction of hospital efficiency.

Objective To establish a method for determination of total hardness in drinking water by using automatic potentiometric titrator.Methods Dynamic equivalence point titration(DET)and monotonic equivalence point titration(MET)mode was used to determine the high total hardness and low total hardness of drinking water samples respectively.Results Used DET mode to determine the high total hardness,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.69%～1.72% and the recovery rate was 101.5%～102.2%.Used MET mode to determine the low total hardness,RSD was 3.49%～4.00% and the recovery rate was 95.8%- 103.6%.Conclusion This method is rapid,simple,accurate,precise and applicable to the determination of total hardness in drinking water in low and high levels.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with small dose of antidepressant on prospermia.Methods:150 cases of prospermia conformed to the diagnostic criteria were divided into 3 groups according to their wishes,50 cases in each group.Group I were treated with Zhibai Gujing Decoction,group Ⅱ with Sertraline hydrochloride,and group Ⅲ with Zhibai Gujing Decoction plus Sertraline hydrochloride,for 4 consecutive weeks.The ejaculatory latency,satisfaction degrees of sexual life,and the adverse effect of the medicine were observed.Results:After treatment,the ejaculatory latency was significantly prolonged and the satisfaction degree of sexual life was significantly increased in the 3 groups(P

Caco-2 cell monolayer model is widely utilized in drug absorption study and 12-well transwellTM plates were commonly used to study the absorption of different kinds of natural products. To establish a stable method for the study of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, 6-well plates were chosen because of the larger well volumes than 12-well plates. To study the impacts of collagen kinds, coating density as well as coating time on the cell culture, the transepithelial electrical resistance of Caco-2 cell monolayers grown on different collagen coating transwells was determined, and the permeations of propranolol and atenolol as standard markers were detected with HPLC. The results showed that the kinds of collagen, the different coating densities and coating time of rat tail collagen had no significant influences on the Caco-2 cell monolayer integrality and absorption capacity. 6-well plates coated with 2 micro g Scm-2 rat tail collagen for 1 hour were enough reliable and suitable for the study of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in vitro.

Objective To observe the curative effect of cervicogenic headache(CEH)treatment through the combination of pulse radio frequency(PRF)on the C2 dorsal rootganglion and continuous epidural space block.Methods Sixty patients with CEH in our hospital were randomly divided into groups A and B,30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with combination of PRF on cervical dorsal root ganglion and continuous epidural space block.The group B was treated with PRF on cervical dorsal root ganglion method.The pain VAS scores before treatment and at 1 week,3,6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with pretreatment,the VSA scores at 1 week,3,6 wonths after treatment in the two groups had statistical difference(P＜0.05),moreover,the VAS score decrease in the group A was better than the group B.All the patients had no nerve and artery injury or infection complications.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat cervical CEH through the combination of ganglion PRF on the cervical 2 dorsal root and continuous epidural space block.

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of atorvastatin in patients with soft carotid atherosclerotic plaques using contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS).Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction and soft carotid atherosclerotic plaques were divided into two groups:high-dose atorvastatin treatment group(40 mg daily)and control group without atorvastatin treatment.The same soft carotid plaque in each patient was examined before and after 3-months'treatment respectively using CEUS.The parameters of CEUS were compared between pretherapy and post-treatment,including arrived time (AT),time to peak(TTP),peak intensity(PI),based intensity(BI)and enhanced intensity(EI,EI=PI-BI).Results EI of carotid plaques in treatment group was decreased significantly than that in control group after three months'treatment(P＜0.05).While the difference of EI in control group has no significance between pre-therapy and post-treatment(P＞0.05). Conclusions The neovascularization in soft carotid plaques was reduced after 3-months'treatment of a high dose atorvastatin.CEUS can be used to evaluate the effect of atorvastatin in treatment of soft carotid plaques.

Objective:To study the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Chinese medicine on neogenesis of blood vessels and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)expression in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)rats.Methods:7 days after being castrated,fifty SD rats were injected with testosterone(5 mg?kg-1?d-1),the decoction of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu and Zerguilongshuang were orally administrated respectively,after 30 days'treatment,the rats were sacrificed,the prostate volume were measured,and the prostate index(PI)were analyzed,the micro-vessels density(MVD)and level of bFGF were measured.Results:The prostate volume and index of rats in model group was obviously higher than those in normal group(P
