OBJECTIVE:To provide the basis for the formulation of the health intervention strategy for medical and health insti-tutions'pharmacists and provide reference for other related research. METHODS:A total of 180 medical and health institutions' pharmacists in Heilongjiang province were investigated and evaluated by work satisfaction MMSS scale(modified)and quality of life(SF-36)scale,and the relevant data were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:A total of 180 questionnaires were distributed and 134 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 74.44%. The average score of work satisfaction degree was (3.44±0.79),which was at the middle level. The highest score was the relationship with colleagues and the lowest score was wel-fare. The physical function, the physiological function and the social function dimension of the respondents were higher thanChi-nese norm. The scores of physical pain, general health, vitality, emotional function and mental health were lower thanChinese norm, and there was statistical significance between the scores of the other dimensions andChinese norm(P<0.05),except for the physiological function and vitality dimension. Multivariate analysis showed that gender, duties, education, length of service and work satisfaction score had an effect on quality of life(P<0.05),among these factors, work satisfaction score was positively correlated with quality of life. CONCLUSIONS:The quality of life of medical and health institutions'pharmacists still needs to be improved, which is related to many influential factors, and job satisfaction is an important influential factor.
3. Inhibitory functions of SaaB on LPS-induced RAW264. 7 cells via NF-κB-iNOS-NO signaling pathway
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2019;35(2):198-202
Aim: To investigate the functional influences of saponins from Anemarrhena asphdeloids Bge (SAaB) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW264. 7 cells and the regulation of SAaB to NF-κB- iNOS-NO signaling pathway. Methods: The inflammatory cell model in vitro was established using LPS- induced RAW264. 7 cells, and the levels of NO, iN- OS, TNF-α and IL-6 in inflammatory RAW264. 7 cells effected by SAaB were analyzed using Griess and ELISA method respectively. The protein expression levels of NF-κB p65 were measured by Western blot. Results: Compared with control group, LPS (10 mg L-1) -induced RAW264. 7 cells expressed a significant increase in the levels of NO, iNOS, TNF-α, IL-6 and NF-κB p65 protein. SAaB (0.3, 3, 30 mg L-1) obviously reduced the contents of these inflammatory factors (P <0. 01) and the expression of NF-κB p65 protein (P < 0. 01) in LPS-induced RAW264. 7 cells. Conclusion: SAaB can inhibit the functions of LPS-induced RAW264. 7 cells by modulating NF-KB- iNOS-NO signaling pathway.

Objective To analyze the long-term prognosis and prognostic factors of idiopathic collapsing focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and not otherwise specified FSGS in children. Methods The clinical, pathology and follow-up data of patients with idiopathic collapsing FSGS and not otherwise specified FSGS were analyzed retrospectively by Kaplan-Meier method, univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis. Results A total of 64 patients (29 idiopathic collapsing FSGS and 35 not otherwise specified FSGS) were diagnosed by renal biopsy. The 4-year renal survival rate of idiopathic collapsing FSGS and not otherwise specified FSGS were 48.3%, 74.3% respectively. Univariate analysis revealed that the renal survival time were 25.41±3.28 months in idiopathic collapsing patients, and 35.53±2.73 months in not otherwise specified patients. The different is significant (χ2=4.07,P=0.044). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that poor treatment response (HR=5.92, P<0.05) and renal insufficiency at early stage (HR=2.45, P<0.05) were independent risk factors of prognosis. Conclusions Compared with patients with not otherwise specified FSGS, the renal survival time is shorter in idiopathic collapsing FSGS patients. Patients with renal insufficiency and poor response to treatment have poorer prognosis.

Purpose To explore the significance of three-dimensional reconstruction of fetus based on MRI scan data. Materials and Methods Three woman (more than 39 weeks' gestation) with a strong wish to have natural childbirth and voluntary to take the examination in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University were recruited in the study. Mimics 10.01 software was used to do three-dimensional reconstruction. Results The fetal surface tissue showed low signal on the two-dimensional images, and amniotic fluid and lung, bladder, cerebrospinal fluid showed high signal. The placenta and uterine wall showed moderate to low signal. Those contributed to the clear boundary between fetal surface and other tissue surround. The three-dimensional fetus models were reconstructed successfully, which clearly demonstrated the main surface features and spatial position of the fetus. The fetal morphology and fetal position could be viewed in various directions. Conclusion Fetus surface can be reconstructed into three-dimensional model based on MRI data set, which has advantage of large visual field and can be observed at arbitrary angle. It provides a new method for morphological analysis and prenatal evaluation for fetal development and growth.
