1.Study on Clinical Influencing Factors of Serum Concentration of Digoxin
China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze clinical influencing factors and monitoring results of serum concentration of digoxin (SDC) to provide reference for rational use of drug. METHODS: 137 medical records were collected and analyzed statistically with multiple regression analysis in order to study the relationship of SDC with influencing factors. RESULTS: SDC was significantly affected by dosage, height, body weight, free fat body weight, body surface area, creatinining clearance rate, serum creatinine (P
2.Effect of Psych-Social Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Schizophrenia
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):406-407
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of psych-social intervention on the recovery from schizophrenia.Methods160 cases schizophrenia patients leaved hospital were divided into intervention group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases). Meanwhile maintenance drug therapy, intervention group accept systemic psych-social and family intervention. The control group accept maintenance drug therapy only. At the end of initiation 3 month, 1 and 2 years, the patients were evaluated with Disability Assessment Schedule (DAS) and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PNASS). The number of cases relapsed were counted in both groups. ResultsThe difference of the score of DAS and PANSS between two groups was not significant in 3 month, and became significant at the end of 1 year (P<0.05), very significant at the end of 2 years (P<0.01). The relapsed cases within two years were 12 cases in intervention group and 34 cases in control group (P<0.01).ConclusionPsych-social and family intervention is significantly effective on the improvement of psychiatric symptom, recovery of society function and degrade of relapse rate of patients with schizophrenia.
3.CT findings of desmoplastic small round cell tumor occurred in abdomen and pelvis
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the CT features of desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT)occurred in abdomen and pelvis. Methods The CT images of 4 patients with pathologically proven DSRCT occurred in abdomen and pelvis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The CT features common to the 4 DSRCT in abdomen and pelvis were as follows:the lobulated soft-tissue masses were very large;the masses often involved omental and serosal surfaces of abdomen and pelvis organ and had close relationship to the surrounding organs;the originating site of the tumors were not apparent;intratumoral hemorrhage or necrosis were often present;and contrast-enhanced CT scan showed mild to medium heterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion The CT features of DSRCT in abdomen and pelvis are rather specific and can provide helpful information to the clinical diagnosis.

Objective To explore the liver transplantation in end stage liver disease with portal vein thrombosis (PVT). Methods Computer Tomography and color Doppler examinations were performed on the recipients to be subject to liver transplantation. Four male cases were found having PVT, received orthotopic liver transplantation and thrombectomy. Cell Saver auto transfusion blood and venous by-pass was also conventionally used. By reason of one case with residual thrombosis, a catheter with heparin cap was inserted into the branch of superior mesentery vein, followed by perfusion of urokinase for thrombus dissolution. Anti-coagulation treatments with low molecule heparin and Prostaglandtin E1 after operation were carried on in all of the patients. Results Surgical management of PVT were successful only one time in 3 patients. One patient with PVT extending over the entrance of spleen vein and left and right portal vein branches had portal vein residual thrombosis postoperation. After dissolution and anti-coagulation for 28 days, the residual thrombus disappeared. One cured patient with PVT died 48 days after operation from lung infection due to multiocular effusion resulting from chest cavity bleeding after pleuracentesis, and other 3 patients were cured in 2 months. Conclusion The PVT is not an absolute contraindication to liver transplantation; Thrombectomy combined with thrombus dissolution and anticoagulation can cure PVT; Prevention of bleedings in the patients with PVT is very importance postoperation.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2012;28(7):544-547
ObjectiveTo investigate the role of the anti-podocyte antibody in the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy(MN).Methods Thirty-six frozen section slice from biopsies of normal kidney were randomly divided into 3 groups:A,B and C groups(n=12,respectively),then,serum of MN and IgA nephropothy patients, and normal saline were added by drops to frozen section respectively, then the changes were observed by fluorescence microscope.Twenty-one male New Zealand white rabbits were feed with standard diet for 1 week, then were randomly divided into 3 groups:D,E,F groups (n=7,respectively),and injected with the serum of MN and IgA nephropathy, and normal saline respectively through ear-border vein.24-h urinary protein, serumalbumin, serumcreatinineweredetected. Atweek8afterinjection, the histopathological changes in kidney tissue of rabbits were observed by light microscope, electron microscope and immunofluorescence staining. Results Immunofluorescenee staining displayed IgG deposition in glomerular podocytes in group A,and there was no positive expression in other two groups. The quantitative measurement of 24-h urinary protein increased significantly after injection of MN serum (P<0.01),meanwhile the serum albumin markedly decreased (P<0.01).The inmnunofluorescence staining showed that IgG deposited in the glomerulus capillaries wall, which presented spherical particles.Light microscope revealed the thickening of GBM without nailing process formation.Electron microscope showed the podocyte foot processes, subepithelial dense deposits.Such pathological changes were not found in E group and F group. Conclusion There is anti-podocyte antibody in blood of MN patients, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of MN.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2014;34(3):250-253
Due to its effectiveness and specificity,RNA interference (RNAi) technology is widely used in the treatment of tumor, viral infectious and metabolic diseases.Noninvasively tracing the delivery of therapeutic RNA molecules in vivo and evaluating the therapeutic effects are important to promote the clinical application of RNAi technology.Molecular imaging allows noninvasive visualization of biological processes at the cellular and molecular level in vivo.It can be used to monitor the biodistribution of therapeutic RNA molecules and to assess the effects of the RNAi.This article reviews the advance of molecular imaging in monitoring the delivery of RNAi molecules and evaluating the therapeutic effects of RNAi.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the adsorbability of active carbon fiber(ACF) for gaseous benzene and to use ACF for the determination of benzene in the air in future. Methods The adsorbability of ACF was investigated and the results were compared with that of granular active carbon(GAC).Results The adsorption efficiency of ACF was 93%,the selective adsorbability was 94.28%,the saturation adsorption capacity of gaseous benzene was 25%,as for GAC,they were 88%,88.57% and 12% respectively. Conclusion ACF is better than GAC in the adsorption efficiency of benzene in the condition of low concentration and long time sampling.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To know the pollution situation by microcystin MC in Tai Lake in Wuxi. Methods The MC content in 12 water samples and 28 fish samples in the Tai Lake were determined by ELISA. Results The positive rates of MC in water samples and fish samples were 100%. The mean content of MC in water samples was higher in July 9 874.8 pg/ml than in November 142.8 pg/ml. The mean content of MC in the livers was 27.84 ng/g, in the muscle it was 3.97 ng/g. Conclusion The Tai Lake has been contaminated by microcystin and it can be detected in the fish living in the lake.
