China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the adjustment of patients'medication psychology in clinical pharmaceutical care.METHODS:Various factors that influence patients'medication psychology and the effects resulted from patients'medication psychology were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Patients'psychological effects influence the physiological effects of medicine, thus greatly influencing drug action, therefore, pharmacists'knowledge on pharmacopsychology should be strength?ened and their communication ability with patients should be improved.Furthermore, pharmacists should adjust patients'medication psychology timely to satisfy their basic psychological needs for medication.

Objective To study the immunophenotype and chromosome karyotype of 57 adult patients with newly?diagnostic acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL). Methods The immunophenotype and chromosome karyotype of 57 adult patients with newly?diagnostic ALL were determined by using flow cytometer and karyotyping, and then the clinical characteristics and significance were analyzed. Results In patients with B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(B?ALL),the expression of CD19 and CD22 were significantly higher than CD10 and CD20(P<0.05). The expression of CD7 and CD3 were much higher in patients with T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T?ALL). As for the early antigen, patients of all subtypes of ALL showed high expression rate of CD34 and CD38. In addition, the HLA?DR was only detected in B?ALL. There was no difference in comparison with clinical characteristics, total rate of CR and rate of relapse between ALL with and without myeloid antigen expression. The expression rate of CD34 and HLA?DR was higher in My+?ALL(P<0.05). The relapse rate was much higher in these patients with abnormal karyotype than other pa?tients(P<0.05). Patients with high?risk karyotype showed higher expression rates of CD20 and CD3 than those with standard?risk. Conclusion The immunophenotypes and chromosome karyotypes show obviously heterogeneous features, and the patients with abnormal karyotypes have higher relapse rate. These above mentioned methods are applicable for the diagnosis and individualized treatment of ALL patients.

Nucleic acid aptamer is the systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment syn-thesized in vitro screening technology resulting single-stranded oligonucleotides (DNA or RNA),by folding into unique spatial structure specific recognition binding target molecules.Aptamers function is similar to the anti-bodies but more specifically,as novel molecular probes for the field of cancer therapeutics and diagnostics.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of restructuring human brain natriuretic peptide in treatment of heart failure associated with severe acute myocarditis. Methods Fifty cases of heart failure associated with severe acute myocarditis were divided into experimental group and control group according random number table method, each group 25 cases. The patients in control group were given conventional treatment, and the patients in experimental group were given restructuring human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results The level of N terminal brain natriuretic peptide, left ventricular ejection fraction, urine volume, creatinine in two groups had no significant difference before treatment (P > 0.05).After treatment, these index in experimental group were better than those in control group [(7 785 ± 432) ng/L vs.(10 022 ± 447) ng/L,(45.28 ± 2.67)% vs.(41.34 ±3.11)%,(1 833 ±49) ml/24 h vs.(1 456 ±47) ml/24 h,(109.34 ± 10.77) μmol/L vs.(125.44 ± 11.00) μ mol/L] (P < 0.05).The rate of clinical symptoms improving in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group [71.4% (55/77) vs.26.0% (20/77)] (P <0.01).Conclusion Restructuring human brain natriuretic peptide with conventional treatment can effectively improve heart failure associated with severe clinical symptoms of acute myocarditis, improve the clinical therapeutic effect.

Objective To investigate the effects of propofol on death-associated protein kinase (DAPK) mRNA expression in a rat model of traumatic brain injury (TBI). MethodsSixty male Wistar rats with a mean age of 3-4 months and mean body weight of 250-300 g were randomly divided into 6 groups ( n = 10 each) : Ⅰ normal control;Ⅱ sham operation; Ⅲ TBI; Ⅳ normal saline (NS) +TBI;Ⅴ fat emulsinn+ TBI and Ⅵ propefol + TBI. TBI was produced according to Feeney et al. In group Ⅲ-Ⅵ the animals were killed and their brains were removed at 24 h after brain contusion. NS 2 ml·kg-1 · h-1 , 10% fat emulsion 2 ml · kg-1 · h-1 and propofol 2 ml·kg-1·h-1 were infused iv for 4 h after lead trauma in group Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ respectively. DAPK mRNA expression in the brain tissue was determined by RT-PCR and neuronal apeptosis was assessed by TUNEL. Results The expression of DAPK mRNA and neuronal apoptosis were significantly increased in the TBI group as compared with normal control and sham operation groups. Propefol infusion significantly attenuated neuronal apoptosis and reduced DAPK mRNA expression as compared with TBI, NS and FE groups. ConclusionPropofol can protect the brain from traumatic injury by suppression of the expression of DAPK mRNA.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2015;31(10):902-905
Basic biochemical index were measured weekly in hyperuricemia rats.Real-time quantitative PCR technology was employed to measure glucose transporter-4 (GLUT-4),insulin receptor substrate (IRS)-1,and IRS-2 mRNA expression in the skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. The gene expression of GLUT-4 and IRS-2 are significantly lower in the last weeks of the hyperuricemia rat.Insulin resistance caused by hyperuricemia is probably related to the lowering expression levels of GLUT-4 and IRS-2 mRNA in the target tissues.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of bacteria colonization on lumbar epidural catheter tips in postoperative analgesia patients. METHODS The catheter tips were cultured in 100 patients with ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ undergoing lower extremity osteoarticular operation.Lumbar epidural catheters were placed in the operating room with aseptic technique.Diluted local anesthetic and fentanyl infusions were used for postoperative analgesia. The epidural catheter was removed with aseptic technique and the tips sent for microbiological culture after 3 days. RESULTS From 100 patients, bacteriological examination revealed bacteria colonization in 9(9.0%),mainly Staphylococcus epidermidis(6;66.7%),followed by Enterococcus(1;11.1%),Gram-negative bacilli(1;11.1%),and yeasts(1;11.1%).No patient developd infectious complications. CONCLUSIONS Our results show that the risk of bacteria colonization associated with lumber postoperative analgesia in three days is low.No patient develops local or central nervous infection.Epidural postoperative analgesia can be routinely used without worry of infection in epidural space. But we recommend prophylactic measures should be applied in the high-risk groups.
