1.The apocalypse From Jung's prototype theories to research the children's personality androgyny
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
The personality androgyny is an important topic of personality development, but in the last several decades, the research mostly set out from the society, more emphasize education factor, few materialize the child corpus in the growth, few materialize the concrete meanings to children's mind and body health. So these results will be applying realm to dispute rather many, haven't materialized the value it should have.As the master of psychoanalysis,Jung's prototype theories is abundant, anima and animus, personality mask and the subconscious, formated an organic unify with consciousnes. These theories have an important significance to re-examine the content and value of children's personality bisexual in the theories field. The personality bisexual strategy according to Jung's theories will be more ethical because of respecting children's corpus and consideration children's physical and mental health.

Objective To establish the model of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) with selective motor neuron disorder by organotypic spinal cord cultures, and analyze the role of astrocyte in the pathagenisis of ALS.Methods Organotypic spinal cord cultures were prepared using lumbar spinal cord slices from 8-day-old SD rat pups. The threohydroxyaspartate (THA) was applied into culture medium to establish ALS organotypic spinal cord cultures model. Motor neurons survival was evaluated by monoclonal SMI-32 immunohistochemical staining and glial fibrillary acidic protein staining to show astrocyte survival. Results Compared with the control group, there was significantly astrogliosis in the anterior horn and surrounding white matter in THA 100 μmol/L group, and the level of gliosis was increased followed the elongation of THA interference time. With the increasing of the number of astrocyte, the morphology of astrocyte was changed. Conclusion There is significantly astrogliosis in the anterior horn and the time of astrogliosis is markedly earlier than the time of motor neuron loss in the ALS model intervented with THA.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by memory loss and cognitive decline. The pathological eatures of Alzheimer's disease are abnormal deposition of amyloid beta-peptides (Aβ), neurofibrillary tangles, cholinergic deficits, and loss of synaptic processes and dendritic spines. Senescence accelerated mouse prone 8 exhibits age-related deficits of learning and memory from an early age, tau protein phosphorylation, neurotransmitter changes, synaptic structure and function disorders, circadian rhythm disorders,as well as gene expression and many other characteristic changes, which are consistent with Alzheimer's disease pathological changes, and can be used as an ideal animal model for Alzheimer's disease prevention drugs development.

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinic diagnosis and treatment of ectopic thyroid gland (ETG) of the neck.METHODS The clinical data of 10 cases with ETG who were misdiagnosis in out-patient clinic from 1999 to 2007 were analyzed, including 5 lumps of tongue base,3 thyroglossal duct cysts,1 epiglottic cyst, and 1 tumor in parapharyngeal space.RESULTS Four cases were not found normal thyroid gland at neck through preoperative ultrasonograph,3 cases were shown normal thyroid gland with ultrasonograph. Three cases have visulization in cervical part, but nonvisulization in normal thyroid gland position through radioactive isotope scanning.CONCLUSION The well understanding of ETG and the detailed preoperative examination of neck mass including ultrasonograph,CT,radioactive isotope scanning and fine needle aspiration biopsy, are keys to diagnosis and management of ETG.

Objective To discuss the application value of DHS and cannulated screws in treatment of the intertrochanteric fractures . Methods 23 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated with DHS and cannulated screws and 20 cases were followed up for an average period of 12 months. Results All the fractures healed . The recovery of function was excellent in 90%cases. Conclusions Using DHS and cannulated screws to treat the intertrochantenic fractures easily leads to anatomical reduction and rigid fixation, and gives large definitive rotational stability.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To discuss the feasibility of application of anterior approach video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in thoracic and upper lumbar spine. Methods In the study there were: 5 patients with tuberculosis of thoracic or lumbar spine (T 6 ~ L 2) undergoing thoracoscopic cleaning of focus, with or without bone grafting; 3 patients with vertebral burst fracture ( T 10 ~ T 12 ) and 1 patient with old burst fracture (L 1) accompanied with cauda equina syndrome undergoing thoracoscopic decompression, bone grafting and plate screw internal fixation; 1 patient with intervertebral disc protrusion (T 3 ~ 4 ) accompanied with spinal compression receiving thoracoscopic decompression and spondylodesis. Results The incisions in all the patients healed by first intention.CT or MRI examinations revealed that: the foci had been cleaned thoroughly and the spinal cords had been decompressed completely; the reduction was satisfactory, except for 1 patient with slight angulation deformity; the internal fixation was stable, with proper position. Conclusions VATS focus cleaning is suitable for patients with diseases in thoracic or upper lumbar spine, regardless of whether there is compression of spinal cord or cauda equine or not, and,if necessary, spinal decompression, anterior bone grafting,or internal fixation may be conducted simultaneously.

Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2017;39(3):425-431
Asthma is a chronic airway disease characterized by airway inflammation and airway remodeling. Chronic airway inflammation can be involved in airway remodeling in asthmatic patients by incuding epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) is a key transcriptional regulator in mammals, and many evidences have shown that BRD4 plays a pivotal role in airway remodeling via nuclear factor-κB/RelA signaling pathway. This review summarizes the recent advances in the role of BRD4 in regulating EMT,with an attempt to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of asthma and inform the prevention and control of asthma.
