2.Biomarkers of deep venous thrombosis after total joint arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;19(17):2775-2781
BACKGROUND:Deep venous thrombosis is one of the common and fatal complications of total joint arthroplasty. For our clinical practice,we require duplex ultrasound and venography to evaluate the presence of deep venous thrombosis, but the diagnostic tools have several disadvantages.OBJECTIVE:To explore the appropriate and non-invasive biomarkers in the early diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis.METHODS:With the key words of Thrombosis,DVT,Biomarker,Total Joint Arthroplasty,D-dimer,Factor VIII,Thrombin Generation,Fibrin Monomer,P-selectin,Inflammatory Cytokines,Microparticles,Leukocyte Count,Genetic factors,MicroRNAs,a computer-based search was performed for articles published in PubMed database from January 1995 to March 2015.After the initial screening, the reserved articles were further detailed, summarized and concluded.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Totaly 66 articles were colected. This brief review is used to analyze the mechanism of the biomarkers which are classified into three levels as folow: detection of blood coagulation, inflammation markers and molecular biology and genetics-based biomarkers. The review also showed a great need of economic and safer biomarkers for the clinic and provided the theoretical basis to diagnose and predict deep venous thrombosis in an early stage.
3.EFFECTS OF GESTATIONAL TOBACOO AND ALCOHOL EXPOSURE ON STATURE AND NEURAL DEVELOPMENT OF OFFSPRING IN MICE
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(05):-
Objective: To investigate the effect of prenatal tobacco and alcohol exposure on stature and neural development of offspring. Methods: Female mice were exposed to tobacco smoke and alcohol drink from D6 of pregnancy to parturition. The early physical development, neurobehavioral and antioxidative functions were measured in offspring mice. Results: Compared with control, offspring subjected to prenatal exposure showed significant reduced body and organ weights as well as reduced gestational body weight gain. It also resulted in remarkable prolonged neonatal reflexes and reduced motive, coordinative and locomotor activities. Step-down and Y-maze tests revealed marked destroyed memory and learning ability. Futhermore, MDA in offspring brain cytosol and mitochondria increased significantly and the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and GST were decreased. Conclusion: Prenatal tobacco and alcohol exposures interfere with the early physical and neural development in mice, probably related to decreased antioxidative functions.
4.Clinical application of solution focused approach in the functional gastrointestinal disorders
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(34):8-11
Objective To application of solution focused approach in the functional gastrointestinal disorders. Methods 64 hospitalized clients with functional gastrointestinal disorders were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each group. We applied the normal nursing intervention to the control group, while applied the solution focused approach to the observation group. The anxiety and depression score, score of coping way and gastrointestinal symptoms were evaluated using t test. Results The scores of anxiety and depression, coping way and gastrointestinal symptoms were better in the observation group than those in the control group. Conclusions Adoption of solution focused approach can relieve FGID sufferers'negative emotion, such as anxiety and depression, increase sufferers' coping capacity and symptoms, which demonstrate pivotal significance for rehabilitation of functional gastrointestinal disorders.
5.Effect of warfarin combined with urokinase on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after hip replacement
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):21-23
Objective To investigate the efficacy of warfarin combined with urokinase in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement. Methods 58 patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 29 cases in each group. The control group were treated with oral warfarin, the observation group was treated with warfarin combined with urokinase, two groups of patients were treated for 14d, the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis, follow-up statistics of two groups of patients within three months after operation, the diameter and blood rheology changes before and after weeks of treatment of lower extremity. Results During the treatment and follow-up of 14d patients in the control group, the incidence of deep venous thrombosis was 20.67% significantly higher than the observation group 3.45% (P<0.05); after treatment, the two groups of patients with lower limb circumference difference was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the patients in the observation group the thigh circumference, calf circumference difference was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the two groups of patients with high blood viscosity, low blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Warfarin combined with urokinase can effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after hip replacement, improve the hypercoagulability of patients and reduce the circumference of the lower extremity, so it is worthy of clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the characters of ERP in undergraduates with different trait anxiety during exam stress. Methods: By the State Trait Anxiety Inventory, one group of 15 undergraduates with high trait anxiety and another group with low trait anxiety were chosen from 200 participants in Band 4 College English Test. Their change of P3 were observed through NeuroScan 32 Channel ERP System during pre- exam and post- exam. Results: The amplitude of P3 of the group with low trait anxiety was enhanced while another group with high trait anxiety had no significant difference after exam; The latency of P3 of the group with low trait anxiety were decreased while another group with high trait anxiety had no significant difference after exam; There weren’t significant differences in amplitude and latency of P3 between high trait anxiety group and low trait anxiety group before exam; There were significant enhance of amplitude of P3 and decrease of latency of P3 in low trait anxiety group after exam as compared with high trait anxiety group. Conclusion: The result suggests different trait anxiety groups have different cognitive functions. When confronting with the same stress.

Objective To elucidate the regulation of e pidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression by transforming growth factor (TGF)? and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in human prostate cancer cells. Methods EGFR mRNA expression and its protein level were measur ed by means of RT-PCR and Western blot respectively in three human prostate can cer cell lines, the androgen-responsive (LNCaP) and the nonresponsive (ARCaP and PC3), all being treated with exogenous EGF or TGF?. Results TGF? enhanced EGFR mRNA two-to tenfold in all three cell lines, whereas EGF increased EGFR mRNA two-to sixfold. In all the three cell lines, TGF? induc ed total EGFR protein levels were higher than EGF. Conclusions These data indicate that TGF?/EGF-EGFR path-way serves as a key growth regulator in prostate cancer.TGF?, but not EGF, would preferentially maintain an autocrine loop in human androgen-nonresponsive prostate cancer.

Aim To establish a rat aortic calcification sub-chronic model induced by vitamin D3 and nicotine. Methods The vascular calcification model was produced by vitamin D3(300 kIU?kg-1,im) plus nicotine(25 mg?kg-1,5 ml?kg-1,po).Rat body weight and blood pressure were monitored on a regular basis.Ratio of heart to body weight, plasma calcium, plasma phosphate content, vascular calcium content,Von Kossa staining, activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and 45Ca deposition in aorta were measured as the index of calcification at the 8th and the 16th week. Results Compared with control group, the VDN group rats showed higher values of blood pressure from the 3rd week(all P
