The paper introduces the formation, current status and developing strategies of E - reading room open information service, and points out that this kind of service has become new model of library service in information era.
2.Effect of peer-education on self-efficacy of hemodialysis patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(7):14-17
Objective To explore the effect of peer-education on self-efficacy of hemodialysis(HD) patients. Methods Totally 90 HD patients were divided into two groups equally. The intervention group received peer-education for 3 months and the control group received routine nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of score on self-efficacy. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score on self-efficacy and every item between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The score on self-efficacy and the items ofcontrol of depressive mood, the confidence in taking self-care measures, the confidence in doing other thingswere statistically significantly different between the two groups after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Peer-education can improve HD patient′s self-efficacy.
3.Advance in studies on Glabridin
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;37(9):860-864
Glabridin (Glab) is an isoflavonoid originally isolated from the roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. (Fabaceae). Glab is widely considered to be a phytoestrogen and has been associated with numerous biological properties ranging from antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, anti-atherogenic effects, to the regulation of energy metabolism. In this paper, a review on its biological activity was reviewed.
4.Comparison of Surface Enhanced Raman Spectrum for Three Cephalosporins under Different pH Condi-tions
China Pharmacist 2014;(4):546-549
Objective:To study the Raman spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum ( SERS) of cefalexin, cefadroxil and cephradine, and analyze the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of the three compounds under different pH conditions. Methods:The Raman spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of the three compounds under different pH conditions were detected and measured by a portable Raman spectroscopy. Results: The results showed that the three compounds could exhibit characteristic peak information in the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy corresponding to that in the normal Raman spectrum, and the pH values had certain impact on the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of the three substances. Conclusion: Both the Raman spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of cefalexin, cefadroxil and cephradine reflect certain fingerprint characteristics, and it is feasible to use Raman scattering method to identify the three cephalosporins.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(8):594-599
Objective:To explore the effect of micro-video education combined with active psychological management on the rehabilitation effect of hip replacement. Methods:From January to December 2018, 100 patients with total hip arthroplasty were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given micro video education combined with positive psychological management. The depression, pain, joint function and complications were evaluated. Results:After the intervention, the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) score of patients in the observation group was (34.72±6.83) points, which was significantly lower than (40.58±7.59) points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( tvalue was 4.058, P<0.05); pain control education in the observation group and satisfaction scores for pain control or reduction methods were (43.01±5.72) and (63.77±8.62) points respectively, which were better than the control group's (33.96±4.58) and (55.15±9.27) points. The difference was statistically significant ( tvalues were 8.733, 4.815, P<0.05); the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was 90.00% (45/50), which was higher than 64.00% (32/50) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2value was 4.336, P<0.05); the complication rate in the observation group was 2.00% (1/50), which was significantly lower than the control group's 18.00% (9/50). The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2value was 7.111, P<0.05); The scores of each item of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( tvalues were- 9.859 to- 3.154, P<0.01). Conclusion:Micro video education combined with positive psychological management can improve the depression of patients after hip arthroplasty, reduce the degree of joint pain, promote the function of hip joint and reduce complications.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(9):699-702
The efficacy of colorectal cancer treatment is not very satisfactory.Conventional morphologic imagings are limited in the diagnosis and in the applications of multimodality treatment for colorectal cancer.18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET-CT can play a pivotal role in detecting metabolism changes and in the localization of lesions concurrently. It is valuable in the assessment of responses to therapy, prediction of prognosis and selecting modality management and monitoring postoperative recurrence. The right-moment and proper application of PET-CT can increase the therapeutic efficacy of colorectal cancer.

Journal of China Medical University 2010;(2):119-122
Objective To assess the prevalence and clinicopathologic significance of the microsatellite instability(MSI),PTEN mutations and their correlations in endometrial carcinogenesis. Methods The MSI analysis was performed using five microsatellite markers in paired uterine endometrial carcinoma(UEC) and atypical endometrial hyperplasia(AH).PTEN mutations were detected by single-strand conformation polymorphism(FCR-SSCP) analysis and DNA sequencing in UEC,AH and normal epithelium(NE).Rescults There was a significant difference in the incidence of PTEN mutations among AH,UEC and NE(P<0.01).PTEN mutations changed significantly in AH-the direct precursor to UEC(P<0.01).PTEN mutations correlated significantly with the clinical stage of the UEC(P<0.05).In UEC with MSI,PTEN mutations were detected in the short coding mononucleotide repeats(A) in 2(18.2%) of the 11 carcinomas.PTEN had a substantially higher frequency of mutations in UEC with MSI compared with the frequency of mutations in UEC without MSI(P<0.05).Conclusion PTEN mutations and MSI were two of the most common genetic alterations and correlated with each other in uterine endometrioid carcinoma.PTEN mutations might be secondary to deficiencies in mismatch repair and give some explanation for the frequent presence of PTEN mutations in MSI positive UEC.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(5):41-42
ObjectiveTo detect the effects of early medical intervention on prognosis of newborn Hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) . Methods62 severe to moderate HIE newborns were randomly divided into intervention group(34 cases) and control group(28 cases ). The intervention group accepted trentment when they are newborn. Sexes, mothers' educational backgrond, enviroment and family incomewere similar for 2 groups. At the age of 6, 12, and 18 months, the assessment and mental development were conducted in two groups. ResultsThe development quotient(DQ) of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group( t = 2.3166, 2. 7298, 2. 8377, P < 0. 05, <0. 01, < 0. 01 ). The intervention group had higher rate of recovery and lower rate of unfavourble prognosis(x2 = 4. 1 031, P < 0.05). ConclusionEarly continue intervention could promote the mental motor development, improve the prognosis, reduce the rate of the sequela and improvequality of life.
