1.Effect of peer-education on self-efficacy of hemodialysis patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(7):14-17
Objective To explore the effect of peer-education on self-efficacy of hemodialysis(HD) patients. Methods Totally 90 HD patients were divided into two groups equally. The intervention group received peer-education for 3 months and the control group received routine nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of score on self-efficacy. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score on self-efficacy and every item between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The score on self-efficacy and the items ofcontrol of depressive mood, the confidence in taking self-care measures, the confidence in doing other thingswere statistically significantly different between the two groups after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Peer-education can improve HD patient′s self-efficacy.
2.Advance in studies on Glabridin
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;37(9):860-864
Glabridin (Glab) is an isoflavonoid originally isolated from the roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. (Fabaceae). Glab is widely considered to be a phytoestrogen and has been associated with numerous biological properties ranging from antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, anti-atherogenic effects, to the regulation of energy metabolism. In this paper, a review on its biological activity was reviewed.

4.Comparison of Surface Enhanced Raman Spectrum for Three Cephalosporins under Different pH Condi-tions
China Pharmacist 2014;(4):546-549
Objective:To study the Raman spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum ( SERS) of cefalexin, cefadroxil and cephradine, and analyze the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of the three compounds under different pH conditions. Methods:The Raman spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of the three compounds under different pH conditions were detected and measured by a portable Raman spectroscopy. Results: The results showed that the three compounds could exhibit characteristic peak information in the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy corresponding to that in the normal Raman spectrum, and the pH values had certain impact on the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of the three substances. Conclusion: Both the Raman spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum of cefalexin, cefadroxil and cephradine reflect certain fingerprint characteristics, and it is feasible to use Raman scattering method to identify the three cephalosporins.

Objective:To explore the effect of micro-video education combined with active psychological management on the rehabilitation effect of hip replacement. Methods:From January to December 2018, 100 patients with total hip arthroplasty were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given micro video education combined with positive psychological management. The depression, pain, joint function and complications were evaluated. Results:After the intervention, the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) score of patients in the observation group was (34.72±6.83) points, which was significantly lower than (40.58±7.59) points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( tvalue was 4.058, P<0.05); pain control education in the observation group and satisfaction scores for pain control or reduction methods were (43.01±5.72) and (63.77±8.62) points respectively, which were better than the control group's (33.96±4.58) and (55.15±9.27) points. The difference was statistically significant ( tvalues were 8.733, 4.815, P<0.05); the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was 90.00% (45/50), which was higher than 64.00% (32/50) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2value was 4.336, P<0.05); the complication rate in the observation group was 2.00% (1/50), which was significantly lower than the control group's 18.00% (9/50). The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2value was 7.111, P<0.05); The scores of each item of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( tvalues were- 9.859 to- 3.154, P<0.01). Conclusion:Micro video education combined with positive psychological management can improve the depression of patients after hip arthroplasty, reduce the degree of joint pain, promote the function of hip joint and reduce complications.

0.05).A similar amount of propofol was used in each group.A significantly higher dose of sufentanil was administered in the Group C(73.9?13.6 ?g)than in the Group A(24.3?4.9 ?g)and the Group B(35.4?8.1?g)(qC-A=237.924,P=0.000;qC-B=119.385,P=0.000).The expected time of recovering consciousness was shorter in the Group A and B than in the Group C.Conclusions Administered by target-controlled infusion with propofol, sufentanil dose-dependently reduces BIS and modifies hemodynamic responses during anesthesia induction. The target effect-site sufentanil concentration of 0.6 ng/ml combined with plasma propofol concentration of 3 ?g/ml is suitable for anesthesia induction for short-time laparoscopic operation.

International Eye Science 2014;(7):1250-1252
AlM: To compare the anterior segment measurements derived from optical low coherence reflectometer ( Lenstar LS900 ) and combined Scheimpflug - Placido disk topographer ( Sirius) .
METHODS: ln this study, we enrolled healthy myopic subjects 54 ( 87 eyes ) . The central corneal thickness (CCT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), flat keratometry ( FK) readings , steep keratometry ( SK ) readings and white to white ( WTW ) were measured by LS900 and Sirius. Evaluation and analysis were performed using paired t tests, the Pearson correlation, and Bland-Altman analyses.
RESULTS: The CCT and ACD measurements were significantly lower whereas FK, SK and WTW measurements were higher with LS900 (P<0. 001). Mean differences were -6. 11 ± 6. 32μm,-0. 09 ± 0. 07mm, 0. 18 ± 0. 25D, 0. 21 ± 0. 36D and 0. 25 ± 0. 39mm with statistical significant (P<0. 01). Pearson correlation analysis showed high correlation between the 2 devices for all measurements (P<0. 001). On Bland-Altman analysis, 95% limits of agreement for all measurements were 6. 26 to -18. 49μm; 0. 04 to 0. 22mm; 0. 68 to 0. 32D; 0. 92 to 0. 50D and 1. 00 to 0. 5mm.
CONCLUSlON: Anterior segment parameters evaluated with LS900 and Sirius systemare correlated well and achieve good agreement. However, there are significantly statistical differences which may be caused by the different measurement modes, so they may not be interchangeable use under certain clinical circumstances.
