The fermentation conditions of lipase production by Geotrichum candidum Y162 were optimized. Initially, the most suitable carbon olive oil, nitrogen source soybean flour and NH4Cl, salt BaCl2 and MgCl2 were selected according to single factorial experiments respectively. Based on the result, screening methodology Plackett-Burman design was used to evaluate the effects of twelve factors related to lipase production and three statistically significant factors olive oil, BaCl2 and NH4Cl were selected. The path of steepest ascent was used to approach the optimal region of lipase production subsequently. Then, the optimal combined concentration for maximum enzyme activity were further optimized by response surface methodology and determined as follows: olive oil 2.35%, BaCl2 0.36%,and NH4Cl 4.69%.The optimization of culture conditions of G.candidum Y162 led to a 2.25-fold increase in lipase production relative to initial result 14.16 U/ml, which indicate that single factor in combination with response surface methodology is an effective method for optimization of lipase production conditions by G.candidum Y162.

Objective To analyze the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of pathogens isolated from department of hematology during the past three years. Methods Pathogenic strains isolated from patients hospitalized in a hematology de-partment between January 2011 and December 2013 were collected, antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method or automatic system, antimicrobial susceptibility testing results were judged according to American Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute 2011, data were analyzed by WHONET 5.6 software. Results A total of 462 clinical isolates were collected in 2011—2013,including 161 gram-positive cocci isolates,279 gram-negative bacilli, and 22 fungi.Of Staphylococcus spp ,detection rate of methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylo-coccus(MRCNS)and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)was 81.37% and 62.50%respectively.The re-sistant rate of Staphylococcus spp .and Enterococcus spp .to linezolid was 1.69% and 3.57% respectively, resistant rate of Staphylococcus spp .to teicoplanin was 3.39%,vancomycin-resistant gram-positive coccus was not found.Enterobacte-riaceae strains Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were highly susceptible to carbapenems, the sensitivity rates were 97.56%—98.88%;while nonfermentative gram-negative bacilli Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter bauman-nii strains were obviously resistant to carbapenems, the resistance rates were 38.71%—64.00%.Conclusion Antimicrobial resistance of major pathogenic strains from hematology department is high, antimicrobial agents should be used according to pathogenic distribution characteristics and antimicrobial susceptibility testing results,healthcare-associated infection control should be strengthened to reduce antimicrobial resistant rate.

The paper described the necessity of the doctor-patient information exchange platform, and defects found in existing platforms. Such a platform is conducive to higher hospital informationization, better patient satisfaction, and better social and economic benefits of the hospital. The hospital may improve its quality of care and patient satisfaction by means of the platform

To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive sclera buckling on single retinal detachment.METHODS:Totally, 100 cases of patients with retinal detachment ( 106 eyes ) enrolled in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 eyes in each group. Patients in observation group were treated with minimally invasive sclera buckling, while patients in control group received traditional limbal conjunctival incision. After surgery, patients were all followed up for 6 ~18mo, during which the retinal recurrence situation, degree of vision enhancement and compliance occurrence rate was recorded. RESULTS: The retinal reattachment rate once of observation group (96. 22%) was significantly higher than that of control group (88. 68%), there was statistically significance (P<0. 05). The vision enhancement rate of observation group (84. 90%) was significantly higher than that of control group (71. 70%), there was statistically significance (P<0. 05). The compliance occurrence rate of observation group (11. 32%) was significantly lower than that of control group (32. 08%), there was statistically significance (P<0. 05).CONCLUSlON: The improved minimally invasive sclera buckling can significantly enhance the curative effect for retinal detachment, decrease the compliance occurrence rate, improve vision function, and is a scientific, practical and rigorous tool for retinal detachment treatment.
