1.The effect of tamoxifen(TAM)in the chemotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its mechanism.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(S1):-
Objective To investigate The effect of TAM(2.5 uM)in the chemotherapy of HCC and its mechanism. Methods An adriamycin-resistant human HCC cell subline(Hep-3B/ADM)was established, through exposure to gradually increased concentration of ADM.Drug sensitivity was measured by MTT.Modulation of ADM-induced apop- tosis of Hep-3B/ADM cells was assessed by Flow cytometry(FCM).PKC activity was determined by applying compet- itive protein binding method. Results TAM(2.5uM )decreased the IC50 of ADM from 1.64?g/mL to 0.23?g/mL in the Hep-3B/ADM cells.TAM exhibited a 2-fold potentiation on apoptosis caused by ADM in Hep-3B/ADM cells. With TAM,PKC activity was lower than that in control groups from 30 seconds to 24 hours. But this effect of TAM could be reversed by the co-treatment of the cells with TPA.Conclusion TAM(2.5 uM)significantly en- hanced ADM-induced cytotoxicity. The mechanism is that TAM potentiates the apoptosis induced by ADM through pro- tein kinase C inhibition.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Aim To investigate the protective effects of huang lian jie du tang active fraction(HLJDTAF) on ischemia injury in cerebral cortical neuronal cultures. Methods The cortical neurons of rat fetal were cultured in vitro. The protective effects of HLJDTAF on ischemia injury were observed by treating cells with sodium dithionite in glucose free medium. Results HLJDTAF 610 mg?kg -1 increased the activity of neuron, 305 mg?kg -1 reduced the leakage rate of LDH; HLJDTAF 610, 305, 153 mg?kg -1 reduced the content of NO,MDA and increased the activity of SOD. Conclusion HLJDTAF protected the cerebral cortical neurons from ischemia injury by reducing the contents of NO and suppressing the generation of lipidperoxide.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(6):44-48
Objective To investigate the relationship between lymphadenectomy and the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods Eighty-six cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients who got a clear diagnosis and accepted system surgical treatment and had complete follow-up data were collected in this study.Fifty-eight cases routined lymphadenectomy (lymphadectomy group),and 28 cases didn't routine lymphadenectomy (without lymphadectomy group). The relationship between related pathological features and lympha node dissection state were evaluated by univariate analysis, and through survival analysis to understand the relationship between lymphadenectomy and the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Results The 3-years disease-specific survival rate (DSS) in lymphadectomy group and without lymphadectomy group were 82.1% and 61.8%,which reached statistical significance (P =0.006).The 3-year DSS of FIGO Ⅰ A stage in lymphadectomy group and without lymphadectomy group were 93.8% and 95.7% (P=0.704),the 3-year DSS of FIGO Ⅰ B-Ⅳ stage in lymphadectomy group and without lymphadectomy group were 49.1% and 35.4%,which reached statistical significance (P =0.044).Correlation analysis results showed that FIGO stage late (≥ Ⅰ B stage),higher tumor grade (G2-3 grade) were independent poor prognosis factors of 3-year DSS,and lymphadenectomy was an independent good prognosis factor. Conclusion Lymphadectomy can improve the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients who are FIGO Ⅰ B-Ⅳ stage, has therapeutic significance.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(04):-
To observe the effect and its potential mechanism of monoclonal antibody to tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF? MoAb)on systemic hemodynamics and survival rate after intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (Ⅱ/R). Method: SD rats were subjected to 75 rain of superior mesenteric artery occlusion followed by 6 hours of reperfusion. The animals were treated intravenously with either TNF? MoAb(20mg/kg)or the control protein(albumin, 20mg/kg) 30 min prior to the onset of ischemia. Result: Pretreatment with TNF? MoAb significantly attenuated the decrease in blood pressure and cardiac index compared to controls throughout the 6-hour period of observation(P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2016;32(7):485-487
As an efficient health care system ,the hierarchical medical system is characteristic of its continuation of the division of work at different levels of medical services in the diagnosis and treatment functions .Two major roadblocks hinder the building of such a system ,namely a serious shortage of primary service capabilities ,and lack of incentives in the referral from superior institutions .Success of such a system lies in enhancement of the service capabilities of primary medical institutions by all means , and smooth functioning of a dual referral system .

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(06):-
Objective To obtain and characterize a novel gene of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Looking for a novel gene through expressed sequence tags(EST),then predicting its function with the help of software on line. Finally the novel gene was cloned into an eukaryotic plasmid pEGFP N3. Results A novel gene with complete ORF was obtained. It has homogeneity with Defender Against Apoptotic Death 1 of human and pig. Conclusions EST is a good method to find new genes and analyse them with the help of software on line and characterize their function.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To explore the changes of cerebral vasoreactivity(CVR) in patients with acute cerebral infarction of various clinical subtypes. Methods The 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into 3 subtypes:atherothrombotic infarction (AI)group(n=22), lacunar infarction (LI)group(n=33), cardiogenic infarction (CI)group(n=15).The mean blood flow velocity (Vm), pulse index(PI), resistance index(RI) in bilateral middle cerebral artery(MCA) were detected, and breath holding index (BHI) was measured by TCD in these patients through breath holding test. All the data were compared with the health controls. Results Compared with normal control group, the Vm,PI and RI were significantly increased (P0.05). Conclusions There are differents in CVR in patients with acute cerebral infarction of various subtypes. The damage of CVR is more obviously in AI and LI group. There is clinical significance for measurement of CVR to evaluate the haemodynamic changes in various subtype of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective: To study validity and reliability of Wolf motor function test (WMFT) on assessing the upper extremities motor function of acute stroke patients so as to guide clinical application. Method: Twenty-three stroke patients in acute stage participated in the study. Patients were assessed twice with WMFT and the upper extremities motor function test of Fugl-Meyer movement assessment (U-FMA) within one week. The correlation between the assessment results of WMFT and U-FMA were analyzed to study the validity and reliability of WMFT. Result: WMFT was highly correlated with U-FMA in total scores (r =0.922, 0.929, P<0.001). There were high correlation in all items of WMFT between two assessment sessions. The intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) were 0.989, 0.997 for intrarater and 0.980, 0.991 for interrater. Conclusion: The WMFT is valid and reliable on assessing upper extremities motor function of stroke patients in acute stage.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1994;0(01):-
During the period of peri-operation on gallbladder,T2MD patients with calculous cholecystitis were randomly divided into groups of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII,n=32),multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII,n=48) and OHA(n=64).It is found that CSII has better glucose control than MSII and OHA.
