Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(6):13-14
Objective To discuss the nursing measures of patients with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. Methods 24 patients with laparoscopic radical hysterecto my and pelvic lymph node dissection were selected and their perioperative nursing measures were summa rized. Results 24 patients were all cured and discharged, 6 patients accepted chemotherapy and 3 patients accepted radiotherapy. All patients were followed up, and they recovered well. Conclusions Perfect perioperative can guarantee early recovery of patients.

4.Holism of human being and universe on TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
The interlink, consistency and unity of all things is an important thought in traditional Chinese philosophy. Therefore, holism of human being and universe is the long-dominant thought in China.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)forms its theory based on this holism concept. From the perspect of history and philosophy, the difference between TCM and western medicine was discussed after retracting the influence of the holism of human being and universe on TCM.Holism of human being and universe has a profound impact on TCM,which also contributes to differences between TCM and western medicine.
5.CD4~+ CD25~+Regulatory T Cells、IL-2 and Immune Tolerance
Yan-Yan QU ; Yong ZHAO ;
China Biotechnology 2006;0(11):-
More and more research proved that CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Treg cells) play an important role in immune tolerance in these years. Known as a T cell growth factor, Interleukin2 (IL-2) regulated the immune tolerance induced by Treg cells. IL-2 sustained the activity of Treg cells both in thymus and periphery while it was dispensable for the development of Treg cells in thymus. In addition, IL-2 signal affected the function of Treg cells and maintained their competitive fitness. Therefore, CD4+CD25+ Treg cells and IL-2 formed an immune network to regulate the processes of immune response, immune tolerance and autoimmune homeostasis.
6.Quantitative evaluation of the hydroxyl radical level after global brain ischemia by intracranial microdialysis under stereotaxis
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2016;25(7):887-891
Objective To compare the strength of oxidative stress from different concentrations of oxygen administered by the accumulation of hydroxyl radicals during early reperfusion after global brain ischemia. Methods Sixteen adult male Mongolian gerbils with microdialysis probes implanted in the hippocampal CA1 were divided randomly (random number)into two groups (n =8 in each). All gerbils of both groups were subjected to 10 min bilateral carotid artery occlusion (BCAO).Then the following intervention:(a) immediate 30% O2 (near normoxia,NO group ) and (b ) immediate 100% O2 (hyperoxia,HO group). The accumulation of hydroxyl radicals (·OH)in hippocampus during reperfusion was estimated by measuring 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHBA ) and 2,5-DHBA in microdialysis perfusate. Results Immediately after the onset of reperfusion, two groups showed markedly elevated DHBA,which returned to baseline gradually.Compared with the NO group, the HO group showed significantly higher peak DHBA and slower recovery. Conclusions Hydroxyl radical accumulation was more sensitive to inhalation of high concentration O2 during early reperfusion of global cerebral ischemia.

8.Clinical Observation of Acupuncture for Post-stroke Belching
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(4):419-420
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on post-stroke belching. Method Ninety-six patients with post-stroke belching were randomized into a control group and a treatment group by random number table, 48 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional Western medication, while the treatment group was by acupuncture in addition to the medication given to the control group. The blood Cl﹣ and Ca2﹢ contents, as well as the symptoms score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Result After intervention, the blood Cl﹣ and Ca2﹢ contents increased and the symptoms score decreased to different extent in both groups; except for the blood Ca2﹢ content, there were significant differences in comparing all the parameters between the two groups after intervention (P<0.05); there was a significant difference in comparing the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P<0.05), and there were less adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively control the post-stroke belching and reduce the happening of adverse reactions.
9.Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome in children:a case report
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2016;34(6):457-460
Objective To analyze the diagnose and treatment of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS) in children.MethodsThe clinical data from one case of highly suspected DIHS were retrospectively analyzed. The related literatures were reviewed.ResultsA 22-month-old male child with severe pneumonia, after treated with vancomycin, suffered with high fever and skin rash combined with hepatic lesion and hematological system disorder. After withdrawal of vancomycin and then treatment with the combination of high-dose methylprednisolone and intravenous immunoglobulin, the clinical symptoms were gradually relieved in 24 hours. The child was improved and discharged on 17th day.ConclusionThe child has the characteristics of DIHS which is highly suspected to be caused by vancomycin.
10.Bacterial drug resistance trend observation of Pinggu area from 2011 to 2013
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(4):466-469
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of clinical isolates in Pinggu area from 2011 to 2013,and guide clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods Isolates from 2011 to 2013 in the hospital were collected and identified to species.Antibiotic susceptibility test were performed. For the infection with the same position and the same patient, only the first isolate was included. WHONET5.6 data analysis software was used for data auditing and inputing, the USA CLSI M100-S22 standard were refered to. Results Total of 5 794 strains of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria were collected from 2011 to 2013,1 600 strains in 2011, 2 234 strains in 2012,1 960 strains In 2013.The detection rate of MRSA in each year from 2011 to 2013 were 63.50%,65.00%, 65.30% respectively. No vancomycin and linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was found. The resistance rate of Enterococcus to teicoplanin was <5%,to Linezolid <2.4% and to vancomycin <21.1%.The resistance rates of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem and meropenem were both < 1.3%.The annual resistance rates of Acinetobacter bauman to imipenem were 34.6%,26.9%,29.3% respectively.Resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem,meropenem,cefoperazone/shu-batan,piperacillin/tazobactam were lower than the national average. No polymyxin B resistance isolate was found.Stenotroph-omonas maltophilia were sensitive to ceftazidime and minocycline. Conclusion The antibiotic resistance rate data in Pinggu exhibits area specificity, which was different from the national antimicrobial resistance monitoring data in 2011.Detection rate of MRSA,re-sistance rate of enterococci to linezolid and vancomycin,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterobacter cloacae to imipenem, meropenem are increasing year by year. The resistance rates of Acinetobacter bauman and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are lower than the national average rate.
