1.Detection of Fas on colonic apoptosis epithelium in ulcerative colitis by double staining immunohistochemistry
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To discuss the role of Fas/FasL-mediated colonic epithelial apoptosis in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Expression of Fas,FasL and M30(a new epithelium apoptosis marker) antigen on colonic mucosa of 35 patients with UC and 15 control populations were detected by IHC.Each marker was analyzed by image analysis system.Co-expression of Fas and M30 was observed through serial sections and double staining IHC.Results:The expression of Fas,FasL as well as M30 in UC increased considerably compared with controls (P
3.Clinical observation on Songlingxuemaikang combined with losartan in treatment of female menopausal bypertension
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(24):3328-3330
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Songlingxuemaikang combined with losartan on the blood pressure and quality of life in female patients with menopausal hypertension.Methods87 female patients with menopausal hypertension were randomly divided into combined group (Songlingxuemaikang combined with losartan group,44 cases) and the control group(losartan alone,43 cases). Before and after treatment the ambulatory blood pressure (ABMP) was monitored for 24h,and blood lipids and clinical symptoms were observed.ResultsAfter two months treatment, the blood pressure variability and nighttime blood pressure decrease rate of the combination group significantly reduced, and better than those of the control group( all P <0.05) ;The effective rate and efficiency rate of the combination group were 90.9%,63.6% respectively, and was higher than 74.4%,39.5% in the control group( x2 =4.15,5.06,all P < 0.05 ).The clinical symptoms improving, total cholesterol ( TC ) reducing, density lipoprotein (LDL-C) lowing in the combination group was superior to the control group( all P < 0.05).ConclusionSonglingxuemaikang combined with losartan in treatment of female patients with menopausal hypertension had a good antihypertensive effect, and could reduce blood pressure variability in menopausal women, improve the symptoms of menopause and lipid metabolism, incresse the quality of lfie of patients with menopausal hypertensive.
4.In vivo animal models of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(6):477-480
Delayed cerebral vasospasm is the leading cause of death in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. A good in vivo animal model of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage helps to understand the occurrence, development of this cerebral vasospasm, and the complicated and various pathophysiological mechanisms. It will provide important information for clinical interventions
5.Electromagnetic fields and neovascularization of tissue-engineered grafts
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(2):94-97
Neovascularization is one of the crucial challenges in tissue-engineered grafts. In order to find sdution to the problem, endothelial cells and animals were exposed to electromagnetic fields to examine the formation of new vascular. This review gives an overview of the effects of electromagnetic fields on the neovascularization of tissue-engineered grafts.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
Based on a retrospective review of researches on military stress home and abroad, this paper elaborates on the following4important issues:the promptness of selected literature, the advance of stress theories, the objectivity of the methods and the practicability of the results. [
7.Effects of various pH in testing bacterial endotoxins
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1998;(3):163-
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of samples having different pH values in the bacterial endotoxins test (BET). METHODS: The BET was conducted as an assay of the concentration of endotoxins by using kinetic-turbidimetric technique. Samples having different pH values but containing same concentration reference standard endotoxin (RSE) were tested by TAL/LAL reagents. The average result on the standard curve was calculated and the mean recovery observed. RESULTS: The reagents had three highly sensitivities in pH 5.20, pH 7.83/pH 6.23 and pH 10.55. After adjustment to pH 6 to 8, the mean recovery was 76.5%~115.9% or 85.8%~99.8%. When the sample pH value was less than 3 or more than 12, the test was unsuitable for the inhibition test, and the mean recovery was less than 56.8%. CONCLUSION: It is necessary to adjust the pH of the solution to be tested in the BET, adjust the sample to pH (6.5~7.5) when using TAL reagents, and adjust to pH (6.2±0.1) or pH(6.7~7.8) when using LAL reagents.
8.Heat shock protein and atherosclerosis
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
Studying of atherosclerosis is more than a hundred year. There are many theories about this disease, but now most of us seems to agree with the stress-reponse theory.Heat shock proteins are the products produced at the first stage of atherosclerosis. And someone think that it may have something to do with atherosclerosis. This paper discussed the heat shock proteins and atherosclerosis respectively, and emphasized the relationship between them.
9.Analysis of the Use of Antihypertensives in Fuzhou District During the 1997~2000
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
AIM:To investigate the current situation and future trend of the use of antihypertensives in Fuzhou District METHODS:The data of antihypertensives used in 10 hospitals of Fuzhou District during the 1997~2000 were analysed by DDD RESULTS:15 different kinds of antihypertensives were used in these 10 hospitals and captopril, nifedipine and HCT were the first 3 agents in DDDs order in 4 years The use of long-acting calcium antagnosts, felodipine slow-released tablets, increased year by year CONCLUSION:Economical feasibility and effectiveness are the basic principle for using drugs The long-acting preparations are gradually attracting attention of clinical doctors because they are convenient in taking and less in ADRs
10.Thoughts on Renal Transplantation from Living Relative Donors
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The development of renal transplantation from living relative donors relives the shortage of transplanted organs, and benefits patients with end-stage renal diseases. However, when seen from the aspect of donors, implementing a non-therapeutic invasive surgical treatment on a healthy person still violates the absolute sound principle of medical ethics. To reduce the harm to the minimum,a comprehensive assessment should be conducted before the transplantation, and long-term follow-up observations after transplantation should also be strengthened.
