Objective: To analyze the cost of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods: The selected patients of tubal pregnancy were operated on in our hospital from Jan. 2000 to Jun. 2002. Objective: To introduce an improved direct method for first puncture and to study the safety of first puncture in laparoscopic surgery.Methods: Four kinds of techniques were used to perform the first puncture on 4 102 patients.Group A: trocar puncture were performed after pneumoperitoneum in 2 492 cases.Group B: trocar puncture was directly through the incision of umbilical skin in 798 patients; Group C: trocar puncture was directly through the incision of umbilic skin,subcutancous fat and fascia in 387 patients.Group D: opened umbilical hole and inserted the trocar shell without puncture in 425 cases.it was a success if entered the abdominal cavity at the first time,it was unsafe if punctured twice and a failure if the needle hadn't entered the abdominal cavity for 3 times or went into the subcutaneous vessels or viscera.Results: There were no vessels and viscera injury during punctures in our study.The puncture results were related to the different methods.Compared with group A, the success rate of group C and D were significantly improved( P 0.05).Success rates of group C and D were significantly higher than that of group A.The success rate was higher in group D than in group C( P

Objective To investigate the effects of 0.9 g/dl NaCl diluting instrument method to solve the ethylenediamine tet-raacetic acid dipotassium (EDTA)anticoagulant dependency pseudo reduce platelet syndrome (PTCP)feasibility,provides solutions to clinical laboratory PTCP more effective method.Methods From August to October of 2014 in their laboratory for PTCP cases in all 3 cases,2 ml venous blood in EDTA and citron acid sodium anticoagulation in-line blending,in the im-mediate,10,30,40 and 60 min computer detection.Collected of peripheral blood in blood thinners,respectively,0.9 g/dl NaCl solution blending,in the immediate,10,30,40 and 60 min computer detection,and compared with the manual method of ammonium oxalate.Results EDTA,citron acid sodium,blood thinners and 0.9 g/dl NaCl diluting instrument immediately detected PTCP blood PLT result compared with ammonium oxalate method,there were no statistically significant difference (t=0.943~1.537,P >0.05),10 min~60 min anticoagulant blood PLT results significantly decreased,compared with am-monium oxalate method difference had statistical significance (t = 12.413 ~ 12.413,P <0.01 ~0.001).Citron acid sodium PLT began to decline after 30 min,compared with ammonium oxalate method,the difference was statistically significant (t=4.915~4.915,P <0.05~0.01).Blood dilution method in 30~40 min PLT test results began to decline,but not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference with the method of ammonium oxalate (t=1.315~1.715,P >0.05),40~60 min PLT test results appear significantly decreased,and the method of ammonium oxalate difference was statistically signifi-cant (t=3.175~3.175,P <0.05);Within 0~60 min 0.9 g/dl NaCl method to detect the PLT differences between the re-sults with the method of ammonium oxalate had no statistical significance (t=0.694~ 1.062,P >0.05).Conclusion ED-TA,citron acid sodium,blood thinners and 0.9 g/dl saline diluting instrument immediately detected PLT PTCP patients were consistent with ammonium oxalate method.Citron acid sodium within 30 minutes and blood dilution method in patientswith PTCP PLT detection could achieve ideal effect,but there were still a small amount of PLT gathered and led to a slight drop in PLT.0.9 g/dl saline diluting instrument method with ammonium oxalate within 0~60 minutes method to detect the PLT result had no difference.

Objective To survey the clinical effect of combination therapy of Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction and psychological intervention for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods 80 cases CAG were randomly divided into a treatment group (treated with Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction and psychological intervention) and a control group (treated with Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction),with 40 cases in each group and performed a therapy for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the change of Symptom Checklist (SCL-90)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) before and after treatment were evaluated.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0％ in the treatment group,and 74.4％ in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(x2=4.255,P＜0.05).After psychological intervention,SCL-90 and SAS score (39.5±4.3,1.3± 0.6)was significantly reduced in the treatment group than the control group (51.4±3.2,1.5±0.3),(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction and psychological intervention used in CAG is effective to relieve symptoms and to improve life quality of patients.

Objective To understand the different types of chronic hepatitis group in shenzhen area E viral hepatitis (hepatitis E infection status and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis E.Methods Randomly collected from July 2013 to June 2015 in shenahen Longhua New District People’s Hospital without hepatitis normal physical exami-nation and treatment group 1746 cases as control group,chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis (hepatitis B)the crowd of 1 320 cases of hepatitis B,chronic viral hepatitis C (HCV)population group,615 cases of hepatitis C,respectively,the application method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)to detect serum hepatitis E antibody (anti HEV IgG)-IgG,ana-lyzed of different types of hepatitis a crowd hepatitise infection status,and compared the hepatitise infection rate if there was a difference between the different groups.Results 1 746 cases of control group in serum anti HEV-IgG positive rate was 3.49% (61/1 746),4.22% of men and women in 2.68%.1 320 cases of hepatitis B group was 10.9%,12.29% of men and women in 8.23%.615 cases of C group was 10.2%,12.35% of men and women in 7.64%.Hepatitis B and C group of HEV-IgG positive rate compared with control group difference was statistically significant (χ2 =9.163~9.405,P <0.05), and hepatitis B and hepatitis C group there was no statistically significant difference between positive HEV-resistant IgG (χ2=0.614,P >0.614),and hepatitis E infection rate than women,men was statistically significant difference (χ2 =2.873~4.025,P <0.05).Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B and C viral hepatitis crowd anti HEV-IgG positive rate was higher than normal people,no hepatitis hepatitis E infection rate among men than women.Therefore,strengthens to the chronic hepatitis B and C viral hepatitis a crowd of early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment,to reduce hepatitis E infection rate has an important significance.

Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-?(TGF-?) in the villus and deciduas of different outcomes after administration with mifepristone and misoprostol in the termination of early pregnancy. Methods From May 2004 to March 2005,50 women who were comfirmed early pregnancy and requested termination of pregnancy in the outpatient department were recruited.Patients with medical abortion were divided into two groups according to the final outcomes: group of complete abortion(n=15) and group of incomplete abortion((n=)15).Another 20 patients with surgical abortion were served as control.The villus and deciduas were collected at the third day of medical abortion,whereas the same was done at the day of surgical abortion.The expression of TGF-? in villus and deciduas of the three groups were measured by immunohistochemical method. Objective To analyze the expression and regulation of HES1 in sperms with low motility.Methods Thirty semen samples from asthenospermia patients and 20 semen samples from healthy and fertile adults were collected,total RNAs were extracted to produce cDNAs probes.Hybridization with Phalanx OneArray~(TM) containing 30 968 probes was carried out after the labeled cDNAs were purified by PCR product purification kit.Realtime RT-PCR was used to analyze the expression of hsa-miR-487a and hsa-miR-193b;the expression of the target genes of hsa-miR-487a and hsa-miR-193b were searched from gene-expression profiles in asthenospermia patients' sperms.Results The expression level of HES1 in low motility sperms was up-regulated.The expression level of hsamiR-193b in low motility sperms was 2.19 times higher than that in high motility sperms,hsa-miR-487a was 0.43% of that in high motility sperms.Conclusion The expression level of HES1 in low motility sperms was up-regulated.Hsa-miR-487a and hsa-miR-193b may affect the expression of HES1 and so regulate sperm motility.

Objectives To compare the effects of different early enteral nutrition formula on improving metabolic status of burned patients. Methods Thirty cases of burned patients with total burn surface area (TBSA) more than 30% were randomly divided into two groups:⑴Group F, enteral feeding with Fresubin 750MCT containing MCT/LCT as fat source, ⑵Group N, enteral feeding with Nutrison containing only LCT as fat source. All of the thirty patients received isocaloric, isonitrogenous and isolipidic enteral feeding with intragstric tube and enteral feeding pump, within 24h of postburn. Plasma insulin, glucagons, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and 3-methylhistidine in urine were measured on day 1,4,7and 10 days of postburn. Results The results showed that the patients of group F had an increased blood concentration of insulin and the ratio of insulin/ glucagons, a decreased plasma concentration of TNF, and a reduced excretion of 3-methylhistidine in urine as compared with the patients of group N. Conclusions An enteral compound diet containing MCT/LCT in the early enteral feeding in burned patients can improve the metabolic status of burned patients more effectively.

OBJECTIVETo explore the role of the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the directional differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) into Leydig cells.

METHODSAfter purification and identification, we inoculated the third-generation BMSCs of SD rats onto a six-orifice board and then randomly divided them into groups A (normal saline control), B (human chorionic gonadotropin [hCG] + platelet-derived growth factor [PDGF] induction), C (hCG + PDGF + 5.0 ng/ml bFGF induction), D (hCG + PDGF + 10.0 ng/ml bFGF induction), and E (hCG + PDGF + 20.0 ng/ml bFGF induction). On the 7th, 14th and 21st day of induction, we observed the morphological changes of the cells and measured the level of testosterone (T) and expression of 3 beta hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) in the supernatant by immunofluorescence staining.

RESULTSAfter induction, the BMSCs of groups B, C, D, and E exhibited microscopic features of enlarged size, inter-connection, long-shuttle or irregular shape, adherent growth, and large round nuclei, all characteristic of Leydig cells. With the prolonging of time and enhanced concentration of bFGF, gradual increases were observed in the T level and the count of 3β-HSD-positive BMSCs in the four induction groups, with statistically significant differences between group B and groups C, D, and E (P < 0.05), as well as between group C and groups D and E (P < 0.05), but not between D and E (P > 0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe bFGF has an obvious promoting effect in the in vitro induced differentiation of rat BMSCs into Leydig cells.
