Objective To elucidate the regulate role of the guava leaf on the levels of IFN-? and IL-2 in the salivary juice on children patients with noroviruses diarrhea. Method 50 patients with noroviruses diarrhea was grouped randomly to group A (30 patients), which was treated with guava leaf and group B (20 patients), which was treated with Smecta, and 20 health children was randomly choiced as normal control group. The levels of IFN-? and IL-2 in the salivary juice of the three groups were determined and compared before and after the treatments. Results The levels of IFN-? and IL-2 in the group A and B before the treatments were higher than the normal control group (P

Objective To explore the diangostic value of serumhigh sensitive C-reaction prtein (hsCRP) serum amyloid a (SAA) and C-reaction protein (CRP) in patients who had HBV hepatopathy.Method 127 subjects with hepatopathy caused by HBV infection and 50 control subjects were incorporated in this research, and 47 cases with HBV hepatitis,35 cases with HBV cirrhosis and 45 cases with hepatic failure and SAA and CRP hsCRP of every sample was detected. Results ①Levels of CRP and hsCRP in cases were significantly higher than controls (Mann-Whitney U test,Z=-2.792,-8.458,P<0.01).②The hsCRP levels in the three different groups of cases were different (Kruskal-Wallis test,x2=11.625,P< 0.01).③The hsCRP level of group 2 and 3 was significantly higher than group 1 in the hepatic damage groups (Mann-Whitney U test,Z=-2.849,-2.902,P<0.01).④But the level of SAA had no statistically significant in any group.⑤The seropositivity of hsCRP in cases group was 76.29 % and it was higher than CRP (11.34 %) and SAA(26.80 %).Conclusion The diangosic value of CRP and hsCRP may better than SAA in the patients who got HBV hepatic damage which maybe caused by detection method as hsCRP is better than CRP.

Objective To design and synthesize derivatives of wanpeinine A, the main steroidal alkaloid isolated from the plant Fritillaria shuchengensis, and further study on the structure-activity relationship of the steroidal alkaloid. Methods Acylation and alkylation were used to synthesize the derivatives and their structures were identified via NMR and MS.Results The acylation of wanpeinine A (1) produced 3β,6α-diacetylwanpeinine A (2), 3β,6α-dipropionylwanpeinine A (3), 3β,6α-dichloracetylwanpeinine A (4), 3β,6α-dibenzoylwanpeinine A (5), and 3β-methoxyacylwanpeinine A (6). The alkylation of wanpeinine A formed 3β,6α-dimethoxymethylwanpeinine A (7). Conclusion All compounds are new except for 3β,6α-diacetylwanpeinine A.

Objective To observe the effect of the rehabilitation garden on hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods 160 cases of cerebral vascular accident patients were randomized into observation group and control group. All patients were given conventional drug treatment and conventional rehabilitation training. The observation group was given the rehabilitation garden for rehabilitation training two times a day , each time 60 minutes. Results BBS, BI, FMA, HAMA and HAMD of The two groups of patients significantly improved. The improvement ofBBS and BI in observation group was better than that in control group (P < 0.05). HAMD and HAMA score inobservation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.01), the improvement in observationgroup is better than in control group (P < 0.01), the satisfaction rate in observation group is better than in controlgroup (P < 0.01), and the hospital stay period in observation group is better than in control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation garden has a good effect on the rehabilitation effect of the hemiplegicstroke patients.

Objective To make the scale for the compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during home oxygen therapy. Methods By literature searching,semi-structured interview, expert consultation,as well as pre test, the tentative scale was formed at first. Then the investigation was conducted among 324 patients with COPD selected. Finally the scale was formed by testing the reliability and validity. Results The scale was made up of two dimensions with 16 items in total. It showed that Cronbach α coefficient was 0.984,split-half reliability was 0.976,and content validity index was 0.98.The exploratory factor analysis combined with AMOS 7.0 confirmatory factor analysis was used for construct validity of the home oxygen therapy compliance scale. Conclusions The self-management behavior scale for patients with COPD shows good reliability and validity, which can be used to evaluate the compliance during home oxygen therapy and provide reference tool for COPD patients' family intervention.

Objective To evaluate the effect of mouse nerve growth factor on fracture healing. Methods Cochrane library, Pubmed, EMbase, CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM were searched for the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of mouse nerve growth factor on fracture healing from the date of establishment of the databases to May 2014.Three independent rese archers evaluated the included studies using GRADE,according to recommend classification method of GRADE system by three researchers, crtical evaluated and data extracted of the quality of the included studies, which conform to the quality standard of RCT was analyzed by Meta analysis. The extracted data were analyzed by RevMan 5.0 and GRAED proiler. Results A total 5 trials were discovered and all of these were in Chinese.Compared with conventional treatment was improved a lot[MD =-8.74,95%CI( -9.79,-7.68),P<0.0001].However, adverse drug reaction in patients with mouse nerve growth factor were increased[OR =14.66,95%CI(1.89, 113.99),P=0.01].The both outcomes were low quality in the GRADE system. Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor can improve fracture healing and the side effects will also increase.

Objective To understand the prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in the patients undergoing I incision surgery from 2011 to 2013 in a tumor hospital,to explore the the effects of intervention management measure for antibacterial agents using in the perioperative period. Methods The cases of tumor surgical patients of 2011-2013 were selected and divided into the three intervention groups and non-intervention group. The data of medication after three-stage continuous integrated intervention were collected and compared. Results The percentage of antibiotics use was much lower, from 61.73%pre-intervention to 47.03%,26.78%and 24.85%after three stage intervention. The course of preventive medication treatment was significantly decreased from 81h to 53h,33h,21h,respeetively.The reasons of their rationally utilizing antibiotics were significantly improved after intervention management. Conclusion Rational antibiotics utilization can be improved by intervention management during perioperative period of typeⅠinci-sion operations, which can achieve the goal of health department.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate MR imaging of peripheral nerve tumors of the lower extremity. Methods MR imaging of peripheral nerve tumors of the lower extremity in five cases proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. In all patients, routine scanning was performed in axial, coronal, and sagittal planes, including T 1-weighted and T 2-weighted images. In two patients (schwannomas), T 1WI were obtained following intravenous injection of Gd-DTPA. Results There were four schwannomas (three benign and one malignant) and one malignant neurofibroma. Tumors arose at the following sites: leg ( n =2), popliteal region ( n =1), thigh ( n =1), and femoral region ( n =1). On T 1WI, tumors generally showed isointensity (two benign schwannomas) or lower-medium signal intensity to adjacent muscle with minimal inhomogeneity (one benign schwannoma, one malignant schwannoma, and one malignant neurofibroma). On T 2WI, tumors demonstrated inhomogeneous high signal intensity in all five patients. The target sign with peripheral hyperintense rim and central low intensity was see in two benign schwannomas on T 2WI. Conclusion MRI is useful in defining the location and extent of a lesion and in assisting the surgical planning. The target pattern appears to be a useful sign in the diagnosis of peripheral nerve tumors.
