The core event of cell proliferation is DNA replication and cell division. DNA topoisomerase type Ⅱ plays an important role in this process.As a cell proliferating marker,DNA topoisomerase type Ⅱis caught great attention. The authors review the recent research of NDA topoisomerase type Ⅱ and its value evaluated as a cell proliferating marker.

Objective To investigate the killing effect of allitride on fungus inside Candida albicans biofilm (BF) .Methods The polyascchride components of BF was labeled by FITC-conA .The fluorescence microscopic was adopted to observe the effect of al-litride on the BF forming process of Candida albicans in morphology .The specimens were divided into 3 groups ,the control group (allicin concentration of 0) ,0 .25 mg/mL allicin group ,0 .5 mg/mL allicin group ,1 .0 mg/mL allicin group ,2 .0 mg/mL allicin group .The XTT reduction assay was performed to quantitatively detect the killing effect of allitride on fungus inside Candida albi-cans BF .Results After the treatment by different concentrations of allitride ,the BF structure was observed by fluorescence micros-copy .The fluorescence intensity of high concentration group was weakened compared with the low concentration group and the con-trol group .The ODA450 values of the XTT reduction assay after acting on Candida albicans BF for 5 h by different concentrations of allitride (0 .5 ,1 .0 ,2 .0 mg/mL) were 1 .87 ± 0 .31 ,1 .64 ± 0 .25 and 1 .30 ± 0 .29 ,respectively ,and the OD450 value of the control group was 2 .11 ± 0 .26 ,there was statistically significant difference between the allitride groups and control group (P<0 .05);after acting on Candida albicans BF by 0 .25 mg/mL allitride ,the OD450 value was 1 .93 ± 0 .31 ,the difference had no statistical signifi-cance compared with the control group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Allitride can kill the fungus inside BF of Candida albicans and has the inhibiting effect on biofilm .Moreover the inhibiting effect on biofilm is increased with its concentration increase within certain concentration range .

High grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL) has been defined as a separate entity in World Health Organization classification in 2016 and is considered to be clinically aggressive. People make continuous analysis of the subgroups and accurate treatments, such as the comparison between the prognosis of HGBL-not otherwise specified and double-hit lymphoma (DHL), transformed and primary DHL, myc partner/bcl-2/bcl-6 translocation, TP53 expression, serum albumin, chemoimmunotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, T cells with chimeric antigen receptors therapy, etc. This report will address the progress of HGBL prognosis and therapy in the 58th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.

Objective:To obtain the optimal conditions for separating catalpol from leaves of Rehmannia by selecting appropriate macroporous adsorption resins.Methods:The detection indication was the content of catalpol, which was determined by HPLC method. Twelve different kinds of macroporous adsorption resins were studied on the static capacity of adsorption and desorption, and H103 resin was selected for the research of separation and purification.Results:The H103 resin had a good capacity for adsorption and desorption.The best process of purifying catalpol by H103 resin was 1mg/ml concentration, the adsorption rate of 1-2 BV/h,the flow rate of 1-3 BV/h, and 8 BV with 10% alcohol.Conclusion:The method is simple and available, which can simplify the production process and lower costs.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effect of Shugan Yiyang Capsules combined with sertraline in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE).

METHODSWe randomly assigned 192 PE patients to receive sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg qd (control group, n = 96) or sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg qd plus Shugan Yiyang Capsules at the dose of 4 capsules tid ( combination therapy group, n = 96) , both for 6 weeks. We compared the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) and Chinese Index of Premature Ejaculation ( CIPE) scores between the two groups of patients before and after medication and at 6 weeks after drug withdrawal.

RESULTSCompared with the baseline, the IELT was significantly increased after 6 weeks of medication in the combination therapy group ([1.41 ± 0.53] vs [6.69 ± 3.56] min, P < 0.05) and the control group ([1.43 ± 0.48] vs [5.37 ± 2.91] min, P < 0.05), and so was the CIPE score in the former (9. 80 ± 2.06 vs 21.62 ± 4.76, P < 0.05) and the latter group ([9.41 ± 1.97] vs [20.85 ± 4.83] , P < 0.05). In comparison with the pre-medication indexes, the IELT ([3.77 ± 1.63] min) and CIPE score (16.92 ± 3.37) of the combined therapy group were remarkably improved at 6 weeks after drug withdrawal (P < 0.05), but not those of the control ([1.19 ± 1.34] min and 10.59 ± 2.38, P > 0.05).

CONCLUSIONShugan Yiyang Capsules combined with sertraline have a definite and lasting effect on premature ejaculation.

Objective To evaluate non operative and simple operative managements of the calcaneal fractures. Methods 97 patients with calcaneal fractures were treated by non operative management or percutaneous reduction with wires or screw fixation from April 1997 to December 2001 in our department. They were followed up for more than 2 years. 64 patients were treated with non operation, 27 were fixed with wires and 6 with screws. Results 23 patients had excellent results, 67 good, 5 fair and 2 poor. The total good and excellent rate was 92.7%. 2 patients experienced secondary arthrodesis 1 year after injury. Conclusion Although the calcaneal fractures can be treated satisfactorily with non operative management or percutaneous reduction with wires or screws fixation, further prospective and comparative studies should be done in clinic to determine whether the calcaneal fractures should be treated with open reduction and fixation or with simple operative management.

Objective To screen for clopidogrel metabolism related gene CYP2C19 in patients with coronary artery disease in Wuhan.Methods 316 patients,from Jan to Dec 2014,after cardiology percutaneous coronary interventional therapy (PCI) for the treatment of coronary artery disease were selected as research object.Clopidogrel metabolism related CYP2C19 geno-types (* 1,* 2,* 3)were detected by the gene chip,and for different types of metabolism of patients according to CYP2C19 gene type:strong metabolize type (*1/*1),intermediate metabolizer types (*1/*2,*1/*3),poor metaboli-zer types (*2/*2,*3/*3,*2/*3).Results According to the CYP2C19 gene polymorphism of metabolic function type, strong metabolic type carrying CYP2C19*1 (*1/*1)accounted was 43.4%,intermediate metabolizers carrying CYP2C19*2 or *3 (* 1/* 2 and * 1/* 3)and poor metabolizers (* 2/* 2,* 2/* 3 and * 3/* 3)accounted was 42.4% and 14.2%,respectively.Different gender had no statistical significance in CYP2C19 genotype differences.Conclusion Clopi-dogrel metabolism functional of CYP2C19 gene in patients with interventional coronary heart disease in Wuhan area had more deletion gene.

Objective To investigate the effects of uterine benign disease in perimenopausal women underwent simultaneous hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy on pelvic pseudocyst,ovarian function and symptoms of peri-menopausal period.Methods Nine hundred and ninety-three patients with benign uterine disease underwent hysterectomy of total or subtotal uterus were selected as our subjects,who hospitalized from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009.All patients were followed up for 36 months,and 235 patients were lost.The rest 758 patients included 438 patients underwent simultaneous hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy,who were served as study group,and 320 patients underwent only hysterectomy were served as control group.The occurrence of pelvic pseudocyst,symptoms of peri-menopausal period and the changes of serum sexual hormone were observed.Results (1) The rate of pelvic pseudocyst was 1.6％ (7/438) in study group,which was significantly lower than that in control group (4.4％ (14/320),x2 =10.962,P =0.026).(2) Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in study group at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were (17.7 ±2.3) U/L and (26.8±5.1) U/L,higher than that in control group((12.3 ±2.9) U/L,(22.4 ± 3.2) U/L,t =-1.020,-1.162,P ＜ 0.05);FSH in study group(34.0 ± 6.8) U/L was lower than that in control group (39.1 ± 4.9) U/L at 36 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant (t =-1.209,P ＜ 0.05).At 3 months and 12 months after surgery,luteinizing hormone (LH) in study group were (14.0 ± 2.3) U/L and (26.2 ± 3.1) U/L,higher than that in control group ((11.7 ± 2.6) U/L,(21.6 ± 1.9) U/L; t =-1.421,-0.962,P ＜ 0.05).Estradiol in study group was (90 ± 23) pmol/L,lower than that in control group((110 ± 18) pmol/L) at 24 months after surgery(t =-1.502,P ＜0.05).(3) At 6 months after surgery,the rate of perimenopausl systems was 21.7％ (95/438) in study group,higher than that in control group (14.1％ (45/320),x2 =9.102,P =0.027).However,at 24 months after surgery,the rate of perimenopausal symptoms in control group was 60.6％ (194/320),higher than that in study group (47.0％ (206/438),x2 =7.620,P =0.039).Conclusion Simultaneous hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy could decrease the occurrence of pelvic pseudocyst and peri-menopausal symptoms nearly equivalent to that of hysterectomy only in patients with benign uterine diseases.

Purpose:To study the expression of CD 44 V 5 and Nm23 H 1 gene products and their significance in esophageal cancer patients.Methods:The expression of CD 44 V 5 and Nm23 H 1 in 85 cases of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded specimens of esophageal cancer were measured by immunohistochemistry S P method.
