Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(7):8-11
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of progressive muscle relaxation training (PMR) and compound lidocaine cream in hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula. Methods 96 hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into the progressive relaxation training group (group A),compound lidocaine cream group (group B),progressive relaxation training and compound lidocaine cream group (group C),and the blank control group (group D),with 24 patients in each group.Compound lidocaine cream were applied on the central puncture point 60 minutes before operation in group B and group C,and the patients of group A and group C were conducted with progressive relaxation training before puncture and sleep, while no intervention were assigned to group D.The pain of each patients were measured in 10 minutes with Visual Analog Scale(VAS).Results The pain scores were respectively (3.042 ± 0.999) in group A,(2.500 ±0.978)in group B,(1.333 ± 0.817) in group C and (5.042 ± 1.122) in group D.The AVOVA under the significant level of 0.05 for factorial date indicated that the main effect of factor A (progressive relaxation training) was statistically significant and the main effect of factor B (compound lidocaine cream) was also statistically significant. And that statistically significant interaction between the two factors was found, too. Conclusions Compound lidocaine cream with progressive relaxation training could alleviate the pain during puncturing arteriovenous fistula from hemodialysis significantly and was better than single use of each method.

The essence of thinking was the procedure for processing information by knowledge in the frame of world view, which depending on the world view and the existing knowledge and information. The characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) thinking was reflected by its unique world view. The world view of TCM thinking was natural view, holism concept and dialectic view, compared with modern scientific thinking mostly in reduction analysis. To develop TCM,the modern TCM thinking system was established through the reforming and innovating of TCM thinking characteristic based on preservation and promotion of them.

Objective To detect the expressions of Y-box-binding protein-1(YB-1)and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers(E-cadherin and N-cadherin)in colorectal cancer(CRC),to analyze the relationship between the expression of YB-1 and clinicopathological parameters,to evaluate the correlations among YB-1,E-cadherin and N-cadherin. Methods The expressions of YB-1,E-cadherin and N-cadherin in 120 primary CRC tumors and corresponding normal tissues were detected by western blot and immunohistochem-istry and the results were analyzed. Results The expressions of YB-1,E-cadherin and N-cadherin in tumors were significantly different from those in corresponding normal tissues(χ2 = 47. 373,P ﹤ 0. 05;χ2 = 83. 145, P ﹤ 0. 05;χ2 = 41. 832,P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression of YB-1 in tumors was associated significantly with tumor differentiation,tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and distance metastasis(χ2 = 8. 077,P = 0. 008;χ2 =8. 178,P = 0. 006;χ2 = 15. 152,P ﹤ 0. 001;χ2 = 7. 368,P = 0. 011). It was negatively correlated with E-cadherin expression(r = - 0. 238,P = 0. 009),but positively correlated with N-cadherin expression(r =0. 361,P ﹤ 0. 001). Conclusion YB-1 may promote the occurrence and development of CRC by participating in EMT program.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(25):1885-1889
Objective To investigate the current situation of puncture-related pain in patients with the arteriovenous fistula undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and its correlated factors. Methods A total of 180 hemodialysis patients with the arteriovenous fistula undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were investigated with demographic data questionnaire, visual analogue scale and pain self-efficacy questionnaire. Results The effective questionnaires rate was 93.89%(169/180). The median score of puncture-related pain was 5 scores, the score of pain self-efficacy was (31.42±14.59) scores;multivariate analysis demonstrated that the puncture-related pain was positively correlated with the patient gender, using time of arteriovenous fistula and pain self-efficacy ( β=0.152,-0.017,-0.409, P<0.05), OR (95%CI)were 2.069 (1.206-3.148), 0.803(0.710-0.984), 1.004(0.886-1.431). There was negative correlation between the puncture-related pain score and pain self-efficacy in these patients, r=-0.647, P<0.01. Conclusions Puncture-related pain is common sense in patients with the arteriovenous fistula undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, some factors including the patient gender, using time of arteriovenous fistula and pain self-efficacy influence this feeling.
6.The design of a new respiratory detecting system using impedance method.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2003;20(3):527-530
A coupling principle of reflecting impedance based on resonance is designed to achieve impedance detection with high sensitivity. It is characterized by small impelled current, high sensitivity and simple circuit. The principle can be used not only in detecting human respiratory impedance, but also in detecting the bio-impedance of other human organs. It may find wide application in this aspect.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2010;19(9):793-796
Objective To evaluate and demonstrate ultrasonographic characteristics of mandibular ameloblastoma with active proliferation. Methods Nineteen subjects with ameloblastomas in the mandibles were examined with ultrasonography. In addition to sizes, internal echoes, the research was focused on blood flow of the tumors and destruction of mandibles. Ultrasonographic appearances of the tumors were compared with histopathological findings. Sensitivity and specificity of Doppler flow signals and destruction of mandibles for prediction of active tumor proliferations were calculated. Results Fifteen cases (79%)showed no or minimal flow signals on color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI), whereas the remaining 4 lesions demonstrated abundant flow signals,in which 3 cases were confirmed histopathologically with active tumor proliferations. The sensitivity and specificity of the Doppler flow signals for prediction of active tumor proliferations were 100% and 94%, respectively. Fourteen cases (74%) showed the mandibular cortices were thin but continuous, among the remaining 5 lesions showed local cortices destruction,3 of them were confirmed histopathologically with active proliferations. The sensitivity and specificity of the destruction of cortical bone for prediction of active tumor proliferations were 100% and 88 %, respectively. Conclusions Ultrasonography can be used as a new effective supplementary diagnostic method for mandibular ameloblastomas. CDFI of tumor vascularity and destruction of cortical bone could be used to predict active tumor proliferations and invasiveness.

Objective To explore imaging features of Zinner syndrome. Methods Eight male patients with clinically diagnosed Zinner syndrome performed abdominal and pelvic CT and /or MRI scan. The radiological data was studied retrospectively. Results Eight cases showed seminal vesicle cyst with ipsilateral renal agenesis on CT and/or MR imaging ( left side, n =5; right side, n =3).The maximal diameter of seminal vesicle cysts varied from 4.2 to 7.0 cm, and appeared as oval cystic lesion with irregular contour or tube-like dilatation , which appeared low density on CT image and hypo-or hyperintensity on T 1 WI and hyperintensity on T 2 WI.Bladder compression was found in 6 cases.Fuild-fuild level in the cysts was seen in 2 cases.Remnants of ureter structure were seen in only 1 case. There was no other accompanying abnormality of urinary system. Conclusions Zinner syndrome presents with characteristic imaging features , and the key issue is differential diagnosis of seminal vesicle cysts.
