China Pharmacist 2017;20(8):1499-1501
Objective: To establish a method for HPLC determination of schisanthein, deoxyschizandrin and anwuligan in Wuzhi pellets simultaneously and control the quality of Wuzhi pellets. Methods: Schisantherin, deoxyschizandrin and anwuligan were determined by HPLC with a chromatographic column of Welch Ultimate XB-C 18 (150 mm× 4.6 mm , 3 μm), the mobile phase was tetramathylene oxide-water with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 228 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results: The linear range of schisantherin was 0.040-0.805 μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 97.0% with RSD of 1.67%.The linear range of deoxychizandrin was 0.092-1.846μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 102.5% with RSD of 1.49%.The linear range of anwuligan was 0.020-0.998 μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 95.0% with RSD of 1.78% (n =6).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can improve the quality standard of Wuzhi pellets.
2.THE SECRETING MANNER OF THE ATRIAL MYOENDOCRINE CELLS AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ATRIAL MYOENDOCRINE CELLS AND THE NERVES AND CAPILLARIES——AN ELECTRON MICROSCOPE STUDY
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The ultrastructural changes of atrial myoendocrine cells (AMC) in various volume loading for heart, the type and the distribution of nerve endings and capillaries in the vicinity of AMC were observed with electron microscopy. The rats deprived or undeprived water received an injection of isotonic saline via the femoral vein (20 ml/mg), then the right auricle was removed and fixed with usual method for EM and partly with TAGO method. The process of atrial specific granules (ASG) secretion, i. e., the limiting membrane of ASG fused with the sarcolemma and opened at this place, and the ASG content was released through this opening into extracellular space, were observed. There were various types of nerve endings nearby AMC. The capillaries were continuous endothelium in type, and show close relation to AMC. The results of this study suggest that AMC secrete ANF by exocytosis mainly, and provide some morphologic data for the physiological and biochemical studies of ANF move and of reaction on each other between the ANF and nerves.

Microbiology 2008;0(09):-
The concentration of airborne microbes in summer tourism season in Huangshan Scenic Spot was measured by fallen plate method at l4 collection sites. The study on the community structure and distribution characteristics of outdoor airborne microbes was carried out. The results showed that the average concentra- tion of the bacteria, fungi and total microbes in the outdoor environment were 0.41?104 CFU/m3, 0.34? 104 CFU/m3 and 0.75?104 CFU/m3 respectively, and the average percentage of fungi of the total was 45.9%. These indicated that the outdoor air had been polluted by airborne microbes. The preliminary identification was made on the bacteria and fungi at different sampling sites and the results showed that the dominant bac- teria mainly belonged to Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Micrococcus and Pseudomonas, and the average per- centage of the total amount of the bacteria was 37.7%, 17.2%, 10.1% and 9.8% respectively; the dominant fungi belonged to Cladosporium, Mycelia sterilia, Penicillium and Alternaria, and the average percentage of the total amount of the fungi were 40.4%, 35.0%, 5.6% and 4.3% respectively. The results indicated that thedistribution characteristics of air microbes are affected not only by topographical and climatic characteristics, but also by factors such as tourist activities, animals and plants.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(25):1873-1878
Objective To investigate the current situation of community nurses′practice environment and work engagement, and to analyze the impact of practice environment on work engagement. Methods Totally 380 community nurses in 26 community health service institutions were investigated with Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Results The effective questionnaires rate was 88.95%(338/380). The total of PES-NWI was 50-120 (90.542±12.095) scores, the different dimension from high to low were medical cooperation, nursing managers' ability and leadership style, high quality nursing service basis, nurses in hospital affairs, staffing and resource adequacy:(3.213 ±0.510), (3.048 ±0.404), (3.015 ±0.419), (2.739 ±0.494), (2.693 ±0.549) scores. The total of UWES was 17-88 (52.189±19.610) scores, the different dimension from high to low were activity, focus, dedication:(3.556±1.380), (3.493±1.389), (3.346±1.475) scores.Nurse practice environment ofnurses in hospital affairs and high quality nursing service basis had significant prediction effect on community nurses′work engagement, P<0.01. Conclusions It exists closely correlation between professional practice environment and work engagement. Community hospital managers should reasonable allocation of personnel and materials, provide equal participations in hospital affairs platform, meet the needs of nurses in different levels of education and learning, and perfecting the community nurses performance appraisal, in order to enhance community nurses' work engagement degree.

Objective To investigate the role of problem-based learning (PBL) in the improve-ment of students' comprehensive ability in experimental classes of fundamental nursing. Methods A total of 172 nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=76) and the control group (n=96), they received PBL and traditional education, respectively. The teaching effect was compared using X2 tesL Results The experimental group was better than the control group in comprehensive a-bility such as communication skills, operant skills, coping skills, health education, appearance and at-titude. Conclusions PBL can promote the nursing students to understand the comprehensive information of special problems, and improve their skills of resolving practical problems and autonomic learning.

Objective To explore the effect of glucocorticoids on nuclear factor - ?B expression and Th2 cytokines and the relationship of these two factors. Methods Thirty BALB/c mice were divided randomly into normal control groups, asthmatic groups and budesonide inhalation group. The expression of NF - ?B was observed by immunocytochmical staining; IL - 4, IL - 5, IFN - ? proteins in HALF were measured by ELISA. Results The percentage of cells of active NF - ?B, IL - 4 and IL - 5 protein in BALF of asthmatic group was significantly higher than that of control group, which was significantly reduced by budesonide(P

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(16):3192-3195
Medicinal materials research and development of new drug of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research is the premise and foundation of new drug research and development, it throughout the whole process of new drug research. Medicinal materials research is one of the main content of the pharmaceutical research of new drug of TCM, and it is also the focus of the new medicine pharmaceutical evaluation content. This article through the analysis of the present problems existing in the development of TCM research of new drug of TCM, from medicine research concept, quality stability, quality standard, etc are expounded, including medicine research idea value medicine study should focus on the important role and from the purpose for the top-level design of new drug research problem. Medicinal materials quality stability should pay attention to the original, medicinal part, origin, processing, storage, planting (breeding), and other aspects. Aspect of quality standard of medicinal materials should pay attention to establish the quality standards of conform to the characteristics of new drug of TCM. As the instruction of TCM new drug research and development and the scientific nature of the review, and provide the basis for medicinal material standards.
