2.Constructing the framework for on-the-job training of qualified laboratory medicine personnel

On-the-job training of qualified personnel is an important way of cultivating talented people. In light of the tasks and development orientation of the laboratory department, the paper deals with on-the-job training of personnel on different posts and at various levels according to their natural abilities and in line with local conditions. The methods include:①making efforts to enhance the knowledge and cultural level of laboratory personnel at various levels so as to guarantee the accuracy of laboratory results;②reinforcing the study and practice of clinical medical knowledge so as to strengthen the overall abilities to make laboratory diagnoses; ③cultivating a seine of research and innovations in research practice so as to establish the academic status of the laboratory department. The purpose of the above methods is to meet the needs of the development of laboratory medicine and to ensure the rational use of human resources. [
3.Influence of acupuncture on parturition process

Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture treatment on parturition process.Methods 545 pregnant women delivered in our hospital were selected,excluding those with cesarean section indication.On voluntary principle and randomized principle,primipara aged from 22 to 30 who agreed with natural labor were divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Pregnant women in observation group were received acupuncture treatment during latent phase.The following indexes of the two groups were recorded and compared:labor time of the first stage and the second stage,the case for inertia of uterus,cesarean sections,postpartum hemorrhage amount and Apgar score of new-born.Results The labor time of the first stage and the second stage of the control group were (178.55 ± 56.87) min and (130.70 ± 77.22) min,and which of the observation group were (53.87 ±22.33) min and (33.25 ± 15.55) min,there was significant differenec between the two groups(t =3.97,4.11,all P <0.05).The differences in the pilot failed to cesarean section rate(14.2% and 13.6%),postpartum hemorrhage and the perinatal outcome were not significant between the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can accelerate labor.
4.Selection and analysis of targeted cell-binding mimicry peptides in endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line through random peptide phage display

AIM: To isolate targeted the peptides that binding and internalizing into endometrial carcinoma cell line EAC. METHODS: The tumor cells were screened five rounds of whole cell screen through the Ph.D.-12 phage display library. Analysis of the displayed peptides specific binding efficiency to the tumor cells was proceeded. The DNA of phages was extracted, sequenced and translated to the sequences of amino acid and analysis using computer software. RESULTS: After five biopannings, the isolated phages showed high specificity and strong affinity for their cognate cell types relative to different cell lines. Through sequencing, the sequences of displayed peptides were obtained. CONCLUSIONS: Whole cell screening against EAC cells through random phage peptide library can obtain phage peptides with a highly tissue specific binding and internalizing ability. The peptides do provide a basis for tumor's targeted delivery as therapy vector.
5.Analysis on 116 cases of hysteromyoma pregnancy

Objective To explore the influence and treatment methods of hysteromyoma pregnancy. Method Through case-control study on 116 cases of hysteromyoma pregnancy and the same number cases of normal pregnan-cy in the same period, in order to observe the outcome of two groups. Results There is no significant difference in the matter of amount of bleeding when hysteromyoma pregnant women give birth to their children, no matter how oper-ation group, non-surgical group and control group(P > 0.05); but there is significant difference between non-surgical group and control group(P <0.05), and in the field of asphyxia neonatorum rate, there is no significant difference in all groups(P > 0.05). Conclusions The amount of bleeding in hysteromyoma pregnant women are more than vagi-nal delivery non-hysteromyoma women. It suggests that myomectomy won' t increase the amount of bleeding when doctors give the hysteromyoma women caesarean section at the same time. And the difficulty of surgery won' t signifi-cantly increase when compared to non-pregnancy and pregnancy.
6.Effect of blood serum C-reactive protein in gestation diabetes mellitus

Objective To discuss the effect of C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in pregnant women with gestational diabetes meatus(GDM).Methods To select 96 GDM women with 75 grams oral slum tolerance test(OGTF)and 64 pregnant women with impaired gluccose tolerance(IGT)respectively,and choose 160 normal pmgnant women with normal slucose tolerance(NGT)randomly as control group,then observe their serum CRP level at the same time.Results The serum CRP level in GDM group was significantly higher than IGT group and control group (P<0.05).The sermn CRP level is positively related with pre-pregnancy body mass irdex(BMI),fasting bloodslope and fasting insulin,and the correlation coefficients are 0.338,0.163 and 0.283 respectively,and P values are 0.00001,0.0169 and 0.0003 respectively.Conclusion The blood sertlm C-reactive protein is closely related to GDM and involved in the pathogenesis of GDM.
7.Analysis of Volatile Constituents in Disposable Infusion Set and Nasal Cannula by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Objective:To characterize the volatile compounds in 10 batches of disposable infusion sets and 6 batches of nasal can-nulas by GC-MS and determine the main odor-active compounds. Methods:The volatile components were extracted using a headspace sampler. An HP-5MS capillary column (30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 25 μm) was adopted, and the qualitative analysis was performed by total ion chromatography ( TIC) of full scan with temperature programmer. Results:A total of 19 major volatile compounds were identified, which were hydrocarbon, alcohol and carbonyl compounds (such as aldehyde and ester). Based on the combination of odor test and GC-MS, the concentration of alcohol compounds (2-ethyl hexanol, 2-EH) had the most notable effect on the odor of samples. Conclu-sion:The samples with unacceptable order contain 2-EH with relatively high content, which should be paid more attention.
8.Prognostic prediction of primary biliary cirrhosis and therapy monitoring with ursodeoxycholic acid

Primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) is a chronic cholestic autoimmune liver disease and ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is the first-line drug for the treatment.Currently there are several standards applied for the prognostic and therapeutic predictions of PBC,as well as for the guidance of personalized treatment.This paper elucidated the prognostic predicting factors in PBC and their applications in therapy monitoring with UDCA.Current challenges and future research interests are also put forward.
9.Observation on change of lipidemia and lipoprotein in wistar rats wi th fluorosis

Objective To observe the change of lipidemia and lipoprotein in wistar rats with fluorosis.Methods 14 wistar rats were fed normal food with hyper concentration of NaF water (100 mg/L) for six months,the TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,APO AI APO B and AI,R-CHE were measured in serum.Results The result show that there are an increace of T C,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,APO AI,APO B and AI,R-CHD compared with normal rats (P <0.05).Conclusions The result indicate that the fluorosis can increase the lipidemia and lipoprotein in rats with fluorosis and lead to athero selerosis.
10.Influence of Herbal Decoction Shuxin Yin on Platelet Activation in Rats and Mice with Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Objective To study the influence of herbal decoction Shuxin Yin(SXY)on platelet activation of rats and mice with a- cute myocardial ischemia in order to explain its possible mechanism for treating coronary heart disease.Methods The rat model with acute myocardial ischemia and the mice model with acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion were established.The male SD rats and ICR mice,51 each,were randomized into 5 groups respectively:sham operation group,model group,low dose SXY group,high dose SXY group,ticlopidine groap.Made models and collected blood Sample after 30 days gastric infusion in succession.The flow cytome- try technique and the monoclonal antibody examination were adopted to test the mice platelet glycoprotein CD_(62)P;the radioim- munoassay was used to test rat platelet aggregation rate(PAR),fibrinogen(Fg),thromboxane B_2(TXB_2)and 6-keto-PGF_(1?) and their ratio.Results Shuxin Yin can,inhibit the high expression of CD_(62)P of mice with acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion,and de- crease PAR,Fg and TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1?) of rats with acute myocardial isehemia.Compared with the effect of ticlopidine,the differ- ence was not significant.Conclusion Shuxin Yin could effectively inhibiting platelet activation in rats anel mice with acute myocardial ischemia,and its effect in preventing and treating coronary heart disease might be related to the inhibition of platelet activation.
