1.Intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(9):557-557
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods42 senile patients with AMI underwent intracoronary stenting were analysed. Before and after stenting, the changes of the patients' blood pressures, heart rates and cardiac functions tested by ultrasonography were observed.Results45 intracoronary stents were implanted in 42 patients, one patient falled during hospitalization. The blood pressure was increased significantly, the heart rate decreased and the candiac function improved after stenting.ConclusionIntracoronary stenting is a very effective and safe therapy for the senile patients with AMI.

Morus alba L. (mulberry) is a well-known deciduous tree, belonging to the genus of Morus of Moraceae famlily. Its leaves, twigs, roots (bark) and fruits are widely used in the traditional Chinese medicine. The active constituents of mulberry contained flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, coumarins, with the significant hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, antihypertension, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activities. This review summarized the research progress of the major pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics and drug-drug interaction based on CYPs and transporters of mulberry and its active constituents.

China Journal of Endoscopy 2017;23(1):6-14
Objective To make a systematical review of the safety and efifcacy of Etomidate plus Fentanyl-class drugs and Propofol plus Fentanyl-class drugs in older patients undergoing gastroscopy. Methods We searched the Cochrane library, PubMed, Embase, China Biology Medicine (CBM), CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Database for all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about the efifcacy of Etomidate plus Fentanyl-class drugs(Fentanyl, Sufentanil, remifentanil) in older patients undergoing gastroscopy. The quality of the studies was evaluated by the method recommended by the Jadad scale. Meta-analysis was conducted using the Cochrane Collaboration’s RevMan 5.3 software. Results 11 RCTs involving 1 535 patients were analyzed. Meta-analysis showed that patients in the Etomidate group had a lower heart rate [Weighted Mean Difference (WMD)=2.25, 95%CI(0.93, 3.56), P=0.001] and mean arterial pressure [WMD=9.09, 95%CI (7.60, 10.57), P=0.000] lfuctuation than whose of the Propofol group. The hypoxemia occurrence [O^R=0.46, 95%CI (0.32, 0.65), P=0.000] in Etomidate group is also lower than which of the Propofol group. For side effects aspects, the risk of apnea[O^R=0.26, 95%CI(0.15, 0.48), P=0.000] and injection pain [O^R=0.02, 95%CI (0.01, 0.05), P=0.000] in the Etomidate group is much lower than the Propofol group ,while the myoclonus [O^R=8.14, 95%CI (4.18, 15.87), P=0.000], nausea and vomiting [O^R=3.44, 95%CI (2.03, 5.84), P=0.000] were more incidental than the Propofol group. Conclusion Etomidate plus Fentanyl-class drugs can effectively maintain circulatory system for the old undergoing painless gastroscopy, demonstrated to be a safe and valid anesthesia method.

Impotence is one of the more common and serious symptom type of male sexual disturbance. It demonstrates by domestic sampling investigation that about more than 10% of male adult have impotence, and the incidence of impotence goes higher with the growing of age.Warming and invigorating kidney-yang has been the main therapy method for treating impotence.Through years of clinic practices, the treatment for impotence from liver has achieved satisfied effects.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;38(6):374-378
Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are members of the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) superfamily, acting as important regulators in embryogenesis and bone and cartilage formation and repair. The complexity of BMPs action has early been unveiled by generous cell and molecular biology approaches and transgenic animal studies.Genetic engineering allows for the mass production of BMPs for clinical use of bone repair, but the desirable scaffold material is also needed to ensure controlled release and maximum biological activity of BMPs at the surgical site.Currently, BMP-2 and BMP-7 have been approved by United States Food and Drug Administration for clinical therapy in long bone fracture, spinal fusion and oral and maxillofacial surgery. The results are satisfactory, but the side effects have been also widely concerned. The functions and clinical applications of BMPs in bon repair are reviewed.

Objective To summarize the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (BSLE).Methods Clinical data were collected from 6 cases of BSLE between May 2009 and September 2015,and were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 6 patients,2 were male and 4 were female. The mean age of onset was 34 years. All the 6 patients presented with tense blisters and bullae arising on an erythematous base or normal skin, which were arranged in an annular pattern in 3 patients. The SLE Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) score was > 4 in all the 6 patients.Histopathological examination showed subepidermal blisters or fissures in all the patients.Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) revealed continuous linear deposition of immunoglobulin G (IgG),IgM and IgA in all the patients, linear deposition of C3 in 4 patients, and linear deposition of Clq in 2 patients at the basement membrane zone (BMZ).All the 6 patients were treated with oral glucocorticoids and hydroxychloroquine, and 2 patients were additionally treated with cyclophosphamide.During the follow-up period, adverse reactions to different extents were observed in the 6 patients. Conclusions BSLE mainly occurs in young and middle-aged people.Histopathologically, subepidermal blisters or fissures can be observed with linear deposition of IgG,IgM,IgA,or C3 along the basement membrane zone on DIF.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(5):425-426
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the individualized intervention for the anxiety-depression after cardiovascular diseases. Methods80 inpatients with cardiovascular diseases were surveyed with Hospital Anxiety and Depressions Scale (HAD). The patients with anxiety-depression received individualized psychological intervention. Results14 of them suffered anxiety-depression. 13 cases recovered after the intervention. ConclusionThe individualized psychological intervention can improve anxiety-depression in the inpatients with cardiovascular diseases.
