1.Research on the relationship between miRNAs and peritoneal fibrosis
Tianjin Medical Journal 2016;44(10):1287-1290
In recent years, microRNAs (miRNAs) have been found to be one of the key factors of post transcriptional gene regulation, which are involved in occurrence and development of many diseases. Peritoneal dialysis (PD) has become an effective alternative treatment approaches for patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD). Peritoneal fibrosis is one of the most important factors leading patients to withdraw from long-term PD, hence restricts the application and development of PD. MicroRNAs are closely related to the development of peritoneal fibrosis. This article reviews the role of miRNAs in the pathogenesis and treatment of peritoneal fibrosis.
2.Effect of RGD-insulin on activities of bone resorption and the possible mechanism in human osteoclast-like cells in vitro
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 1995;0(02):-
Objective In this study, we explored the mechanism of anti-bone resorption of RGD-insulin using osteoclast-like cells (OLCs) from giant cell tumor of bone as an in vitro model. Methods The function of bone resorption was observed and the staining for tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAPase) was identified. The carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ (CAⅡ) gene expression, apoptosis and the adhesion of OLC that treated by RGD-insulin and echistatin were determined by in situ hybridization, TUNEL staining and adhesion test, respectively. Results OLCs were TRAP positive and had bone resorptive function. After OLCs were treated with 10 -5, 10 -6, 10 -7mol/L RGD-insulin and echistatin respectively, the numbers of TRAP-positive multinucleated cells were (179?3), (238?11), (351?10) per well that treated with echistatin and (229?20), (222?21), (265?17) per well that treat with RGD-insulin.The expression of CAⅡ mRNA decreased, the number of OLCs apoptosis increased in a dose-dependent manner (P

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of imiquimod 5% cream applied with different treatment courses for preventing the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum lesions. Methods A randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted.Patients with condyloma acuminatum were divided into 3 groups (Group A,B and C).Group A was treated with CO2 laser only.Group B was given topical im- iquimod 5% cream three times a week over 4 weeks after laser treatment of visible warts.Group C was giv- en topical imiquimod 5% cream three times a week over 8 weeks after laser treatment of visible warts. All patients were followed up for 6 months. Results A total of 90 patients with anogenital warts were enrolled in,and finished the study. The recurrence rates of the Group A,B,and C were 64.29%,50%,21.88%,re- spectively,in 6 months of follow-up.The recurrence rate was statistically lower in Group C than in Group A and B (P=0.0033),and in Group C than in Group B (P=0.0457).Adverse reactions occurred in 73.33% and 84.38% of patients in Group B and C,respectively, which included erythema, itching, pain, burning, erosion, ulceration and flu-like symptoms. There was no significant difference of the frequencies of adverse reactions between Group B and C (P>0.05).Conclusion The recurrence rate of anogenital warts declines significantly in patients treated with imiquimod 5% cream for 8 weeks, but not in the 4 weeks group, after laser therapy. The frequencies of adverse reactions are not significantly different in both groups.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(1):9-13,55
Objective Due to the incompleteness and complexity of fault diagnosis for power transformers, a comprehensive rough-fuzzy scheme for solving fault diagnosis problems is presented. Fuzzy set theory is used both for representation of incipient faults' indications and producing a fuzzy granulation of the feature space. Rough set theory is used to obtain dependency rules that model indicative regions in the granulated feature space. The fuzzy membership functions corresponding to the indicative regions, modelled by rules, are stored as cases. Results Diagnostic conclusions are made using a similarity measure based on these membership functions. Each case involves only a reduced number of relevant features making this scheme suitable for fault diagnosis. Conclusion Superiority of this method in terms of classification accuracy and case generation is demonstrated.
7.Interventional therapy for pancreatic carcinoma

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Target of the treatment for advanced pancreatic carcinoma is always palliative without prolongation of survival time almost, therefore the aims of treatment should be concentrated on improving the quality of life and alleviateing the disease-related symptoms. We do not call for the treatment and medicines that can incur obvious adverse reaction with limited effectiveness. Interventional therapy provides superexcellent short term efficacy with alleviating the disease-related symptoms significantly, and without severe side effects and thus coincides to the principle of the treatment for advanced pancreatic carcinoma. The surpassing advantages provide popular recommendation for this very kind of therapy in the recent years.

Objective To investigate the comparability of K + ,Na+ and Cl- measurement between Cobas8000 analyzer and AU640 analyzer .Methods According to the EP9‐A2 document of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards ,the precision of AU640 analyzer for the detection of K + ,Na+ and Cl- was evaluated ,and the correlation between the detected results of the two analyzers were also analyzed .Results AU640 analyzer were with high precision for the detection of K + ,Na+ and Cl- ,in‐tra‐assay and inter‐assay coefficient of variation of which were both less than 2% .The correlation coefficients of the two analyzers were higher than 0 .975 .Conclusion Cobas8000 analyzer and AU640 analyzer might be with fine comparability for the detection of K+ 、Na+ and Cl- ,both of which could provide accurate detected results .
9.Experience of diagnosis of 56 cerebral aneurysms cases by 16-slice spiral CTA
China Medical Equipment 2015;(7):93-95,96
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CTA and methods of diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms. Methods: Fifty six cases of cerebral aneurysms with CTA image data were retrospectively analyzed from July 2012 to July 2014. Omnipaque (350 mgI/100 ml) as contrast agent was used in all cases with injection speed of 4.0 mL/s. The methods of VR, SSD, MIP, MPR, CPR and VE were involved in CTA images reconstruction and processing were implemented with workstation ADW4.2. The diagnosis value of cerebral aneurysms with different methods of vessel reconstruction was analyzed. Results: The location and the size of intracranial aneurysms could be clearly showed with 16-slice spiral CTA. The diagnosis time of methods VR and MIP was shortest and the mean time was 4.3 minutes and 5.1 minutes respectively. There was significant difference between the image and actual size in berry aneurysms with SSD method. Conclusion: The synthetic application of multimethod can improve the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CTA in cerebral aneurysms.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(3):271-272
Intracranial hypertension easily causes brain herniation, brainstem compression, and leads to death.Western medical treatment mainly chose medicines that can change the permeability of plasma, but with noticeable side effects.Chinese medicines had manifested therapeutic effects to inuacranial hypertension with multiple approaches and no obvious side effects.Besides Chinese medicines can also adjust the overall state of patients, which can not be replaced by western medicine. The treatment of intracranial hypertension with Chinese medicines will become an important research subject and have a broad outlook.
