1.Nogo-A and Its Roles in Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(4):313-316
Myelin-associated inhibitory factor is a major obstacle for axonal regeneration in the central nervous system, and Nogo-A is an important inhibiting factor synthesized by oligoden-drocytes. Toe expression levels of Nogo-A changed significantly in a model of ischemic cere-brovascular disease; the therapeutic measures aiming at Nogo-A and its downstream pathway can effectively enhance axonal regeneration, improve the plasticity of neural structure, and promote functional recovery. This provides a reliable theoretical basis for the development of therapeutic mode in human cerebrovascular diseases.
2.Advances of BRCA1, BRCA2 mutation and their clinical applications
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(2):138-140
The occurrence of breast cancer is closely related to genetic factors.BRCA1 and BRCA2,breast cancer susceptibility genes, play important roles in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. The researches on germline mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 are of great significance in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

4.Application of irreversible electroporation in the management of locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2016;22(1):68-70
Irreversible electroporation (IRE) is a nontemperature based novel ablation therapy in which short highvoltage pulses are applied to treat tissues to permeabilize the cell membrane irreversibly and thus lead to cell apoptosis.Because it is characterized as non-thermal,IRE can reduce the risk of thermal damage to vital organs and structures so that it is more feasible for the treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer and thus provide an ideal alternative to other thermal treatment modalities. This review aims to analyze current literature of IRE and to discuss the new progress of the application of IRE in the management of locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
5.Determination of Borax in Food by RP-HPLC
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To establish the method for determination of borax in food by RP-HPLC. Methods Borax in food was extracted by acid methanol followed by turmeric acetic acid derivation and then detected by HPLC. Symmtry C18(150 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) was used as the stationary phase, methanol-water (80+20) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 550 nm. Results The detection limit was 6.4 ng/kg, the relative error was 2.3%, the recovery rates were between 90.63% and 96.88%, the liner range of the borax was 0.032-0.32 ?g/ml, the regressive equation of calibration curve was y=3 210 000x+121 000, r=0.999 2. Conclusion The present method is simple, rapid, accurate with satisfactory results.
6.Expression of LMP-1,NET-1,and VEGF in non-keratin nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2006;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the expression of latent membrane protein-1(LMP-1),NET-1,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in non-keratin nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NK-NPC)and its clinical significance. Methods :Sixty biopsy specimens from pathologically-confirmed NK-NPC patients, who were treated in the Affilitated Hospital of Nantong University from May 1999 to May 2003,were included in the present study.Using immunohistochemical techniques (Envison two-step),we examined the expression of LMP-1,NET-1 and VEGF protein in the specimens. The relationship between their expression and elnicopathological parameters and the prognosis was anayzed.Ten specimens of chronic nasopharyngitis served as control.Results:(1)The positive rates of LMP-1,NET-1 and VEGF in NK-NPC were significantly higher than those in the chronic nasopharyngitis(P0.05).(3)NET-1 and VEGF expression in NK-NPC specimens were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P
7.Efficacy of linezolid in the treatment of severe pneumonia and its psychological countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):215-216
Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of linezolid in the treatment of severe pneumonia and the psychological countermeasures. Methods 100 cases of severe pneumonia patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Two groups of patients according to the actual situation of patients with nutritional support and supplement electrolyte based treatment. The control group was treated with levofloxacin and ceftriaxone infusion treatment, the experimental group underwent intravenous linezolid therapy, and psychological care, pay attention to the psychological status of patients and patients, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the number of invalid cases in the experimental group was 4 cases, the number of effective cases was 31 cases, and the number of effective cases was 15 cases. The number of invalid cases in the control group was 10 cases, the effective number was 26 cases, and the effective cases were 14 cases. The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the effective rate was 80.0%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group. The rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 14.0%, significantly higher than that in the experimental group (2.0%), and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Linezolid is effective in the treatment of severe pneumonia, it can improve the therapeutic effect to a certain extent, and it has high security, it has the significance of clinical promotion.
9.Epigenetic modification in human leukemia.
Journal of Experimental Hematology 2006;14(4):635-638
Epigenetic modification, which involve DNA methylation, RNA-associated silencing and histone modification, is implicated in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, apoptosis and malignant transformation. Some leukemogenesis has been shown to be aberrance of epigenetic modification. This paper discussed the potential causes of some of leukemias correlating with the methylation of cell cycle regulation genes, small interference RNA and modification abnormality of histone after translation. The study on epigenetic modification abnormality of leukemia cells provides a new strategy for treatment of leukemia.
