1.Application of health education path in the rehabilitation training of patients with total knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the effect of health education path on rehabilitation training of patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods One hundred and eighty TKA patients were divided into experiment group and control group equally according to the sequence of admission.In the control group routine rehabilitation training was adopted,while in the experiment group the training was done on the instruction of health education path.The two groups were compared in terms of training accuracy,scores on health education, satisfaction with nursing and training efficiency after 12 months.Result Training accuracy,scores on health education,satisfaction with nursing and training efficiency after 12 months of the experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education path in rehabilitation training of TKA patients can improve the training efficiency and is good for patients’recovery.
2.Relationship between expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and efficacy of local advanced esophageal carcinoma treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in local advanced esophageal carcinoma patients,and to explore the relationship between its change rule and the recent curative effect and significance.Methods The serum levels of VEGF in 46 patients with local advanced esophageal carcinoma were detected by ELISA before and after concurrent chemoradiotherapy,the serum levels of VEGF in 46 healthy people were detected at the same time.Results The serum VEGF levels of local advanced esophageal carcinoma patients before treatment and health control group were (264.66±62.11) ng/L and (101.96±39.53) ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant (t =23.367,P =0.000).After treatment,the serum VEGF level of patients with esophageal cancer was decreased to (127.50±49.07) ng/L (t =19.086,P =0.000).After the treatment,the serum VEGF levels of complete remission (CR) and partial remission (PR) patients were decreased [(94.03±38.86) ng/L vs (248.79±47.84) ng/L,(117.06±20.68) ng/L vs (295.26±67.20) ng/L,both P =0.000],the level of the stable disease (SD) patients was decreased,too [(235.63±26.05) ng/L vs (385.67±26.50) ng/L,P =0.017].Conclusions The recent curative effects of docetaxel and nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with intensity-modulated radiotherapy for the local advanced esophageal carcinoma patients are significant.The levels of serum VEGF before and after treatment can be used as an important index to judge the treatment effect.
3.Establishment of a "Four-step method" for extraction and separation of Candida albicans total proteins

Objective:To introduce a "Four-step method" for extraction and separation of Candida albicans total proteins.Methods: Proteins of C.albicans were extracted step-by-step with 4 kinds of solutions with different solubilities.After quantification,the protein samples were separated by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and then by SDS-PAGE.Results: Proteins with different solubilities were successfully extracted step-by-step from C.albicans and were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Conclusion: The "Four-step method" for extraction of C.albicans proteins is an effective approach to study C.albicans membrane proteome and lays a foundation for further investigation of the mechanisms of antifungal agents and drug resistance in C.albicans.
4.Targeting of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases to early growth response gene 1 (EGR-1) in the human paclitaxel-resistance ovarian carcinoma cells.

To investigate the relationship between the expression of early growth response gene 1 (EGR-1) and p38MAPK pathway in the paclitaxel resistance of ovarian carcinoma cells, the effect of p38MAPK inhibitor SB203580 on cell apoptosis was examined by using Hoechst 33258 staining. The intracellular Rh123 (Rhodamine 123) accumulation was detected by the flow cytometry (FCM). The 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) of paclitaxel for A2780/Taxol cells was determined by MTT method. Electrophoretic motility shift assay (EMSA) was employed to examine the EGR-1DNA binding activity. MDR1 and EGR-1 mRNA were assessed by RT-PCR. The expressed of p-gp, phosphorylated p53 and p38 were detected by Western blotting. SB203580 could remarkably promote the apoptosis of A2780/Taxol cells, and the cell apoptosis was in a time-dependent manner. Cellular Rh123 accumulation was increased, and the IC50 of paclitaxel for A2780/Taxol cells was decreased significantly. A2780/Taxol cell line after SB203580 treatment was shown to have a significantly higher level of EGR-1 DNA binding activity. SB203580 down-regulated the activity of p38MAPK pathway, but up-regulated EGR-1 expression. SB203580 significantly increased the level of cellular phosphorylated p53 protein, but decreased the p-gp protein level and MDR1 mRNA level in A2780/Taxol cells. There existed a close relationship between p38MAPK pathway and the paclitaxel resistance of ovarian carcinoma cells. The expression of EGR-1 mediated by p38MAPK pathway plays a critical role in paclitaxel resistance of ovarian carcinoma cells.
5.Comparison of medical abortion, induced abortion and medical with induced abortion in the termination of early pregnancy

Aim To compare the advantage of different methods of terminating early pregnancy. Methods 684 women in early pregnancy(≤49 d) were allocated into three groups according to their request: Group A (medical abortion,n=241), taking (po) mifepristone 25 mg every 12 h for three days and then taking misopostol 600 ?g at 8:00 on the forth day; Group B (induced abortion, n=220), taking the routine intrauterine operation by vacuum aspirator; and Group C (medical with induced abortion, n=223), inserting a Gongshuan suppository into rectum 0.5~2 h before induced abortion operation. Some indices were compared, including the efficacy, vaginal bleeding volume and time, side effects and acceptability of the three abortion methods. 7.Studies on the expressions and clinical significance of miRNAlet 7 and Ras in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the expressions of miRNAlet7 and Ras in non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC),and their correlations with clinicopathological features and survival time.Methods In-situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of let7,and SP immunohistochemistry to measure HMGA2 in 68 NSCLC cases ( group A) and 20 cases with normal lungs ( group B).Results The positive rate of let7 in group A was lower than that in group B (39.7% vs 63.2% ) ( P <0.05).The positive rate of Ras in group A was higher than that in group B (66.2% vs 25.0% ) ( P <0.01 ).The positive rate of let7 was not related to the age,gender,histological type,cell differentiation,and clinical stages of cancer patients(P >0.05).The positive rate of Ras was related to smoking,sex,and histological type of cancer( P <0.01 ),and was not related to cell differentiation,lymphatic metastasis,and clinical stages of cancer ( P >0.05).There was an obvious negative correlation between let7 and Ras( r =-0.627,P <0.01 ).The 2-year survival rate of let7-positive group was higher than that of the let 7-negative group ( x2 =4.84,P <0.05).No statistically significant difference was found between Ras-positive and-negative groups ( P >0.05 ).Conclusions The lower level of let7 expression,and high level of Ras expression have much to do with the carcinogenesis of NSCLC.The level of let7-positive expression is closely related to prognosis; while Ras may act in cooperativity in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
8.Study on the Mechanism and Path of Population Aging Effecting Medical Insurance Fund

Objective:To explore the mechanism and influences of population aging on medical insurance expenditure in China and put forward the improvement strategy of medical insurance.Methods:It constructed the structural equation model based on some related indicators in 31 provinces and cities of China from 2005 to 2015.Results:The indirect effect of population aging on medical insurance fund was higher than the direct effect.Medical expenses had the most influence degree of medical insurance fund.There were action and reaction between per capita GDP and medical insurance fund,while the reaction was much stronger.Conclusion:The government should construct a multi-level mode of disease prevention and control,further increase the government fiscal subsidies for medical insurance,improve the care coverage,and improve the financing mechanisms to develop the sustainable operation of medical insurance fund in China.
9.Clinical distribution and heterogeneity of antimicrobial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Objective To understand clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.aeruginosa)isolated from hospitalized patients, so as to provide reference for the empiric use of antimicrobial agents and control of healthcare-associated infection(HAI).Methods Clinical distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility testing results of P.aeruginosaisolated from patients in a hospital between 2012 and 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, statistical analysis were conducted based on different wards, specimen types and age groups.Results A total of 2 432 strains of P.aeruginosa were isolated from2012 to 2016, most of which were isolated from intensive care unit(ICU)(n=727, 29.89%), the main specimen was sputum(n=2 064, 84.87%). Resistance rates of P.aeruginosa to other antimicrobial agents except piperacillin/tazobactam in each year from 2012 to 2016 were significantly different(all P<0.05).Resistance to piperacillin, ceftazidime, cefepime, imipenem, meropenem, levofloxacin, and ciprofloxacin decreased after peaked in2014;resistance rates to amikacin, gentamicin, and tobramycin were all low, showing decreased trend year by year(all P<0.05).Except resistance rates to cefepime and tobramycin, resistance rates of P.aeruginosafrom sputum specimen were all higher than other specimens(all P<0.05).Resistance rates of P.aeruginosaisolated from patients aged≥65 years to most antimicrobial agents were significantly higher than those isolated from patients aged<65 years(all P<0.05).Except resistance rates to gentamicin and tobramycin, resistance rates of P.aeruginosaisolated from ICU were higher than those isolated from other departments, which were 7.71%-66.02%.Resistance rate of P.aeruginosaisolated from department of surgery were relatively low, which were 1.69%-11.86%.Conclusion Clinical distribution of antimicrobial resistance of P.aeruginosais obviously heterogeneity, empiric antimicrobial use and formulation of HAI monitoring measures should be based on the data of antimicrobial resistance in different wards, different infection sites, and different age.
