Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is sensitive to identification of cervical lesions and lymph node metastasis.DWI can be used to predict and evaluate the therapeutic effect of cervical cancer.Using magnetic resonance imaging and DWI scans in the process of diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer,which may contribute to the personalized treatment program and improve prognosis for patients.

Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) of cervical cancer can detect tumor related specific metabolic compounds such as choline,choline compounds,triglyceride,etc.MRS can be used in identification of benign or malignant lesions of cervix,diagnosis of cervical cancer and monitoring the efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,etc.It will make for the clinical diagnodis and treatment of cervical cancer.
5.Internal fixation of biocondylar tibia plateau fractures with antiglide plate: a review of 26 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of a combination of lateral buttress plate and medical antiglide plate internal fixation for biocondylar tibia plateau fractures. Methods A total of 26 biocondylar tibia plateau fractures belonged to type Ⅴ and type Ⅵ according to Schatzker classification and treated with open reduction. Lateral buttress plate and medical antiglide plate were applied for limited internal fixation. The follow up continued till fracture healing to observe if there existed bone dislocation and determine the range of knee motion and Iowa knee score. Results No obvious shift of fragment was found in 26 cases with mean range of knee motion for 92? and mean Iowa knee score for 93 points. Conclusion Combination of lateral buttress plate and medical antiglide plate is a good method for internal fixation of biocondylar tibia plateau fractures,but the conclusion needs large number of clinical verifications.
6.Expressions of Transferrin Receptor mRNA,Ferritin Receptor mRNA and Iron Regulatory Protein 1 mRNA in the Placentas Complicated with Fetal Iron Deficiency

Objective To investigate the expressions of transferrin receptor (TfR) mRNA, ferritin(Fn) mRNA and iron regulatory proteinl (IRP-1) mRNA in the placentas complicated with fetal iron deficiency(ID). Methods Depending on the cord SF,the subjects were divided to fetal ID group and fetal iron sufficient( IS) group. TfR mRNA, Fn mRNA and IRP - 1 mRNA in placentas were measured by RT - PCR. Results 1. The expression of TfR mRNA in ID group was 1.10 ? 0. 26, it was significantly higher than that in IS group (t=0.028 P0.05) ;4. TfR mRNA and Fn mRNA correlated with fetal IS respectively. Conclusion Fetal ID induces highly expressed TfR mRNA and lower level of Fn mRNA to furthest satisfy the iron need for fetus.

Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of indapamide combined with enalapril on spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs).Methods Forty SHRs were randomly divided into 4 groups: control,indapamide,enalapril,and indapamide+enalapril(n=10 in each group).Medicine in varied doses was given to rats by intragastric administration.Variations of weight,heart rate and blood pressure were measured. 9. Establishment of national reference standard of fluconazole impurity h

OBJECTIVE: To introduce the procedure of developing reference standards of fluconazole impurities using fluconazole impurity H as an example and reveal a special problem for establishment of national reference standards. METHODS: Firstly, the structure of fluconazole impurity H was validated by infrared, mass spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance method. Secondly, its purity was determined using the related substances test of fluconazole in European Pharmacopoeia 8.0 (EP8.0) and Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 version, Volume 2, ChP2010). Then the major impurities determined by the above two HPLC systems were analyzed by LC-MS method. Finally, the content of fluconazole impurity H, its water content and inorganic impurities were determined by quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (qNMR) method, Karl Fischer titrimetry method and residue on ignition method respectively. RESULTS: The structure of fluconazole impurity H was identical with that in EP 8.0. The contents of water and inorganic impurities were 0.05% and 0.04%, respectively. It was found that fluconazole impurity H would be partially degraded into fluconazole impurity G in water solution, which resulted in the inaccuracy of the related substances test. The content of impurity H was 99.5% by qNMR method. CONCLUSION: Due to the structural characteristics of fluconazole impurity H, the mass balance method, which is the routine method for determination of the content of reference standards, is not suitable for fluconazole impurity H. In the circumstances, qNMR method can be used as a complementary method for the content determination of reference standards.
10.Laser scanning confocal microscopy findings of phlyctenular ophthalmia

Background Phlyctenular ophthalmia is a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to some microprotein and affected mainly by adolescent in high incidence.Objective This study was to investigate the microscopy findings of phlyctenular ophthalmia and evaluate the histological changes by laser scanning confocal microscope.Methods Twenty-nine eyes suffered from phlyctenular ophthalmia and twenty normal eyes were examined using laser scanning confocal microscope.The pictures were taken by a CCD camera.All the cases had initially chest X-ray,tuberculin test,bacterial and mycobacteria culture.Results Dendritic and inflammatory cells were increased and concentrated in conjunctiva,and epithelial cells were deformed and squamatizated.The capillaries engorged and the goblet cells were injured.The corneoscleral Vogt meshing of the phlyctenular keratitis was obscured and dendritic cells were intruded into the corneas.The corneal epithelium of phlyctenular keratitis was absent and the subepithelial nerve plexus were bended and fractured,and the dendritic and inflammatory cells were intruded.Scarring of corneal stroma was seen under the laser scanning confocal microscope.Conclusions Laser scanning confocal microscopy is valuable for basic research and clinical diagnosis of phlyctenular ophthalmia.
