Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2014;23(5):586-589
Vulnerable plaque (VP) has been widely considered as the main cause of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and cardiac death .In recent years ,invasive or non-invasive intravascular ultrasound imaging has become one of main measures for detecting VP .The present article made following overview on advantages and disadvantages of intravascular ultrasound imaging assessing VP .
3.Research on detection of output characteristics of nerve and muscle stimulators
China Medical Equipment 2016;(2):19-21,22
Objective:Following the detection of the safety of nerve and muscle stimulators YY 0607-2007 standard, approach the characteristics of nerve and muscle stimulators. Methods: By understanding the standards of particular requirements for the safety of nerve and muscle stimulators and test method for measuring output characteristics of the nerve and muscle stimulators, different types of the products were received multiple detections, analysis, compare and make summary of the features of measuring output characteristics of products. Results:Through proposing the highlights before the detection, sorting complex detection conditions, identifying detection contents and reasonable detection order, combined with the characteristics of nerve and muscle stimulators to make the standard rules more reasonable. Conclusion: It made the detection of output characteristics more convenient and avoided the occurrence of false and missing detection.
4.Application of Growth Hormone in Infection
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(05):-
Objective To discuss the mechanism of growth hormone (GH) in infection and its safety. Methods Advances in the application of GH in infection of recent years were reviewed. Results In infectious patients, GH may promote protein synthesis, strengthen the immunity of body, and protect the integrity of intestinal barrier function. But some patients present GH resistance. The safety of GH for infectious patients needs further evaluation. Conclusion GH may play a supplementary role in infection therapy, but further research is needed.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2001;23(5):603-604
Objective To analyze the advantages of intracrani al hematoma smash puncture (IHSP) in the treatment of cranial hemorrhage for the elderly. Methods A total of 104 cases of cerebral hemorrhage a dmitted in the recent 3 years were collected and divided into 4 grou ps, i.e . group A, elderly with IHSP treatment (n=36), group B, elderly with regular medical treatment (n=33), group C, non-elderly with IHSP treatment (n= 21) and group D, non-elderly with routine therapy (n=14). The clinical and follow-up outcomes were studied and analyzed. Results There w as significant difference in rehemorrhage rate after puncture between grou p A (0/36) and group C (2/21). Significant difference was found in early mortali ty rate in group A (16.67%) and group B (39.40%). The rate of activity of daily living (ADL) 1-2 was significantly higher in group A (58.62%) than group B (5.88 %)(P<0.005) and that of ADL 4-5 was obvious lower in group A (13.79%) than g roup B (47.06%)(P<0.025). Conclusion Intracranial hematoma smash hemorrage is safe and efficient in the treatment of elderly cerebr al hemorrhage, especially in reducing the disability rate.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2010;(1):42-45,67
Objective In this study, the effects of moderate treadmill exercise and estrogen replacement treatment on the production of liver nitric oxide(NO)and the expression of endothelial nitrie oxide synthase(eNOS)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)in ovariectomized(OVX)rats were observed. Methods Female mature SD rats were randomly divided into six groups according to their body weight:sham group(group S),sham exercise group (group S+EX),group OVX,OVX+exercise group (group OVX+EX),OVX+estrogen group(group OVX+E_2),and OVX+exercise+E_2 group(group OVX+EX+E_2).The rats ran on the treadmill at a speed of 18m/min for 60min,5 times per week.50μg/kg of E_2 was given subcutaneously three times per week to groups OVX+E_2 and OVX+EX+E_2.After 14 weeks,NO production in the liver was determined by nitrate reductase method.Protein expression of eNOS and iNOS was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The NO content of group S was significantly lower than that of group S+EX,but significantly higher than that of group OVX.The NO content of groups OVX+EX,E_2,and OVX+EX+E_2 were significantly higher than that of group OVX.The positive reaction of eNOS mainly located in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes and endothelial cells of the hepatic sinusoids in all groups. The changing tendency after exercise or/and estrogen replacement was almost similar with that of the content of NO.The positive reaction of iNOS mainly located in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes in groups S,S+EX,E_2,and OVX+EX+E_2,while it located in the nuclei in both groups OVX and OVX+EX.Conclusion Moderate exercise and estrogen supplementation both had the same effect of upregnlated synthesis of NO in liver of ovariectomized rats.
8.Standardized patients applied to the training on neuro-ophthalmology students
International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1523-1525
AIM:To enhance the doctors` ability of disease diagnosis and treatment by using standardized patients in neuro-ophthalmology teaching.METHODS: Graduated students and visiting students accepting neuro-ophthalmology training courses in Department of Ophthalmology during 2014-2016 were enrolled as the research objects. Two groups were randomized allocated and 20 students each group. One group of students was applied standardized patients teaching method and the other group of students was applied traditional teaching method.A questionnaire and exam after the teaching were evaluated. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.RESULTS: The data of questionnaire included content interest improving, satisfaction for teaching, the key points understanding, theory with practice effective linking, future practice instruction.Comparison questionnaire data between two groups were of statistical significance (P<0.05).The test scores of case analysis of two groups were statistically significant also(P<0.001).CONCLUSION: Standardized patients teaching method is helpful for students` training on the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(05):-
Objective To explore the surgical reconstructive procedures of adult-to-adult living donor liver transplantation (LDLT).Methods Two patients with end-stage liver disease were successfully subjected to adult-to-adult LDLT using dual grafts in our division. One patient’s donors were left lobe and left lobe from his two old sisters, respectively. The other graft was right lobe from his 56 years-old mother and left lobe separated from a cadaveric organ donor. Results Both recipients and three donors display good graft function and normal triangular shape regeneration of their liver grafts after liver transplantation. There was neither mortality nor serious complications in the donors. Conclusion The critical issue of LDLT is donor morbidity. Dual grafts from two living donors can help to alleviate the problem of small-for-size grafts and yet secure the safety of the donor. But the complicated surgical techniques give a great challenge for liver transplant surgeons.

To investigate the characteristics of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in the casualties of a great earthquake in Wenchuan China on May 12,2008.Records of the hospitalized patients in ICU injured in the earthquakes were examined retrospectively.Among the total of 153 critical patients injured in the earthquake,52(34.0%)had ARDS.Among these 52 patients with ARDS,24(46.2%)had multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).9(17.3%)patients with ARDS dead.Approximate 34.0% of the casualties of a great earthquake in ICU had ARDS,MODS is a common associated conditions in these patients, infection phy a great role in these patients.
