1.Expression of osteopontin in colon cancer tissue and detection of osteopontin in serum
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To explore the effect of osteopontin(OPN) as marker in colon cancer tissue and analyze the relationship between osteopontin and recurrence. Methods ELISA method was used to determine the serum levels of osteopontin in 58 patients with colon cancer(observation group) and 22 cases of normal subjects(control group);semi-quantity RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of osteopontin in tissues. The expression level of OPN mRNA in colon cancer tissue and serum OPN level in 23 recurrence cases and 35 non-recurrence cases one year after operation were observed. Results The OPN mRNA expression in colon cancer tissue and the serum osteopontin level in patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P
2. Blood-brain barrier transport of drug-loaded nanoparticle: Research advances
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2010;37(1):40-42
The blood-brain barrier(BBB) is the basic structure to maintain homoestasis of the central nervous system, which has protective effect on brain tissue, but prevents many drugs into the brain, resulting in the limited clinical application of these drugs. How to effectively deliver the drugs through BBB has become a key step. As a novel drug-loaded carrier, nanoparticle can carry drugs through the BBB and increase the drug concentration in the brain, so as to achieve brain targeted drug delivery. This article briefly reviews recent research advances in drug-loaded nanoparticle and the mechanism of penetrating through BBB into brain tissue.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(21):1659-1662
Objective To investigate the correlation of social capital and professional burnout in nursing staff. Methods Totally 1329nursing staff were recruited from 6 hospitals in China. They were investigated with the social capital scale and nursing personnel professional burnout scale. Results The mean score of social capital was 13.37±1.30;the mean score of 3 Scales of professional burnout was 24.39± 9.98, 6.24 ± 4.78, 23.37 ± 10.12. The 4 Scales scores of social capital were negative correlated with emotional exhaustion scale, the lack of human individual scale(r=-0.564 to-0.211,P<0.05). Besides with trust and security dimension, low sense of achievement were positively correlated with the total score of social capital (r=0.281-0.281, P<0.05). Conclusion Social capital of nursing staff have important effects on nurse's professional burnout. Nursing managers should take effective measures to reduce nurse's professional burnout.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin D level in plasma and concomitant symptoms in children over 4 years of age. Methods Radioimmunoassay was employed to detect the vitamin D level in plasma of 98 children over 4 years of age suffering from monoarticular joint-pain, debility, dizziness and hyperhidrosis. Results Among the 98 cases, 15 cases (rickets) were found to have a vitamin D level of 0-10ng/ml, 26 cases (subclinic rickets) with a level of 10.1-15ng/ml, 55 cases with a level of 15.1-60ng/ml, and the remaining 2 were found to have a level of 61-86ng/ml. A significant positive correlation existed between the low vitamin D level in plasma and the symptoms of joint-pain, debility, dizziness, and hyperhidrosis. Conclusion It is of a diagnostic significance to determine the 25-hydroxyvitanmin D_3 level in plasma to confirm the diagnosis of delayed vitamin D deficiency rickets in children.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(3):237-238
ObjectiveTo observed the clinical result of 3 kinds of commonly used depressor in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and attend to the main point in nursing.MethodsNitroglycerin, sodium nitroprosside and urapidil hiydrochloride were used among 60 patients with perioperative hypertension in ICU respectively.ResultsSodium nitroprosside showed obviously depressed result, but needs to be observed tightly. Nitroglycerin and urapidil hiydrochloride depressed the blood pressure gentlely, and were suitable to old people particularly.ConclusionThe nurse can carry on corresponding clinical observation and nursing according to the pharmacology function of 3 kinds of medicines.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To investigate urban residents’ willingness-to-pay (WTP) for ambient air pollution control to avoid the adverse health effects in Qingdao, China. Methods A contingent valuation method (CVM) was employed and a sample of 1 050 residents was randomly chosen, 21st to 27th January, 2007. A series of hypothetical, open-ended scenario questions were designed to elicit the respondents’ WTP with face-to-face interviews. A Probit model on the probability of a positive WTP and a stepwise regression model were established to find the relationship between endogenous variables and WTP. Results 1 008 valid questionnaires were obtained. 73.9% respondents believe that air pollution had adverse effects on health. 54.6% respondents cost 100 to 500 Chinese Yuan (CNY) on treatment of respiratory diseases for their whole family. 94.2% respondents were able to express positive WTP and the median WTP was 600 Chinese Yuan (CNY) per household per year. Conclusion Urban residents’ aggregate WTP accounted for 1.25% of annual household income and 11.9% of government investments for air pollution control in 2005. Residents’ age, job and household income variables had significant influence on the probability of a positive WTP. Residents’ household income, education level, expenditure on treatment of respiratory diseases and age significantly influence WTP value.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(05):-
[Objective] To analyze the mechanics of neotype retropharyngeal cervical hook-plate(RCHP)for atlantoaxial instability with biomechanical testing.[Methods]Six fresh adult craniocervical specimens(C0~3)used for testing the biomechanical instability were all putted into following five test courses:intact, instability(Type ⅡOdontoid fracture),RCHP,Anterior C1、2 transarticular screw fixation, brooks.Repeated statistical analysis of the data was performed using the SPSS 13.0 software package.Measures were performed with SNK testing method to determine whether significant differences existed,P=0.05.[Results]Biomechanical testing showed that, compared with the controlled group and the injured group, each fixation course significantly decreased ROM in all test modes. In the ROM of flexion, there was no significant difference between RCHP and Brooks(P=0.525),but both of them was higher than anterior C1、2 transarticular screw fixation(P

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 1983;0(04):-
A special collision unit was used in the experiment by which the distal ends of the fore legs of young rabbits were struck repeatedly on the right aspect. In another group of young rabbits, deep branches of the artery of the right fore legs were ligated and severed. X-Ray examination was made before the two groups of rabbits were killed.Roentgenogram demonstrated: Growth plate of the right fore leg showed wave-like growth, thickened or thinned in the collision group; no difference showed between 2 fore legs in vessel group.Histological demonstrations1. Collision group: 1) Chondrocytcs of articular surface decreased, degenerated and disappeared. 2) Trabecula of the cpiphysis and metaphysis atrophied; osteoblasts and ostcocytcs decreased and degenerated. 3) Growth plate thickened, some arranged wave-like; chondrocytes increased and degenerated. 4) Fibrous tissues and cartilage increased in the mctaphysis. 5) Perichondral ring thickened.2. Vessel group: Similar to the collision group except fibrous and cartilage proliferation in the epiphysis and no arrangement disorder in the growth plate.
