ObjectiveTo explore the association of smoking to the Aspirin and Clopidogrel antiplatelet in patients with stable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods241 smoking patients and 252 non-smoking patients underwent PCI for stable coronary artery disease, all patients had taken aspirin 100 mg/d for 7 d or more. The arachidonic acid (AA)- and adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation were tested as they got in hospital. Then, they accepted Clopidogrel 300 mg as loading dose, continued with 75 mg/d for 3 d. The ADP-induced platelet aggregation were re-tested. ResultsThe incidence of aspirin resistance (AR) and aspirin semiresponder (ASR) was 19.1% in all the cases, and was 25.5% in smoking group, 14.3% in non-smoking group (P=0.027). Age (OR=3.79,95%CI: 1.77~8.12) and smoking (OR=1.98,95%CI: 1.18~4.43) were the independent risk factors of AR and ASR. The incidence of Clopidogrel resistance was 19.5% in all the cases, and was 13.2% in smoking group, 24.3% in non-smoking group (P=0.03). Smoking (OR=0.22,95%CI: 0.09~0.54) may reduce the risk of Clopidogrel resistance. ConclusionSmoking increased the risk of AR and ASR, but reduced the risk of Clopidogrel resistance.
3.Effect of Oxymatrine on cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling in rabbits after acute myocardial infarction.
Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2015;31(2):123-126
OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Oxymatrine on left cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in rabbits after acute myocardial infarction.
METHODSLigation of the left anterior descending artery was adopted to establish acute myocardial infarction model, forty eight rabbits were randomized into the sham operation group, model group and Oxymatrine group. Eight models were successfully established in each group. the sham operation group and model group were given conventional feed. Oxymatrine were gavage administration 0.5 ml/100 g, once a day, lasted for 4 weeks. Respectively in postoperative week, and three weeks, to observe the Oxymatrine on cardiac output (CO), left ventricular end systolic pressure (LVESP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left indoor pressure change rate peak (dp/dtmax)), and left ventricular cavity internal diameter (D), ventricular weight index (VWI), ventricular weight (VW).
RESULTSLeft ventricular anterior wall was from red to deep purple, electrocardiogram showed II guide ST-segment camber up ≥ 0.25 mv. Postoperative week in Oxymatrine group compared with model group, LVESP increased significantly (P < 0.01), LVEDP decreased obviously (P < 0.01); After three weeks in Oxymatrine group compared with model group, VW, VWI decreased (P < 0.05), D significantly reduced (P < 0.01); LVESP increased significantly (P < 0.01), LVEDP decreased obviously (P <0.01); dp/dt(max), CO increased (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONAfter acute myocardial infarction in rabbit Oxymatrine can improve the left ventricular reconstruction parameters, increase cardiac output, and improve cardiac function.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Asthma was considered to be a kind of chronic airway inflammatory diseases mediated by eosinophils(EOS),mast cells,T lymphocytes for a long time, and the typical pathologic features of asthma was airway EOS inflammation. The current study had found out that elevated neutrophils in airway were seen in severe asthma, and this kind of asthma had a poor response to corticosteroids.Impaired neutrophil chemotaxis and apoptosis of airway neutrophilia may be associated with persistent neutrophilic inflammation in the airways of severe asthma.A deep research into the mechanisms of neutrophilic phenotypes asthma would contribute to the new strategy of therapy. This article discusses a range of topics related to the role of neutrophilic inflammation in severe asthma in children, which were organizedas follows.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Obesity has been a world-wide growing health problem in children and adolescents, insulin resistance plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of obesity-associated complications, the mechanism is still unknown. There is growing evidence that obesity is associated with low-grade inflammation in youth. The onset of low-grade inflammation in obesity may be associated with the inflammatory cytokine secreted by adipose tissue, local Monocyte/Macrophage system and role of oxidative stress. The study of inflammatory cytokines in pathogenesis of obesity and insulin resistance will help to develop new treatment strategies to prevent obesity and obesity-associated complications.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(08):-
[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of nerve transfer for reconstructing the sensory function of the sole.[Method](1)Select saphenous nerve as donor nerve for the patients with the sensory loss beneath ankle level:dissect and cut off the saphenous nerve at the medialposterior aspect at upper-middle 1/3 of the leg and divide the gastrocnemius to expose the tibial nerve at the medialposterior aspect of the tibia, cut off partly nerve fibre of the tibial nerve and then end-to-end anastomose to the proximal end of the saphenous nerve. (2) Select sural nerve as donor nerve for the patients with sensory loss of sole only:dissect and cut off the sural nerve at the posterior aspect of the lateral malleolus, expose the tibial nerve at the posterior aspect of the medial malleolus and then cut off partly nerve fibre of the tibial nerve. The sural nerve was comdicted from the subcutaneous tunel at the anterior aspect of the Achilles's tendon to the posterior aspect of the medial malleolus and end-to-end anastomose to the partial nerve fibre of the tibial nerve. [Result]All the 9 cases were followed up from 1.5 to 2 years(mean 2 l months). The SCV(sensory conduction velocity) of the tibial nerve was ranged from 36.1 to 41.2 m/s, mean 38.3 m/s and the amplitude of wave (peak-to-peak amplitude) was a range from 7 to 15.3?V, mean 11.2 ?V by orthodromic electrophysiologic techniques. All 9 cases regained the sense of pain and touch of the sole.Three cases restored their sense of two point discrimination. All the patients expressed their satisfaction with their ability of walk and no muscles atrophy of the foot. The sensory loss in donor region was oberserved only lateral part of the foot beneath the lateral malleolus (sural nerve as donor nerve) and a small part of the anterior aspect of the ankle(saphenous nerve as donor nerve).[Conclusion]Nerve transfer can reconstruct the sensory function of the sole effectively.
