Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(6):13-14
Objective To discuss the nursing measures of patients with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. Methods 24 patients with laparoscopic radical hysterecto my and pelvic lymph node dissection were selected and their perioperative nursing measures were summa rized. Results 24 patients were all cured and discharged, 6 patients accepted chemotherapy and 3 patients accepted radiotherapy. All patients were followed up, and they recovered well. Conclusions Perfect perioperative can guarantee early recovery of patients.
4.Holism of human being and universe on TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
The interlink, consistency and unity of all things is an important thought in traditional Chinese philosophy. Therefore, holism of human being and universe is the long-dominant thought in China.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)forms its theory based on this holism concept. From the perspect of history and philosophy, the difference between TCM and western medicine was discussed after retracting the influence of the holism of human being and universe on TCM.Holism of human being and universe has a profound impact on TCM,which also contributes to differences between TCM and western medicine.
5.CD4~+ CD25~+Regulatory T Cells、IL-2 and Immune Tolerance
Yan-Yan QU ; Yong ZHAO ;
China Biotechnology 2006;0(11):-
More and more research proved that CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Treg cells) play an important role in immune tolerance in these years. Known as a T cell growth factor, Interleukin2 (IL-2) regulated the immune tolerance induced by Treg cells. IL-2 sustained the activity of Treg cells both in thymus and periphery while it was dispensable for the development of Treg cells in thymus. In addition, IL-2 signal affected the function of Treg cells and maintained their competitive fitness. Therefore, CD4+CD25+ Treg cells and IL-2 formed an immune network to regulate the processes of immune response, immune tolerance and autoimmune homeostasis.
7.Chitosan Promoting the Growth of in vitro Cultured Retinal Nerve Cells of SD Baby Rats
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2010;39(1):116-119
Objective To study the effect of chitosan on the growth of the in vitro cultured retinal nerve cells. Methods The retinal nerve cells of SD baby rats were cultured in vitro. The effects of chitosan at 0.065%,1.25%,2.5%,5%,10%,15% on the growth of the retinal nerve cells were measured by MTT method. The blank control group was created. Results 1.25%,2.5%,5%,and 10% chitosan could obviously promote the growth of retinal nerve cells, and 10% chitosan was the optimal concentration for the growth of nerve cells. Conclusion Chitosan can effectively promote the growth of retinal nerve cells, and it is necessary to undertake the further study of Chitosan.
8.Effect of peer-education on self-efficacy of hemodialysis patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(7):14-17
Objective To explore the effect of peer-education on self-efficacy of hemodialysis(HD) patients. Methods Totally 90 HD patients were divided into two groups equally. The intervention group received peer-education for 3 months and the control group received routine nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of score on self-efficacy. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score on self-efficacy and every item between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The score on self-efficacy and the items ofcontrol of depressive mood, the confidence in taking self-care measures, the confidence in doing other thingswere statistically significantly different between the two groups after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Peer-education can improve HD patient′s self-efficacy.
9.Research progress on abnormal fatty acid metabolism in cancer cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;(5):313-316
Cancer cells frequently share biological characteristics and energy metabolic processes distinct from normal cells. The specific metabolic phenotype was originally known as the Warburg effect. Researchers later discovered that cancer cells prefer to synthesize fatty acid de novo . Moreover, key enzymes involved in fatty acid synthesis and β-oxidation are overexpressed in tumor tissues, with low or without expression in normal tissues. Abnormal fatty acid metabolism is related to the survival and invasiveness of cancer cells, indicating that abnormal fatty acid metabolism provides the crucial components and energy sources of cancer cells. In recent years, the specific phenotype of abnormal fatty acid metabolism and the exploration of the role of this metabolic alteration in cancer biology and therapeutic strategies targeting the fatty acid metabolic pathways have become attractive focuses in cancer research. The role of active fatty acid metabolism in tumorigenesis and development, as well as the research progress in the development of the specific inhibitors, is reviewed in this paper.
10.Study on the Current Use Situation of National Essential Medicine and Its Related Factors of Priority Use Based on Our Hospital and Parts of the Country
China Pharmacy 2015;(30):4192-4194
OBJECTIVE:To understand the status of the use of national essential medicines, and provides reference for further implementing the national essential medicine system and promoting the priority use of national essential medicines. METHODS:Ac-cording to the statistics analysis of the use of national essential medicines(for example the antihypertensives and oral hypoglycemic agents)in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou areas, the related influential factors about priority use of national essential medicines were explored. RESULTS:The proportions of use amount of national essential medicines in our hospital in 2012-2013 to the total amount of medicines were 21.20% and 18.75%,respectively,with a downtrend;the proportion of antihypertension drugs to total amount was only 14.05%and 13.70%,respectively;compared with the same generic drugs with individual pricing, the GMP prod-ucts of Valsartan capsule,Bisoprilol tablet and Amlodipine tablet had no advantages in DDDs,or even lower. DDDs of individual pricing drugs of Acarbose tablet in medical institutions in Beijing area and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and Guangzhou area in 2011-2012 were much higher than the generic GMP products with the same generic drugs. CONCLUSIONS:The clinical use of na-tional essential medicines in our hospital and parts of the country still remains to be further improved, the influential factors includ-ed reimbursement mechanism, awareness rate of related knowledge, physicians’habit to drug use and pursuing economic benefits. The propaganda and training should be strengthened, awareness rate of medical staff and publics to national essential medicines, the availability of national essential medicines and national essential medicine system and medicare reimbursement payment policy should be improved, and the priority use of national essential medicines should be promoted by more measures combination use.
