1.Clinical application of helical tomotherapy in tumor therapy
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):828-831
Helical tomotherapy is the radiation treatment device that combined CT imaging with a linear accelerator, and capable of implementing 360-degree intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), MVCT image guidance, adaptive therapy, stereotactic radio-surgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation treatment (SBRT) etc. A very broad spectrum of tumor can be treated by helical tomotherapy.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(5):376-378
In recent years, the influencing factors of prognosis and effect after radiotherapy in breast cancer patients with radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy have gradually become a hot research, and it is closely related with the stages, subtypes, hormone levels and the body mass index (BMI).Otherwise, from three dimensional conformal radiation therapy to helical tomotherapy, the development of radiation technology has a breakthrough progress and makes the treatment of diseases more accurate and rational.
3.Analysis of pathogenic factors and clinical manifestation of cerebral palsy children with prematurity
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(1):33-33
ObjectiveIn order to confirm the relationship of pathogenic factors and clinical manifestation of cerebral palsy. Methods185 children were divided into the prematurity group(91 cases) and maturity group(94 cases). The μ-test was applied to analyze the incidence of clinical manifestation of 185 children with cerebral palsy for different pathogenic factors. ResultsThe sever symptoms occurred more frequently in prematurity group than in maturity group. ConclusionThe earlier the careful follow-up for children with prematurity was performed, the earlier the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy were achiened.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;08(6):401-402
Eighty-eight patients with obstructive sleep apnea hyperpnoea syndrome (OSHAS) were assigned to the mild (n =21 ), moderate (n =30), or severe group (n =37) according to apnea-hypopnea index( AHI ). Twenty-five healthy individuals were selected as normal controls. Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure the intimae-media thickness of the carotid coteries and the occurrence of sclerosis plagues. Our data found that increased severity of OSHAS led to the elevated intimae-media thickness of the carotid coteries and more sclerosis plagues, which suggests OSHAS may influence the development of the carotid artery arthrosclerosis.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(3):425-431
Dental stem cells(DSCs)possess the characteristics of stem cells and can be effectively obtained from iatro-waste products (such as impacted wisdom tooth and the extracted teeth for orthodontic reason). It has been proved that DSCs are the important sources of stem cells for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine research.Research of these stem cells will create broader space for tissue engi-neering and regenerative medicine and will have important values in translational research. This review gives an overview of the research pro-gress of dental stem cells, and presents some new findings of several common dental stem cells as well as the application in tissue regenera-tion.

It is getting very competitive in the application to Natural Science Foundation of China. To improve the chances of success in the application, we summarized and analyzed the peer review opinions for the 91 failed applications from 2004 to 2008. Problems were disclosed for these application projects in scientific significance, research content, research design, novelty, preparative research, research group, and application writing. Countermeasures were proposed for the department of research to improve the application quality.

Objective To investigate the teaching effects for students of seven-year program.Method Symposiums were hold among 3 batches for seven-years program and questionnaire collected. Results We need to further modify the curriculum and improve clinical teaching skills, and students also need to have more research ideas. Conclusion We should modify current teaching content, curriculum, and skills.Clinical skills and humanization management should be highlighted. This is the key to ensure that teaching effects and teaching quality can be improved effectively.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2011;30(4):444-446
Objective To observe the heart rate variability in patients with hypothyroidism, and to analyze the effect of 131Ⅰ therapy on autonomic nervous system of patients with the diseases. Methods A total of 56 cases of hyperthyroidism from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and the Second Hospital of Harbin City were enrolled as research subjects. 12-synchronous dynamic 24-hour monitoring and man-machine dialogue were used 6 months before and after 131Ⅰ treatment, and 49 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as controls.Heart rate variability indicators observed included 24 h consecutive sinus standard deviation of R-R interval (SDNN), standard deviation of sequential five-minute R-R interval (SDANN), percentage of differences between adjacent NN intervals that > 50 ms(PNN50), root mean square standard deviation from adjacent R-R interval (rMSSD), very low frequency power(VLF), low frequency power(LF), high frequency power(HF), and low frequency power/high frequency power(LF/HF). Results In hyperthyroidism group before 131Ⅰ therapy, SDNN[(85.25 ± 13.59)ms], SDANN [( 95.47 ± 33.15)ms], PNN50 [( 15.26 ± 4.84) %], rMSSD [( 14.47 ~ 3.49) ms], LF [(435.57 ± 75.74)ms2/Hz], and HF[(129.81 ± 63.21 )ms2/Hz] were significantly lower than those of the control group [(155.24 ±15.87), ( 134.02 ± 24.15)ms, (29.41 ± 6.21 )%, (26.64 ± 6.11 )ms, (515.69 ± 74.83)ms2/Hz, and (265.93 ± 58.84)ms2/Hz, all P < 0.05], VLF[(1765.21 ± 315.22)ms2] and LF/HF(3.95 ± 1.89) were significantly higher than that of the control group[(374.25 ± 54.47)ms2, 2.94 ± 1.55, all P < 0.05]. In hyperthyroidism group after treatment,SDNN [(126.91 ± 16.32)ms], SDANN[(125.2 ± 43.22)ms], PNN50[(26.34 ~ 7.56)%], rMSSD[(24.85 ± 7.85)ms],LF [(489.35 ± 91.49)ms2/Hz], and HF [(209.45 ± 75.32)ms] were also significantly higher than those before 131Ⅰ therapy, VLF[(571.80 ± 97.41)ms] and LF/HF(2.41 ± 0.93) were lower than that before 131Ⅰ therapy, but SDNN, PNN50 and HF were lower and VLF was higher than those of the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusions The heart rate variability in patients with hyperthyroidism is lower in the overall performance, sympathetic activity is dominate, 131Ⅰ therapy partly corrects abnormal autonomic nerve function.
