1.THE EFFECTS OF RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE ON THE LEVELS OF THE PLASMA-HDL CHOLESTEROL IN,CEREBRAL INFARCTION
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
A study to compare the efficacy of elevating the levels of plasma HDLc and its subc lass cholesterol and reducing the levels of plasma TC and TG in patients with cerebral infarction respectively treated with Radix salviae miltiorrhizae(RSM),and other commonly used drugs(cinnarizine and cyclandelate)was reported. The group of RSM(28 cases) and the group of control (16 cases)were treated for a month. The results showed that the levels of plamsma HDLc and HDL2c, the HDLc/TC, HDLc/TG. HDL2c/TC and HDL2c/TG were elevated significantly(p
2.Research development of APC gene promoter methylation in gynecological cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(6):428-430
Adenomatous polyposis coli gene is an important anti-oncogene of the Wnt signaling pathway. The promoter hypermethylation of APC gene can effect the expression of APC mRNA and APC proteinum, which can make Wnt signaling pathway anomalous. Recently. the promoter hypermethylation of APC Gene in gynecological tumors is found in many studies, and it is related to the aggravation level of tumor. This paper reviews the influencing factors and progress of promoter methylation of APC gene in Gynecological cancer.
4.CD4~+ CD25~+Regulatory T Cells、IL-2 and Immune Tolerance
Yan-Yan QU ; Yong ZHAO ;
China Biotechnology 2006;0(11):-
More and more research proved that CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Treg cells) play an important role in immune tolerance in these years. Known as a T cell growth factor, Interleukin2 (IL-2) regulated the immune tolerance induced by Treg cells. IL-2 sustained the activity of Treg cells both in thymus and periphery while it was dispensable for the development of Treg cells in thymus. In addition, IL-2 signal affected the function of Treg cells and maintained their competitive fitness. Therefore, CD4+CD25+ Treg cells and IL-2 formed an immune network to regulate the processes of immune response, immune tolerance and autoimmune homeostasis.
5.Research and practice on corporate governance of public hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(8):565-568
The paper reviewed basic concepts of corporate governance.Based on these concepts, the authors proposed the general strategy and practices for introducing corporate governance structure at the hospital, and stated key characteristics of such a structural reform, thus making worthwhile attempts to this direction.
6.Effect of Electroacupuncture at Neiguan (PC6) and Shenmen (HT7) on Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Post-cerebral-infarction Sequelae
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(12):1181-1182
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Neiguan (PC6) and Shenmen (HT7) on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with post-cerebral-infarction sequelae.MethodEighty patients were randomized into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by anti-platelet aggregation and other ordinary symptomatic treatment based on Western medicine, while the treatment group was by electroacupuncture at Neiguan and Shenmen in addition to the treatments given to the control group.ResultThere were no significant differences in comparing the HRV indexes between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05); while the HRV indexes in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group after intervention (P<0.05). HRV indexes were improved after intervention in the treatment group (P<0.05); of the indexes, only SDNN was improved after intervention in the control group (P<0.05), and the rest indexes were insignificantly changed (P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Neiguan and Shenmen can significantly reduce HRV in patients with post-cerebral infarction sequelae.
7.Cultivating Medical Students′Narrating Ability
Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(5):789-791
Narrative medicine adds new elements for the development of medical humanistic education .It pro-vides a new perspective to re -examine the doctor -patient relationship .From medical humanities and narrative and narrative ability is medical students overall development reality needs two aspects analyzes the narrative ability training medical students is a new requirement , medical humanities education narrative medical practice signifi-cance is not only reflected in promoting the medical work of humanity , but also in the training process for medical students through the narrating ability .
8.Contrast to wavefront optimized and wavefront guided excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(3):280-283
Conventional excimer laser keratectomy have been proved to achieve better visual function, but the traditional therapy of corneal spherical cutting line generally flat profile will make the cornea more oblate shape and the contours of the cornea and lcad to spherical aberration. The alteration of non.spherical nature cause the increase of corneal spherical aberration, which further affects the night vision and contrast sensitivity and other visual quality.Wavefront optimization based on total number of adjustments are to retain the previous visual aberrations of eyes and optimize the non-spherical nature of cornea to create a ideal model based on individual adjustments.Ocular wavefront-guided measurement and ablation in exeimer laser keratectomy can achieve better visual outcome. In this paper, wavefront guided and wavefront optimized treatment outcome for the spherical aberration correction are reviewed.
9.Histological observation of the effects of cyclosporine A on laryngeal allograft in the rat
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1999;20(1):48-49
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of cyclosporine A (CsA) on the laryngeal allograft rejection and corresponding histological changes, and the relation to the CsA dose. Methods The Wistar rats as recipients were divided into control group(without CsA)and two experimental groups:group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ receiving CsA 15 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg daily for 2 weeks respectively.Topographic anatomically and histologically, the survival of the laryngeal allografts was evaluated. Results Obvious histologic evidence of acute rejection of the laryngeal allografts was found in the control group. In the two experimental groups, the histological changes was obviously lessened 7 days after operation as compared with those in the control group, and the tissue structure of the laryngeal allografts was kept intact 14 days after transplantation. In the group Ⅱ,2 allografts histologically showed an increase in inflammatory cells in the lamina propria, predominantly polymorphonuclear leukocytes, with associated edema.surface epithelium and minor salivary gland acini were damaged, with focal ulceration and acinar micro-abscesses.The other case only exhibited slight rejection. Conclusion CsA can effectively prevent rejection of laryngeal allografts and block the development of injury of allografts from SD rat donors to Wistar recipients. The dosage and the pattern of administration of CsA may be closely related to its efficacy. The increased infection rate of the allografts may possibly be contributed to the higher CsA doses employed.
10.Relationship between Survivin and biological behavior of cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(1):6-8
Survivin is closely related to biological behavior of multiple cancers. Significant research progresses have been made in determining Survivin's expression and functional mechanisms in tumor cells. Survivin has been used in identifying tumor markers, predicting prognosis, investigating malignant behaviors and other aspects of cancer research.
