China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the factors restricting the informationization construction of the medical logistics and to facilitate the informationization construction in China.METHODS:The restricting factors for the logistics'informationization construction and the causes were discussed starting from the trade characteristics of medical logistics by literature reviewing and observation.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The imperfect trade system, the lack of interdisciplinary talents, and the lagged IT technology were the factors restricting the informationization construction of the medical logistics. However, the impacts of these restricting factors can be reduced by developing the third party special pharmaceutical logistics which is helpful for medical logistics'informationization construction.
2.Clinical Value of N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide and Cardial Troponin I for Evaluating the Patients With Acute Pulmonary Embolism Combining Right Ventricular Dysfunction
Chinese Circulation Journal 2015;30(5):446-448
Objective: To explore the clinical value of N-terminal Pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-ProBNP) and cardial troponin I (cTnI) for evaluating the patients with acute pulmonary embolism (APE) combining right ventricular dysfunction (RVD). Methods: A total 92 APE patients treated in our hospital were studied. The blood levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI were measured on next morning of administration and echocardiography was performed within 24 hours of APE diagnosis. According to echocardiographic results, the patients were divided into 2 groups: APE with RVD group,n=47 and APE without RVD group,n=45. Blood levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI were compared between 2 groups. Results: Compared with APE without RVD group, APE with RVD group presented increased levels of NT-ProBNP, cTnI and right ventricular end-diastolic diameter (RVEDD), allP<0.01. ROC curve analysis found that both AUC of NT-ProBNP and cTnI > 90%, the optimum operating point for NT-ProBNP and cTnI were 554 pg/ml and 0.09 ng/ml respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that NT-ProBNP (r=1.227,P=0.005), cTnI (r=0.862,P=0.016), right ventricular dysfunction (r=0.936,P=0.008) and heart rate (r=0.809,P=0.023) were related to poor prognosis for in-hospital patients. Conclusion: Blood levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI may help diagnosing the patients with acute pulmonary embolism with right ventricular dysfunction, it may also predict the short term prognosis in clinical practice.
3.Analysis on composition and medication regularities of prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system inheritance support platform.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1203-1206
To analyze the composition and medication regularities of prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain in Chinese journal full-text database (CNKI) based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, in order to provide a reference for further research and development for new traditional Chinese medicines treating hypochondriac pain. The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform software V2. 0 was used to build a prescription database of Chinese medicines treating hypochondriac pain. The software integration data mining method was used to distribute prescriptions according to "four odors", "five flavors" and "meridians" in the database and achieve frequency statistics, syndrome distribution, prescription regularity and new prescription analysis. An analysis were made for 192 prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain to determine the frequencies of medicines in prescriptions, commonly used medicine pairs and combinations and summarize 15 new prescriptions. This study indicated that the prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain in Chinese journal full-text database are mostly those for soothing liver-qi stagnation, promoting qi and activating blood, clearing heat and promoting dampness, and invigorating spleen and removing phlem, with a cold property and bitter taste, and reflect the principles of "distinguish deficiency and excess and relieving pain by smoothening meridians" in treating hypochondriac pain.

The paper is to systematically evaluate the effect and safety of Shenqi Fuzheng injection (SFI) combined with first-line chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on Shenqi Fuzheng injection (SFI) combined with first-line chemotherapy (experiment group) and chemotherapy alone group ( control group) were electronically retrieved from Medline, EMbase, Clinical Trials, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Data base. All trials were assessed for quality according to the Cochrane Reviewer's Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Intervention and then Meta-analysis was performed withRevMan5. 2 Software. A total of 43 RCTs (3433 patients) were included after screening and selecting. Results of Meta-analysis showed that: Objective remission rate (ORR): ORR of experimental group was about 20% higher than that of control group [RR = 1.23, 95% CI (1.11,1.35), P < 0.0001]. Disease control rate (DCR):DCR of SFI combined with first-line chemotherapy was 11% higher than that of first-line chemotherapy alone [RR = 1.11, 95% CI (1.07, 1.16), P < 0.000 01]. Life quality evaluated by Kosovan performance status (KPS) showed that: life quality improvement rate of experimental group was about twice of that in control group [RR = 2.02, 95% CI (1.81, 2.26), P < 0.000 01]. Toxic and side reaction analysis showed that: the incidence of side reactions in experimental group was about 50% lower than that in control group [RR = 0.59, 95% CI (0.53, 0.66), P < 0.000 01]. Immune function test showed that: the function of experimental group was 3.2 (standard deviations) times greater than that of control group [MD = 3.23, 95% CI (2.86, 3.60), P < 0.000 01]. We can see that SFI combined with first-line chemotherapy for NSCLC can increase objective efficacy, improve life quality, decrease toxic and side reactionsinduced by chemotherapy, and improve the immune functions. As most of the included studies in this systematic evaluation had poor quality, the evidence to support conclusion was weak, so it was necessary to conduct more multi-center clinical trials with high quality methods and rigorous design.

International Eye Science 2008;8(1):16-19
Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common and serious microvascular complications of diabetes, and it is a very complex pathological process, displaying multi-factor, multi-stage characteristic in the outcome. Recent studies have shown that the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy is closely related to oxidative stress, and antioxidant therapy can effectively improve the condition. Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)is a widely existing antioxidant defense enzyme, which can reduce the injury caused by oxidative stress and plays an important physiological role. Studies have indicated that in retina HO-1 can be highly induced by hyperglycemia. Moreover, the expression level of HO-1 by man-made changes can accelerate or postpone the diseases progression. That means HO-1 for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy has satisfactory applied foreground. In this article we would like to review the role of HO-1 in diabetic retinopathy.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1994;0(03):-
Opjective To study the prevalence of diabetic nephropathy of type 2 diabetes and its correlated risk factors. Methods 1 059 cases with type 2 diabetes in our university hospital during the period of 1997-2000 were screened for diabetic nephropathy, and its correlated risk factors were analysed. Results The prevalence of diabetic nephropathy and end stage of renal disease were 9.73% and 5.47%, respectively. Hypertension and dyslipidemia characterized with hypertriglycemia and low leve1 of HDL were the main risk factors of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. There was no significant relationship between single-determining HbAlc level and UAER. Conclusion The prevalence of diabetic nephropathy of this study was slightly lower than that reported by other authors in western countries, and the risk factors were consistent with those papers.

Objective To investigate the effects of preeclampsia serum on activity and invasive ability of cultured cytotrophoblasts of first trimester of pregnancy. Methods Cytotrophoblasts of normal 6 to 8-week pregnancy were cultured by tissue explants adherent method, and were incubated with serum of women with normal pregnancy(normal group)and preeclampsia(preeclampsia group),respectively for 24 h.The activity of cytotrophoblasts was examined by CCK-8,invasive ability was determined by Transwell invasion assay, and expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and PAI-1 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results The activity and invasive ability of cytotrophoblasts in preeclampsia group were lower than those in normal group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with normal group, the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA of cytotrophoblasts was significantly lower(P<0.01),and the expression of PAI-1 mRNA was significantly higher(P<0.01).In both groups, the expression of MMP-2 mRNA was negatively related to that of PAI-1 mRNA(r=-0.985,P<0.01;r=-0.933,P<0.05),while there was no correlationship between the expression of MMP-9 mRNA and that of PAI-1 mRNA. Conclusion The preeclampsia serum may affect the invasive ability of cytotrophoblasts by regulating the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and PAI-1.
