1.Risk Factors and Prognostic Evaluation of Transient Ischemic Attack
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(12):898-901
Transient ischemic attack (TIA) is the most important early warning signal of cerebral infarction, and it is also the critical period for the prevention of cerebral infarction. If we effectively control the risk factors of TIA, the onset and the progress of TIA can be prevented and controlled, This article reviews the correlation between the risk factors of TIA and prognosis.
2.Working process oriented teaching design under the flipped classroom model
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(8):827-831
Objective To discuss the practical application effect of the work process oriented teaching model that based on flipped classroom in the teaching of higher vocational Chinese medicines.Method We chose 97 students from Grade 2012 higher vocational Chinese traditional medicine, set them into experimental group (47 students) and comparison group (50 students). The experimental group was applied with the flipped classroom teaching, combined with the teaching mode of working process and the comparison group was applied with the traditional teaching mode from September 2014 to July 2015.At the end of the experiment, through the questionnaire survey, the differences of the experimental group students' autonomous learning ability and problem solving ability were compared between before the experiment teaching and after the teaching. The difference of post adaptation ability of the experimental group and the control group was also compared, and besides, the students' satisfaction degree to flipped classroom combined with working process teaching mode was investigated and analyzed.SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and t test was used to compare two groups' measurement information and count data with chi-square test.Result The score of independent learning ability after teaching in the experimental group was significantly higher than before [(77.50 ± 7.10) vs.(88.51 ± 9.30);t=6.451,P=0.000].However,there was no statistically significant difference in problem-solving capability before and after the teaching[(83.70 ± 2.32) vs.(84.30 ± 2.11);t=1.312,P=0.193].The score of five aspects of the adaptability to work in the experimental group and total score were higher than the comparison group and the difference was statistically significant [work attitude (18.72 ± 2.01) vs.(16.78 ± 3.33),t=3.447,P=0.001;service ability (17.99 ± 1.98) vs.(16.05 ± 2.15),t=4.614,P=0.000;professional ability (18.19 ± 2.46) vs.(15.37 ± 2.79),t=5.267,P=0.000;completion of work (19.01 ± 1.75) vs.(16.88 ± 1.83),t=5.851,P=0.000;strain capacity:(18.33 ± 2.09) vs.(17.01 ± 2.46),t=2.839,P=0.006;the total score of job adaptability (92.24 ± 3.89) vs.(82.09 ± 4.05),t=12.574,P=0.000].Experimental group's satisfaction showed that 91.48% of students liked the teaching model,87.23% thought that it improved their learning interest,82.98% believed that it was beneficial to improving their communication skills. Conclusion Teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with working process helps to improve teaching quality.
3.Research progress of growing rod surgery for early-onset scoliosis
International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(11):762-766
Early-onset scoliosis (EOS) orthopedic treatment is a worldwide problem in recent years. With the growing rod technique clinical application and development of innovative,it has opened up a new way of orthotics for scoliosis. This paper reviews the development process of growing rods in treatment of early onset scoliosis.
4.Muscular expression of myogenin in V-pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction patients
International Eye Science 2015;(1):162-164
Abstract?AlM: To study the number of myogenin - positive activated satellite cells in the inferior oblique muscles and the medial muscles of V- pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction, to further explore the possible etiological factors of V-pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction.? METHODS: The inferior oblique muscles and the medial muscles were cut from V - pattern exotropia patients with inferior oblique overaction during strabismus operation treated as the strabismus group. Cross sections were stained immunohistochemically for the presence of activated satellite cells, as identified by myogenin immunoreactivity. The inferior oblique muscles and the medial muscles were obtained from the corneal transplant donors ( six eyes of six cases) , which treated as the control group.? RESULTS: The frequency of myogenin - positive satellite cells of the inferior oblique muscles was (22. 7± 7.03)% and (4. 2±0. 75)% in the strabismus group and the control group. Significant differences existed in the expression of myogenin in two groups (P<0. 05). Again, the frequency of myogenin-positive satellite cells of the medial muscles was (2. 2±0. 75)% and (4. 5±1. 05)% in the strabismus group and the control group. Significant differences also existed in the expression of myogenin in two groups (P<0. 05).?CONCLUSlON: lt is first report that myogenin-positive satellite cells presents in extraocular muscles of V -pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction. The current results suggest that myogenin is one of possible etiological factors of V-pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction.
5.Ethics problem in the diagnosis and treatment of the ending aged patients study
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
We study how diagnosis and treat the ending aged patients.Way:According to the specialty of the aged patients in present-day,We analysis, generalize, summarize the problem.Result:We diagnosis accuratly and treat effecting and the care of high quality is impirtation.Estimating the diseases developmental direction is juncture. Conclusion:Thinking of the patients from ethics and positive care, the patients may alive will be given active treat. The end of life impossible care patients.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(8):73-75
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on curative compliance in patients with chronic renal disease(CRD).Method One hundred CRD patients received health education by quality control circle. The curative compliance before using quality control circle was compared to that after using it.Results The rate of curative compliance after applying quality control circle(98.0%)was significantly higher that before(61.0%).Conclusion The qualty control circle can improve curative compliance of CRD patients.
10.Modified circumcision with a disposable suture device.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(6):541-544
OBJECTIVETo improve the methods and reduce the complications of circumcision with a disposable suture device.
METHODSThis study included 325 male patients aged 14-65 (mean 28.9) years, treated for redundant prepuce or phimosis by modified (n = 201) or conventional circumcision with a disposable suture device (n = 124). We compared the incidence of complications and the patients' satisfaction between the two surgical methods.
RESULTSCompared with conventional circumcision, the modified method showed a significantly lower incidence of postoperative bleeding (14.52% vs 2.49% , P < 0.05) and a lower rate of second surgery for penile hematoma (4.03% vs 0.50%, P < 0.05). The patients' satisfaction was markedly higher with the modified method (91.94%) than with conventional circumcision (97.51%) (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONModified circumcision with the disposable suture device can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding and penile hematoma and therefore deserves wide clinical application.
