Objective To investigate the relationship between physical exercise and peak bone density. Methods Bone mineral density(BMD) was measured in 193 healthy subjects aged from 20~35 years old (87 males and 106 females) at lumbar vertebra, femoral neck ,Word’s region and greater luberosity.Exercise levels including three states of high, middle and low of them were investigated. The relationship between exercise and peak bone density was analysed. Results In male, the BMD at lumbar vertebra, femoral neck and Word’s in high level state was significantly higher than that in low and middle level states, and also higher in middle level at lumbar vertebra than that in low level state. In female, the BMD in high leval state was significantly higher at lumbar verfebra than that in low and middle level states. Conclusion Physical exercise in juvenile can increase peak bone density,it is a good way to prevent osteoporosis by exercise.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and therapeutic strategies of acute appendicitis in pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 45 cases with acute appendicitis in pregnancy, which had been diagnosed by surgeries in our hospital since Jan 2010 to Jun 2016,were retrospectively analysed. Results All patients had exhibited abdominal pain.Among them,15 patients(33.3%)had exhibited shifting pain in right lower quadrant, and 44 patients(97.8%)had abdominal tenderness.4 cases with appendiceal gangrene and 1 case with necrosis of the great omentum had been found during the surgeries. There were 5 patients had occurred complications after the surgeries, including 2 cases with poor wound healing,1 case with septic shock,1 case with inflammatory ileus and 1 case with incompletely adhesive ileus.Threatened abortion and threatened premature delivery were found in 11 patients(during 22+3 to 36+2 weeks gestation)after the surgeries.Finally,1 patient occurred abortion(25+3 weeks gestation)and 3 patients occurred premature delivery(during 28+4 to 30+4 weeks gestation). Conclusion Abdominal pain as the main clinical manifestations of the pregnancy with acute appendicitis, prone to severe complications.

AIM: To investigate the early changes of retinal function in diabetic patients detected by multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG).METHODS: The first-order kernel responses of mfERG were recorded from eyes of 33 normal control subjects,63 diabetic patients without retinopathy and 43 diabetic patients with background retinopathy. The response densities and implicit times of N1 and P1 were compared among the control, diabetic patients without retinopathy and diabetic patients with retinopathy.RESULTS: The response densities of N1 and P1 in central 3 rings were reduced significantly in diabetic eyes with and without retinopathy. And the implicit times of N1 and P1 were delayed significantly only in diabetic eyes with retinopathy.CONCLUSION: mfERG can detect the early changes of retinal function quantitatively in diabetic patients. Analysis of response densities and implicit times of N1 and P1 can reflect the progress of local retinal dysfunction in diabetes.

Objective To establish the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting human serum fumarate hydratase (FH) antibody and evaluate its role in the diagnosis of autoantigen in autoimmune hepatitis (AIH).Methods The indirect ELISA was established using FH protein, and the reaction conditions were determined. Then, the anti-FH antibody were detected in the serum of 88 AIH patients,56 primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) patients,50 chronic hepatitis B (HBV) patients,36 chronic hepatitis C (HCV) patients and 98 healthy controls(HC).The results were analyzed with chi-quare and Kruskal-Wallis H methods. Results The ELISA for detecting human anti-FH antibody was established successfully and the optimal reaction conditions were defined. The positive rate of anti-FH antibody in the AIH group (40%) was significantly higher than HC (3%,x2=38.44,P<0.01),PBC group (7%,x2=18.45,P<0.01),CHB group (2%,x2=23.59,P<0.01) and CHC group (6%,x2=14.29,P<0.01).Anti-FH antibody which was used to diagnose AIH revealed a sensitivity of 40% and specificity of 94%.Conclusion We have established the ELISA,which is used to detect human anti-FH antibody. It can be detected predominantly in AIH,and this implies that anti-FH antibody may be useful in improving the diagnosis of AIH.

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of compound preparation Femoston for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in women. Methods 60 women with perimenopausal syndrome from April 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 cases for each group. The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets, and the experimental group was treated with compound preparation Femoston, one tablet a day. The treatment time of the two groups was 6 months, and the clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, 4 patients were ineffective in the experimental group. In the control group, 7 patients were ineffective, 10 cases were effective, and 13 cases were good effective. The effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%, which was significantly higher than that (76.67%) of the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). The level of FSH in the experimental group was (24.10 ± 15.24) U/L, which was significantly better than that of the control group (42.72 ±15.56) U/L with statistical significance (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups, and the rate of adverse reactions such as vomiting, abdominal pain and breast pain were 3.33% and 6.67%, respectively, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of compound preparation Femoston for treating perimenopausal syndrome is ideal. Femoston could significantly improve the hormone levels in patients with high safety.

Due to the good tumor-targeting and excellent biocompatibility, the drug-loading nanoparticles (NPs) has been widely applied in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. However, after the NPs are recognized and internalized by cancer cells, the effects of NPs on cell migration behavior were unclear. In the present study, the self-assembly techniques (SAMs) was used to modify gold (Au) nanoparticles (Au NPs) with different chemical functional groups (CH3, OH, COOH and NH2) as model NPs. The dispersion of these groups in solution and the distribution in cells were studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM), respectively, and the proliferation was examined by MTT assay in vitro. The wound-healing and the Transwell assay were used to examine the effect of internalized Au-NPs on HepG2 cells migration. The results showed that different Au-NPs mainly distributed at the edge of the vesicle membrane and the gap between cells. The Au-NPs resulted in decreased cell viability in a concentration-depended manner. In addition, the results of wound-healing and Transwells assay indicated that the internalization of the NH2-NPs and OH-NPs would inhibit cell migration compared with those in the control group.
