High density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) has received extensive attention because of its cardiovascular protective effects.Recent studies showed that HDL could promote reverse cholesterol transport ( RCT ) , be anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and induce angiogenesis. Apolipoptrotein A-I (apoA-I), the most abundant protein of HDL, plays a pivotal role in the HDL mediated-functional activities.Short peptides based on the amphiphilic alpha helix structure of apoA-I have been designed and aimed at imitating the function of apoA-I.The function and metabolism of these mimetic peptides depend on their amino acids component and sequence , and have been proved to exert protection in against cardiovascular disease , infection, inflammation and oxidative damage, metabolic syndrome and tumor.Clinical trials confirmed their benefits, but high cost put them out of the practical applications..

[Objective] To probe into the psychological health status of middle-aged intellectuals and its influencing factors. [Methods]A cluster sampling of 1 474 middle-aged intellectuals was measured by the SCL-90 table and was analyzed by the Reliability Analysis, Principal Component Analysis and Analysis of Variance. [ Results ] The measurement table is highly reliable (Cronbach a = 0.949) and the Principle Component Analysis has main factors (A -1.97) and cumulative contribution rate is 80% . [Conclusion]Marital status, income and gender are the main influencing factors of psychological healthy status in middle-aged intellectuals.

Medical Higher Mathematics,an important fundamental course,is important to improve the students' ability of innovation.According to the characteristics of the students at medical school, and considering the content abstract and the problems difficult to learn and understand,a new teaching model which can focus on absorbing some contents of Pharmacokinetics into Medical Higher Mathematics is dis cussed. At the same time the article discusses how to combine the both courses in three aspects:professional features, the background of the student's knowledge, and teaching method.

Background and purpose: In recent years, more and more clinical researches on the neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast were carried out at home and abroad. Although there are quite a lot of the retrieved documents of NEBC at home and abroad, but large-scale reports are rare, besides, the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were different;more research are needed to analyze NEBC. This paper mainly discussed the NEBC clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was carried out, 25 cases of Tumor Hospital Afifliated to Xinjiang Medical University from Jan. 2004 to Jun. 2013 were pathologically diagnosed as NEBC by clinical data and the follow-up. Results:The average age of 25 NEBC patients was 58.2 years old, without clinical and imaging characteristic features, immunohistochemistry staining showed that, the estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) positive rates were 76%and 64%. No one showed HER-2 strong positive. The follow-up was 9-115 months. Besides, 1-, 2-and 5-year overall survival (OS) rates were 100%, 95%and 88%, the disease-free survival (DFS) rates were 96%, 90%and 78%. Conclusion:The age of the patients with NEBC in this study was lower than the data abroad. Age, tumor size, pathological staging may be related to the prognosis of NEBC, and postoperative comprehensive treatment options need further study.

Objective To assess the influence of pre-exposure to non-ablating ultrasound on the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)ablation. Methods Forty rabbits with transplanted VX2 tumors on their livers were divided into three pre-exposure groups(60 W,80 W and 100 W)and a control group(O W),with 10 rabbits in each group. Each group was pre-exposed to lower intensity focused ultrasound at the corresponding power. From each group,5 rabbits were randomly selected to be exposed to HIFU on the next day. Each group received 14scans.The rabbits were sacrificed 24 h later to take tissue samples for tfipheny tetrazolium chloride(TTC)staining to measure the amount of coagulative necrosis.Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)were also measured to observe the structure and activation of pre-exposed tumors. Results After HIFU exposure, the ablated volumes increased with pre-exposure acoustic intensity, and all volumes were larger than those in the control group. The ablating efficiency in the 100 W group was the highest. The pre-exposure did not itself ablate tumor tissue, but in the 80 W and 100 W groups the structure and activation of the tissues changed. Those in the 60 W group were not obviously altered. Conclusion Prior exposure to non-ablating ultrasound can highly enhance the efficacy of HIFU ablation.

Objective In the computer-oriented network management platform, discharged patients with type 2 diabetes was intervened with multi-form follow-up forms, and analyze the different effects at different stages of health education interventions. Methods Based on diabetes management center database follow-up system, various forms of follow-up program was used for 125 patients with type 2 diabetes who discharged from June 2014 to January 2015,they were followed for a period of six months, the self-management behaviors and blood glucose of patients at different stages,15 day,1 month,3 months,6 months were analyzed and compared. Results After discharged 15 days,1 month,3 months,6 months, the compliance to diet, exercise, blood glucose monitoring and medication of type 2 diabetes was statistically significant (x2=8.274-28.634,P< 0.05).The number of discharged patients regularly attending health education seminars, screening complications and glycosylated hemoglobin, attending outpatient follow-up program is gradually increased, the difference was statistically significant (x2=37.722-75.000,P < 0.05).2-hour postprandial blood glucose level and compliance rate, fasting blood glucose level control and compliance rate were stable, the difference were no statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusions The computerized various forms of follow-up programs can improve the self-management behaviors and maintain a stable glycemic control of discharged patients with type 2 diabetes.

Objective To study the changes of serum CORT,SOD and LPO in large-acreage cerebral insarction(LCI) and hyperthermia patients, and observe the effect of head hypothermia on them. Methods All cases of LCI were divided into head hypothermia treatment group(group A,n=49),warm water bath and glacial saline enema treatment group(group B,n=43),and health group(control group, group C,n=30).With the methods of radioimmunoassay, hydroxylamine oxidation and thirddialdehyde, the serum CORT,SOD and LPO level in the two groups were measured on the 2nd day after hospitalization and on the 2nd day,the 3rd day and the 4th day after hyperthermia. In addition, the life quality scores of the two groups were compared. Results The serum CORT,LPO of group A and group B were higher on the 2nd day after hospitaiization than the group C(P0.05),while the SOD were lower(P
