OSCE is a new method which has strong objectivity for the evaluation of clin-ical skills examination.According to the actual situation of our college,we chose medicine sta-tion of OSCE to assess the level of the clinical skills of the clinical graduates.

ObjectiveTo explore the significance and the scheme of OSCE ( Objective structural clinical examination ) applied in clinical resident training and examination. MethodsOSCE were adopted to train and evaluate residents clinical skills. 180 residents were trained through OSCE for two weeks.Then a test on clinical skills of the residents by OSCE was conducted after training. 172 questionnaires of evaluation on the training effect were collected and analyzed. ResultsWith regard to the training and examination of clinical skill, 96.51％ residents considered that it was helpful for clinical work, 98.26％ considered that it would make their operation more standandized. ConclusionThe training through OSCE is an important way to improve and evaluate clinical skills of residents and may be widely applied.

Objective To Study wheather the endogenous arginine vasopressin(AVP)is involved in the effect of oxotremorine(a muscarinic receptor agonist)-induced hypothermic response.Methods Core temperature and motor activity were monitored in undisturbed rats using radiotelemetry.Effect of AVP V1 antagonist on oxotremorine(OXO)-induced changes in body temperature and motor activity were observed in the rats.Results Administration of OXO led to a marked hypothermia.Core temperature recovered to basal levels at 4 hours after OXO administration.AVP V1 antagonist blocked markedly the hypothermia effect of OXO.Conclusion The AVP V1-receptor antagonist block the hypothermic effect of OXO,which suggests that OXO-induced hypothermia is mediated by AVP releasing.

Multimedia teaching and SimMan,which is a portable and advanced patient simulator for team training,were used to develop a new course for the medical students of grade four. This course was named "SimMan clinical techniques training". The course of Sim-Man clinical techniques training can help students comprehend truly all kinds of cases in clinical practices,improve their capabilities of clinical thoughts and clinical techniques,and it makes fine basis for their clinical practices in the hospitals.

This article was aimed to survey the use of Chinese minority medicine, in order to provide differences and similarities among different Chinese minority medicine, and to analyze the relations among species resources, using range, functions and indications. It provided a basic scientific platform for the development, research and use of minority medicine. The books and journals published since the late 1970s (the country after the reform and opening up) had been collected, classified. And reference books on current Chinese minority medicine had been compiled. The results showed that the first draft of the book had been completed and delivered to the press. The dictionary had cited 53 traditional medicine used by minority groups. The total number of minority medicine was 7 734. The total characters amount in the book was 1 700 000 words. It was concluded that the species of minority medicine were various. There was rich information on their harvest, medicinal parts, functions and indications with prominent features. The existing major problems were to clarify the standard of the species as well as their major functions and indications.

The article introduced the goal,principle,method and the characteristics of the physical diagnosis operation skill of our academy training,especially emphasizing on the training way,the standard and the effect.

Validation is a documented process that provides a high degree of assurance. The computer system does exactly and consistently what it is designed to do in a controlled manner throughout the life. The validation process begins with the system proposal/requirements definition, and continues application and maintenance until system retirement and retention of the e-records based on regulatory rules. The objective to do so is to clearly specify that each application of information technology fulfills its purpose. The computer system validation (CSV) is essential in clinical studies according to the GCP standard, meeting product's pre-determined attributes of the specifications, quality, safety and traceability. This paper describes how to perform the validation process and determine relevant stakeholders within an organization in the light of validation SOPs. Although a specific accountability in the implementation of the validation process might be outsourced, the ultimate responsibility of the CSV remains on the shoulder of the business process owner-sponsor. In order to show that the compliance of the system validation has been properly attained, it is essential to set up comprehensive validation procedures and maintain adequate documentations as well as training records. Quality of the system validation should be controlled using both QC and QA means.

Objective To analyze the physical agent detection ability of occupational health technical service institutions in Methods Guangdong Province. A total of 92 institutions in Guangdong Province that participated in the inter laboratory comparison of physical agents organized in 2020 were taken as the research subjects using purposive sampling method. The ， Results certified physical factor items number of measuring instruments and measurement standards were investigated. The ， ， certification and accreditation project on physical agents in 92 institutions with certification and accreditation rate >80.0% ， ， ， - were noise high temperature ultraviolet radiation hand transmitted vibration and illumination. The certification approval rates ， ， ， ， of power frequency magnetic field 1 Hz to 100 kHz electric field 1 Hz to 100 kHz magnetic field laser radiation physical ， - < （ ） labor intensity and whole body vibration were 60.0%. The certification and accreditation rate of noise 98.9% was the ， （ ） （P< ） ， highest and that of the physical labor intensity 3.3% was the lowest 0.01 . As for the number of measuring instruments （ ） the number of noise measuring instruments accounted for the highest proportion 52.6% in 92 institutions. The number of ， （P< ） measuring instruments from the most to the least was grade A grade B and unqualified institutions 0.01 . The number of - （P< ） measuring instruments in private institutions was greater than that in non private institutions 0.01 . In the measurement ， ， standards some institutions that have certified power frequency electric field power frequency magnetic field and microclimate ， - projects still used the abandoned standard. Some institutions that have certified microclimate illuminance and whole body Conclusion ， vibration used the wrong measurement standards. The qualified institutions and private institutions have greater number of certification and accreditation projects on physical agents and measuring instruments.

The relationship between dosage form and efficacy is an important aspect of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy research.However,there is a lack of systematic analysis of how ancient physicians understood the functional characteristics of decoction.By analyzing the advantages and effects of using decoction in the Jingui Yuhan Jing,it can be observed that ancient people's understanding of the therapeutic effect of decoction did not solely stem from medical practice,but also understood and elaborated on the function of decoction through the characteristics of water.This article starts with a discussion on the application of decoction in Jingui Yuhan Jing and uses metaphorical cognitive theory to analyze how ancient physicians understood and constructed the cleansing,opening,guiding,dispersing,nourishing,and moisturizing effects of decoction in the aspects of water cleanliness,connectivity,fluidity,impact,and moisturizing.This has formed a relatively complete set of explanations on the functional characteristics of decoction based on the"water metaphor".This has affected the widespread application of decoction and selection of solvents and has developed a new thinking system for the understanding and research of ancient dosage forms.

In this study, to investigate the effect on expression of IL-2 in lymphocytes from bone marrow and peripheral blood of normal donors after they were mobilized by G-CSF in allo-BMT, 7 normal donors bone marrow and peripheral blood were harvested before and after G-CSF administration. The separated lymphocytes were measured by FCM after they were stained intracellularly by anti-IL-2, and their expressions of IL-2 were compared. The degree of aGVHD in patients after bone marrow transplantation was evaluated clinically, and it was compared with the status of aGVHD of 15 patients whose donors didn't receive G-CSF administration in our department, and 2 groups of patients are comparable in age, types of diseases and status of donors. The results showed that the expression of IL-2 in lymphocytes in 7 G-CSF mobilized donors decreased significantly after G-CSF administration and more severe aGVHD than grade II didn't develop in these recipient patients, and comparing with 15 patients received the bone marrow from donors who didn't receive G-CSF, the incidence of aGVHD decreased. It is suggested that the expression of IL-2 in lymphocytes was influenced by donors' G-CSF administration, and it is likely that thereby reduces the incidence of aGVHD in patients after BMT.
