3.Relationship between CXXC motif and biologic activity of hALR
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study the relationship between CXXC motif and biologic activity of human augmenter of liver regeneration protein(hALRp).Methods The function of CXXC motif and its relationship with bioactivity were investigated between hALRp and hALRp-C65A groups by detecting the sulfhydryl oxidase activity;the interaction of target protein with GST-Na~+,K~+-ATPase fusion protein was examined by GST-Pulldown and MTT was used to study the ability of hALRp-C65A to promote HL-7702 hepatic cells proliferation in vitro. Results The turnover number(TN) of hALRp in sulfhydryl oxidase activity assay was 1.25?0.21,while TN was 0 of hALRp-C65A,there was significant difference between them(P

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2001;20(2):111-112
Objective To observe the change of lipidemia and lipoprotein in wistar rats with fluorosis. Methods 14 wistar rats were fed normal food with hyper concentration of NaF water (100 mg/L) for six months, the TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,APO AI APO B and AI,R-CHE were measured in serum. Results The result show that there are an increace of T C,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,APO AI,APO B and AI,R-CHD compared with normal rats (P <0.05).Conclusions The result indicate that the fluorosis can increase the lipidemia and lipoprotein in rats with fluorosis and lead to athero selerosis.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Polymerase chain reaction was employed to amplify the HBV X gene from plasmid pCP10, and the product was cloned into pVR1012, then transfected HepG2 cells and cotransfected HepG2 cells with reporter plasmid pSV lacZ HBx protein produced by HepG2 cells was measured by ELISA method The activity of ? galactosidase was measured by a kit, which reflected the transactivating function of HBx protein The results showed that HepG2 cells transfected by pVR1012 X could express HBx protein The expression of ? galactosidase in HepG2 cells transfected by the pVR1012 X was 3 2 fold higher as that of control plasmid It is suggested that the recombinant plasmid pVR1012 X can be expressed in mammalian cell line, and has transactivating effect on SV40 early promoter

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To construct a subtractive cDNA library of genes transactivated by NS5A protein of hepatitis C virus with suppression subtractive hybridization technique, the mRNA was isolated from HepG2 cells transfected with pcDNA3 1(-) NS5A and pcDNA3 1(-) empty vector, respectively, then the cDNA was synthesized. After restriction enzyme RsaI digestion, small sized cDNAs were obtained. Then the tester cDNA was divided into two groups and ligated to the specific adaptor 1 and adaptor 2, respectively. After the tester cDNA was hybridized with the driver cDNA twice and underwent two times of nested PCR, it was then subcloned into T/A plasmid vectors to set up the subtractive library. Amplification of the library was carried out with E. coli strain JM109. The cDNA was sequenced and analyzed in GenBank with Blast search after PCR. The amplified library contained 121 positive clones. Colony PCR showed that 115 clones contained 200- 1 000 bp inserts. Sequence analysis was performed in 90 clones, and the full length sequences were obtained with bioinformatics method. Altogether 46 kinds of coding sequences were acquired, which consisted of 31 kinds of known and 15 kinds of unknown ones. The obtained sequences might be target genes transactivated by NS5A protein of HCV, among which some genes coding proteins involved in cell cycle regulation, cell apoptosis, signal transduction pathway and tumour development. The results indicated that the subtractive library of genes transactivated by NS5A protein of HCV was constructed successfully, which brought some new clues for studying the biological functions and pathogenesis of the viral proteins

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;39(6):466-469
Exosomes are small (30 -100 nm) membrane vesicles secreted by various cell types , they mediate cell-to-cell communication by transferring mRNAs , miRNAs, and proteins. As a hotspot in the research of oncology , exosomes have potential values in the research of development , diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This paper briefly reviews the relationship between breast cancer microenvironment , drug resistance and exosomes and its progress in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment , in order to propose new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies .

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2001;23(5):603-604
Objective To analyze the advantages of intracrani al hematoma smash puncture (IHSP) in the treatment of cranial hemorrhage for the elderly. Methods A total of 104 cases of cerebral hemorrhage a dmitted in the recent 3 years were collected and divided into 4 grou ps, i.e . group A, elderly with IHSP treatment (n=36), group B, elderly with regular medical treatment (n=33), group C, non-elderly with IHSP treatment (n= 21) and group D, non-elderly with routine therapy (n=14). The clinical and follow-up outcomes were studied and analyzed. Results There w as significant difference in rehemorrhage rate after puncture between grou p A (0/36) and group C (2/21). Significant difference was found in early mortali ty rate in group A (16.67%) and group B (39.40%). The rate of activity of daily living (ADL) 1-2 was significantly higher in group A (58.62%) than group B (5.88 %)(P<0.005) and that of ADL 4-5 was obvious lower in group A (13.79%) than g roup B (47.06%)(P<0.025). Conclusion Intracranial hematoma smash hemorrage is safe and efficient in the treatment of elderly cerebr al hemorrhage, especially in reducing the disability rate.
