China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of n-butanol extract of Morindae officinalis How(BEM) on apoptosis of myocardial cells in neonatal rats undergoing anoxia/reoxygenation(A/R).METHODS: The rats were divided into 6 groups: normal group,A/R model,Danshen ingection(SM),BEM high, middle, low groups. The morphological changes of the apoptotic myocardial cells were observed using electron microscope. The apoptotic index was measured by in situ nick end labeling(TUNEL).The expression of Bcl-2 and the apoptotic protein Bax were detected by immunohistochemical staining.RESULTS: Morphocytology revealed the remarkable protective effect of BEM against apoptosis of myocardial cells during A/R.TUNEL test showed significantly lower apoptotic indexes in SM,BEM high, middle, low groups than in A/R group, and in all the SM,BEM high, middle, low groups, the positive expressed Bcl-2 gray scale value increased significantly(P
2.Effects of Para-chlorophenylalanine on Corticosterone Receptor Binding Capacity of Hippocampal Cytosol in Adrenalectomized Rats
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
The properties of the corticosterone receptors and the effects of para-chlorophenylalanine(pCPA) on the binding capacity of the corticosterone receptors of the hippocampal cytosol in adrenalectomized rats were investigated with receptor radioligand binding assay(RLA) using (3H)-corticosterone as the ligand. It was fonud that the corticosterone receptors possessed the properties of satu-rability, limited binding capacity, high affinity and high specificity. RLA demonstrated a linear Scatchard plot, which implies that there is only one receptor or one group of receptors with similar Kd values. Four days after intracerebroven-tricular injection of 1 mg of pCPA, the hippocampal concentration of 5-HT was markedly decreased, and the binding capacity of the cytosol receptors was increased, which implies that the functional activity of the serotoninergic system in the hippocampus is an important factor in the control of the number of corticosterone receptors in rats.

5.Curative effect of bisoprolol fumarate combined with wenxin granule for patients with heart failure complicated with premature ventricular
Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(4):537-540
Objective To explore the curative effect of bisoprolol fumarate combined with wenxin granule for patients with heart failure complicated with premature ventricular. Methods 132 patients with heart failure and premature ventricular complexes were enrolled in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016,and which patients divided into two groups, bisoprolol fumarate group (Group BF,n =66) accepted bisoprolol fumarate treatment (5 mg/time,1 times/day),and bisoprolol fumarate combined with wenxin granule group (Group BW n =66) adopted wenxin granule (9 g/time,3 times/day) based on the patients in Group BF.After 4 weeks treatment, the curative effect of all patients were evaluated with electrocardiogram monitor and cardiac ultrasound examination, and the plasma NT-proBNP concentration and hemorheology indexes were analyzed compared with pre-treatment.Results The recovery of ventricular function in Group BW was better significantly than that patients in Group BF from the cardiac ultrasound examination (P < 0.05);The total relieved effective of clinical symptom, premature ventricular complexes and heart failure in Group BW were more remarkable than those in Group BF,and which difference from them was significance (P < 0.05);The blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, plasma fibrinogen and plasma NT-proBNP concentration in patients with Group BW were significantly lower than those Group BF (P < 0.05).Conclusions The clinical curative effect of bisoprolol fumarate combined with Wenxin Granule for heart failure complicated with premature ventricular was more remarkable compare with bisoprolol fumarate single treatment, and which possessed the relative safety.
6.Study on application of B-type ultrasound guided modified Seldinger technique for PICC in patients with lung cancer
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(16):2188-2189,2192
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adopting B-type ultrasound guided peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) in the patients with lung cancer. Methods Two hundreds and ninety-five cases of lung cancer undergoing PICC in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2016 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group (151 cases) and control group (144 cases) according to the PICC methods.PICC in the observation group adopted the B-type guided modified Seldinger technique, while the control group adopted the conventional method. The venous thrombus occurrence situation in the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results (1) The platelet count (PLT),plasma D dimer (D-D) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2),endothelin (ET),6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha (6-keto-PGF1α) before PICC had no signigicant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).PLT,D-D,TXB2 and ET at 12,24 h after PICC in the observation group and control group were gradually increased, while plasma 6-keto-PGF1α was gradually decreased, the intra-group difference among different time points had statistical significant (P<0.05).PLT and plasma D-D,TXB2 and ET in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while keto-PGF1α was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence rate of venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting B-type ultrasound guided modified Seldinger technique for PICC in the patients with lung cancer has much lower incidence rate of venous thrombosis.
7.MiRNA and non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):282-285
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small non-coding RNAs which involve in the regulation after gene transplantation.Researches show that miRNA is closely related to the development and progression of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).They caused a significantly change in NSCLC cells through downregulate tumor suppressor gene,or act as oncogene or work on some targets which is important in cell signal pathway,in the end it lead to oncogenesis, cell proliferation, cell apoptosis and resistance to chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Therefore,miRNA will be hopefully used in the diagnose and therapy of cancer.

9.Review the Function and Structure of Interleukin-35 and Its Function in Mediating Treg Cell Immuno-Suppression
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(12):1243-1245
Interleukin (IL)-35 is a new member of IL-12 family who is secreted by T regulatory cells to strongly sup?press immuno reaction directly or indirectly. There is a growing interest in the using IL-35 as a potential therapy for chronic in?flammatory , cancer and autoimmune diseases. Here we reviewed IL-35 and its function as a mediator of suppression.
10.Comparison of Drug Release in vitro of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Capsules and Sustained-release Tablets from Different Manufacturers
China Pharmacist 2015;(3):523-525
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of diclofenac sodium sustained-release preparations, and compare the in vitro dissolution of diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules and tablets from different manufacturers to provide reference for the clinical reasonable medication. Methods: According to the first dissolution method described in Chinese Pharmaco-poeia (2010 edition),the dissolution of each sample was determined by HPLC and the cumulative release percentage was calculated. The dissolution parameters were fitted by Weibull-equation and the results were analyzed. Results:The HPLC method for the determi-nation of diclofenac sodium release was accurate with good reproducibility, and the dissolution parameters of different manufacturers had remarkable difference. Conclusion:The in vitro dissolution of diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules and tablets from different manufacturers is various, which should be paid attention in the clinical use.
