The efficacy of the standard first-line chemotherapy regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has reached a plateau.Study confirmed that chemotherapy drugs and molecular targeted drug maintenance treatment can prolong the survival of patients with advanced NSCLC.Immunotherapy has become a maintenance treatment for advanced NSCLC,and further research is needed to confirm its efficacy.

In recent 30 years, stem cell transplantation for severe aregenerative anemia has obtained significant clinical progress, so a regenerative anemia has the possibility of healing. With the improvement of pretreatment, the incidence and severity of complications after stem cell transplantation have been controlled. In this article, we retrieved relevant articles in Pubmed Database, and found the research progress of stem cell transplantation for treating aregenerative anemia. This article investigated the effect of pretreatment improvement on controlling failure rate of stem cell transplantation.

With the development of health care,medical x-ray equipments have been applied extensively.In order to avoid the harm of X-ray to patients,radioprotection must be paid more attention, and radiation dosage should be minimized.

This design is a multi-point thermometry system based on single bus digital thermometer DS1820.The single bus system of multi-point measure temperature is developed with single chip computer 89C52 and circuit units for physiological signal measurement.Obtainment method of higher resolution temperature data is given.The method makes measure temperature resolution reach to 0.1?C.It is characterized by simplicity of structure,high precision and real time,and is easy to transmit by internet network.So the system has widely applications value on clinic.

OBJECTIVE:To promote rational drug use clinically. METHODS:Sampling rate of prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments was no less than 1‰ of total prescriptions and no less than 100 prescriptions were reviewed every month;the sampling rate (according to the hospital records of discharge) of ward (district) doctor’s advice was no less than 1% and no less than 30 prescriptions were reviewed every month. According to drugs evaluation indicators of rational drug use,the prescrip-tions were analyzed statistically,immediate intervention and administrative intervention were adopted for irrational prescriptions and medical orders. RESULTS:The average qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions was 97.86%and 0.92%was non-standard prescrip-tions,1.20% was inappropriate prescriptions and 0.01% was extraordinary prescriptions. The non-standard prescriptions in the sec-ond half year were significantly lowered,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The inappropriate usage and dosage was not effec-tively controlled. The average qualified rate of medical orders was 96.30% and drug replacement withont any reference and incom-plete diagnosis in the second half year were significantly lowered,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The utilization rate of an-tibiotics in emergency department was 41.51%and the other indicators were basic standard. The qualified rate of Majing drugs’pre-scriptions was 81.60%and non-standard prescriptions accounted for 88.37%in the irrational prescriptions. CONCLUSIONS:Imme-diate intervention and administrative intervention have achieved some success. Immediate intervention has mainly reduced the non-standard prescriptions and administrative intervention has controlled some specific irrational prescriptions.

AIM: To investigate whether leukotriene D 4(LTD 4) would stimulates proliferation of cultured human airway smooth muscle (ASMC). METHOD: Human ASMC were isolated and subcultured, varying concentration of LTD 4 were added to the media. Cell counts were obtained, [3H]-thymidine([3H]-TdR) incorporation and inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate (IP 3) accumulation were measured. Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical center-based health management on quality of life (QOL) of patients with asthma. Methods A total of 642 patients who had received standard antiasthma treatment over 3 years in our clinical center from September 2005 up to now were randomly assigned to the good compliance group ( group A, n = 326 ) and bad compliance group ( group B, n = 316 ). A questionnaire was used to estimate the awareness about asthma,medical therapy and disease control. Levels of QOL were compared at 6 months and 1 and 3 years after health education. Results In group A,uncontrolled,partly controlled, and completely controlled asthma were found in 21%, 47%, and 32% participants, respectively. Significant difference of QOL was shown between the 2 groups after the intervention ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). At 6 months, forced expiratory volume in one second ( FEV1 ), percentage of predicted FEV1 ( FEV1 % pre) ,and peak expiratory flow rate ( PEF)were significantly improved in group A ( all P ＜0. 05 ),although acute attack and hospitalization were largely reduced. In comparison with baseline,6 months and 1 year,self-reported QOL, limitation of motion, stimulus avoidance and response, and disease concerns were significantly changed at 3 years. Conclusions Clinic center-based health management could benefit disease control and QOL of patients with asthma.

This study was aimed to compare clinical effect and safety of ring mixed hemorrhoids treatment with pro-cedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids (PPH) and Milligan-Morgan (M-M) in order to evaluate their effects of health economics. Retrospective analysis was given on clinical data of 100 cases (including 48 cases in P group, 52 cases in M group) which met the inclusion criteria from June 2008 to June 2010 in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Med-ical College. Statistical analysis was made on short- and long-term effect, patient satisfaction, perioperative and postoperative complications of two groups. The cost-effectiveness was analyzed with the effect of health economics methods. The results showed that there was no obvious difference on short-term effect between two groups. However, aspects such as surgery time, hospitalization time, back to work time, duration of pain, bleeding condition, postopera-tive pain and anal swelling in P group were significantly better than M group (P< 0.05); long-term effect and cost-effectiveness in M group were obviously better than P group (P < 0.05). There was no obvious difference on inci-dence rate of adverse reaction between two groups. It was concluded that the traditional external dissection and inter-nal ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids had better clinical effect of both short- and long-term with better cost-effectiveness. It is still a better surgical treatment for circular mixed hemorrhoids.

Objective To study the influence of survivin targetedly inhibited with antisense oligonucleotide (ASODN)technique on the apoptosis of hepatoma carcinoma cells SMMC-7221,and to clarify the mechanism of promotion effect of survivin-ASODN on the apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells.Methods The ASODN sequence of survivin marked by FAM fluorescein was designed and synthized. The SMMC-7721 cells were transfected by different concentrations (100,200,300,400,and 600 nmol· L-1 )of survivin-ASODN (ASODN transfection groups),at the same time blank control group and blank liposome control group and sense oligonucleotide (SODN) control group were set up.The apoptotic rates and the changes of cell cycle of the SMMC-7721 cells 24,48,and 72 h after transfected with different concentrations of survivin-ASODN were detected by FCM. The expression levels of survivin were measured by Western blotting method.Results Compared with each control group,24 h after transfection,the apoptotic rates of survivin-ASODN transfected SMMC-7221 cells were increased,the growth of cells was inhibited (P<0.05),and the effects had time-dose dependent tendency.48 h after transfection,the hypodiploid apoptotic peak appeared in ASODN transfection groups before G1 phase, the number of the cells at G0/G1 phase was decreased (P<0.05)and the number of the cells at G2/M phase wsa increased (P<0.05). Compared with each control group,the survivin expression levels in the SMMC-7721 cells in ASODN transfection groups were decreased (P<0.05 ), and the effects of survivin-ASODN was time-dose dependent (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Survivin-ASODN can block the expression of survivin in SMMC-7721 cells and inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells by changing the cell cycle and increasing apoptosis in a time-dose dependent manner.
