Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(03):-
Joint ligament injury often occurs in basketball sports, therefore, research on characteristics of joint cruciate ligament injury is helpful for the prevention and therapy for joint ligament injury. The manuscript introduces the biomechanical characteristics of knee joint cruciate ligament in the moving state, biological problems involved in repair,as well as the application of artificial ligament in knee joint crucriate ligament injury and its advantages and disadvantages.Various kinds of artificial ligament can be used for the repair of ligament injury, such as polyhexene, poly(ethylene terephthalate),carbon fibers, polyester, polydioxnon, polylactic acid.If we can perfect the artificial ligament,it will be more beneficial to its application in repair of ligament injury.

3.Biomechanics characteristics of skeleton and muscle under sports condition
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(28):-
Sports biomechanics is a strong experimental frontier branches of science and aims to study human body motion,to explore human motion rule by human anatomy, human physiology, mechanics theories and methods. Studies on muscle mechanics are basis of studying sports biomechanics and movement training. Muscular mechanical property is very complex, and related to composition of muscle. Under different sports conditions, biomechanics characteristics of skeletal muscle are different,so the sports injuries are varied.

Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination of mycophenolic acid in human plasma. Methods The method was performed with C18 column(3.9mm?300mm).The mobile phase consisted of 40mmoL/L TBA solution-acetonitrile adjusted to pH 4 with orthophosphoric acid(55∶45,V∶V),with a flow rate 0.8mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was 254nm.Plasma samples were extracted with methanol. Results The linear concentration of the calibration curve ranged from 0.8 to 51.45mg/L(r=0.9998).The relative recoveries were between 95.5% and 109.2%,and the extraction recoveries were more than 90%.Relative standard deviation(RSD) of intraday and interday assays were both less than 10%.Conclusion The method is proved to be reliable and simple for monitoring mycophenolic acid in human plasma and bioequivalence research.

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of caregivers′burden among primary caregivers of elderly stroke patients. Methods Totally 298 caregivers of elderly stroke patients were investigated with Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). The patients were investigated with Modified Barthel Index (MBI). Results The caregivers′burden was in the mild level with a total score of 35.21±11.45. The influencing factors were the number of days of care, daily caring hours, hospital anxiety and depression score, the coping style and the ability of patients to perform ADL. Conclusions The primary caregivers of stroke patients have mild burden. The nurses should be synchronized to assess the health of patients and primary caregivers at the same time, understand the caregivers′burden, and provide specific care advice, in order to reduce the burden of their carer, so as to improve the quality of patients′life.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To find a rapid and simple method for quantifying the amount of eluted proteins in chromatography. Methods The method was developed by utilizing the principle of the absorbance of protein at 280 nm and the integral function of the software UNICORN for AKTA FPLC, namely, the protein quantity was evaluated based on its A_ 280 and peak area. Results The relation between peak area and quantity of the protein was linear correlation. The protein quantity could be expressed as X=Y/A. The Y represented the peak area (mAU?ml) of the interested fraction, and A represented the measurable value (mAU) of 1 g/L interested protein through the FPLC 280 nm cell and X was the quantity of the interested protein (mg). The method was used in the purification of recombinant human zona pellucida-3 protein (rhZP3)and the quantity of the purified rhZP3 evaluated from the formula was confirmed by Lowry method. Conclusion The method is easy, rapid, repeatable and practicable to quantify the protein in chromatography.
